BluCrew did an awesome job of trimming and weeding and clearing in both our front and back yards! The entire crew was very efficient and paying close attention to detail to make everything look great! They worked quickly, but the quality or work was excellent! I also appreciated the fact that they were careful while making their way around our property, not to damage yard lights or chairs, tables, etc. They were also very efficient in their cleanup and were very kind and responded positively to directives I would give them for a particular part of the job. The owners and all the crew are very respectful and definitely worked with me to accommodate on certain issues, while keeping to their own standards and professionalism! Very unprofessional employee. Every week they work on my neighbors yard and every week they blow all the clippings, dust and debris into my back yard. I can't even enjoy a cup of coffee in my own yard because I get covered in debris when they are working next door. He gave us a quote the afternoon after he inspected our yard and scheduled the work to start the same week. The entire landscape job was done within one week exactly as we wanted and indeed is full service: picked out the plants, primed the land, trimmed the trees, planted, and cleaned up. I reached out to these guys based on the professional marketing pieces I've received. I needed general yard clean up, palm tree trimming and mulch spreading. Omar came out and gave me a ridiculous estimate of over $4600 which did include the mulch (35 yards) which costs about $750 delivered. So labor costs were about $3850. I've had another company do the same work in the past for $1700. I told him this and he ultimately agreed to $1900. It took them over 2 weeks to get to me and promised to start on a Thursday possibly Friday. I had to reschedule the mulch delivery as they were a no show both days. He said they'd be here Monday. Another no show. I had rescheduled the mulch delivery for Tuesday as he said he would be here and get the job done. On Tuesday 2 guys show up when he said it would be larger crew. They got here after 8am and quit before 3pm. The palms they trimmed weren't fully trimmed and they left tree trimmings and other debris all around my yard. They left with lots of room in the trailer they should have filled with this debris. I've never had landscapers leave for they day without cleaning up. Prior to these 2 guys leaving, another guy shows up and says they'll be back in the morning. I mentioned to him that I had some extra mulch delivered for an area on my property that he normally done mulch. It was 15 yards more than estimated and I told him I'd pay extra for them to spread it. Later that day I get a chicken shit email verses a man to man call indicating that due to the extra mulch the charge would now be $4300! Really. Start my project, leave the place a disaster with a pile of mulch blocking my driveway and then try to up charge me thinking I'll just pay it?! No thanks. I got the crew that has taken care of the same scope of work in , plus the additional mulch for $2200. And the place looks great. Good marketing does not mean quality and fair service. Find someone other than these guys. And now they want to say that I'm a competitor. Stay away from these guys. Omar know darn well who I am and that the review is legitimate. These guys won't be around long. read more

My mother had needed to have the landscape in our backyard freshened up for a while now. We have used several services before but none were ever able to check all the needs in the backyard like Blue Crew. When they showed up they got right to work and the work itself didn't disappoint. I have a slope in my backyard that is always difficult to provide maintenance for and they handled it with ease. A few days later their sprinkler tech came out and was able to repair some broken sprinkler heads and a siphon valve which had been "repaired" several times before. Apart from the repairs he also realigned the sprinklers to ensure we are getting maximum coverage when watering. In both interactions with Blue Crew Associates they were polite, respectful, and very hard-working. I would absolutely recommend their services if your in need of a respectable landscaping company. read more

I called after reading their excellent advertisement to give me a bid on my landscaping needs. Well after calling three times and sending texts and emails (including YELP request for response). Omar finally called me after a few days. We made an appointment and he couldn't make it because they need a day's notice so I made another appointment and he did not show up but sent me an apology that even though the security guard normally lets him in to the complex, for some reason they would not let him in for our appointment. I had called security that morning at 6am and they put him on the list to come to my house. After he said that the reason for not coming in was he was not allowed to by security, I then called security and he did not come to the security gate per the security personnel on duty. I have many service people come in to my property and have never had this problem. They had him on my list for authorized visits, but he never showed up. Anyway after all this I realized he is unreliable and my wife and I decided this would not work for us. My experience with BluCrew has been very unsatisfactory. read more

The guys who came out initially did a good job minus the broken sprinkler system that they broke. They attempted to repair it two times and it still did not work. I had no sprinklers for over a month trying to work with them and finally called another guy who was here for 15 minutes and fixed it with no problem. A few months ago I was planning a new planter in front of my house. This included design, removal of 1000 sq ft of grass, new plants and the transplanting of our prized sago palms. I wanted company that took pride in their work, showed up and completed the work on time and within budget. I also needed flexibility and a willingness to change plans as things took shape. While still deciding on a company, I noticed several BluCrew trucks and trailers working around town. When I recieved their flyer in the mail, I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Omar who was ready and willing to meet with me at my convenience. He showed up on time, in uniform and listened carefully to what I had in mind. He offered suggestions, took pictures and went back to the office to plan my project. He got back to me that afternoon with a preliminary design and cost. My wife and I decided to move forward with the BluCrew. Work began on time with a crew that also showed up in uniform ready to work...and work they did.
