They are also very friendly and hardworking. They cost $450 for deep cleaning for a few hours in original price. It's the worst value I have ever gotten from any house keeping service before. I gave them a specific list of things to focus on and almost none were done. Some places still had the same dust as before and some trash was left on the floor. They moved many of my things and put back in very different spots. I had to spend time over an hour to reorganize and clean some after they left. They also came late 1.37 hour from their scheduled time. They apologized and give me $100 off or cleaning again on the next one day. It's not really worth it. I have never had a service that is this inconsistent with keeping their appointment time. Every time we schedule, we go through texting with the owner/dispatcher (Bruno/Joara), making you think everything's in order. You even get a nice little reminder on your phone to confirm the appointment. First cleaning: Cleaners arrived an hour early. We were surprised, as we were still getting sheets out of dryer so the cleaners can make the bed. Cleaning was thorough and fast. So I overlooked the misstep on schedule. Second cleaning: It was a no show. After contacting the business they admitted to "missing my text" despite having confirmed back to me the time via text, and arranged a cleaner over, almost 2 hours past the scheduled time. Cleaning was thorough but we lost 2 hours due to waiting. If we had plans what should we do, cancel them? Third cleaning: The first time the cleaners showed up on time with no issues. But cleaning was not as thorough. Found dust and hair in corners. Scheduled a forth cleaning in Feb this year, and cleaners showed up an hour early. We were not ready to let them in. Complained to the business, asked the cleaners to return at the "scheduled time", but the cleaner had left and would not return at the actual, scheduled, agreed upon time. That's when I decided to never book them again. I was not going to write a negative review after the last experience, but they just sent me a Venmo request asking for payment for the 4/7 cleaning, which I never had. My last text to the business back in Feb, when they failed to send someone at the right time, was "Due to the inconsistency we will not book your service anymore." Receiving the Venmo request today just really cemented my decision to finish this review. Unacceptable, to a rather ridiculous level. I am sorry, Blue Angel, you need to really, really, really beef up on your basics in regards to scheduling and billing administrations. They pressure you to just give it to you over the phone. You find out later they will send you cleaners from Mexico who do not speak one word of English without telling you this on the front end and then the "beat goes on"..... Their "customer service" is anything but, and this person, who defines his role as "a helper" wants to talk about nothing but more money before they have even done their first cleaning...and of course, at the very last minute. Blue Angels Cleaning service has been cleaning my apartment for three years now (minus the pre-vaccine pandemic period), and I'm pleased with their work. It's easy to make a reservation - you text a coordinator to find an available date, and if you're flexible you can usually find something a few days in advance. Alternatively, if you have a set day/time you always want Blue Angels to come clean on a monthly/bimonthly etc. basis, they have an automatic scheduler that you can respond to in order to confirm or adjust a reservation. It takes two cleaners approximately an hour and a half to fully clean my 1-bedroom apartment on a monthly basis. Blue Angels' employees bring their own cleaning supplies, so there's no preparation needed on my part aside from being home in order to let them in. On 10/11 I had messaged a bunch of companies asking for a carpet cleaning quote because of a lack on time, I did not go through with it. On 10/28 I reached out to a bunch of companies asking for a deep cleaning quote + carpet cleaning. The work was done on 10/29. Blue Angels reached out and after sending photos they quoted me $250. I messaged them multiple times to make sure that it includes carpet cleaning. They came, cleaned and did a great job - immediately afterward, they reached out to me with an additional $50 cost for an extra bedroom + $150 for carpet cleaning. Stating that she had only made a mistake with the quote. I had told them prior about the bedroom + carpet cleaning multiple times. Then after a polite back and forth, she stated, 'Ok Cool! Keep your money. Have a great night!' Then in the morning stated that she had quoted me for the carpets on 10/11. This is completely ridiculous. Would never use again. read more

I am very very frustrated with this cleaning service. I have used their cleaning services like 6 times now with inconsistent experience every time. First the scheduling is so off, when I don't confirm appointments, somehow the scheduler Bruno will confirm the appointments and the cleaners show up at an confirmed time. I think the biggest complaint I have had with their service is that the Cleaning is NOT THOROUGH!!! I have been willing to let it go for the past 5 times but today I just had it with their service. First the cleaners that came didn't understand a single word of English so they had to hold up the phone with the google translate app every time I wanted to talk and I talked into it so the cleaners could understand what I was saying. I had to go back and forth with them so many times to clean up dust , make the bed properly and most importantly remove the hair and grit in the bathroom shower floor. Somehow they considered it "deep cleaning" and kept repeating it. The bare minimum in a bathroom is considered "deep cleaning" from their POV. I messaged the owner and he didn't want to accommodate any feedback. I got so frustrated that I decided then and there to NEVER hire them again. I cannot believe that I would pay so much money and deal with so much attitude from the cleaners for simply not doing their job. I saw dust in so many places around the house, the bathroom still dirty , my dressing table still dirty, stove not thoroughly cleaned and kitchen cabinets not wiped at all. I just didn't have it in me to waste my energy in asking to do their job. Last time I asked for deep cleaning the fridge and my windows & French doors. The cleaners left so many watermarks on the doors and didn't clean the freezer and I had to check and ask them to do it which then again wasn't done thoroughly. And I am talking about a house that had zero furniture. I would have called them back if I had not scheduled an appointment for paint next day and other work to be done for move in before holidays. I can still find dirty corners, dirty sliding door channels, cabinets, refrigerator, dishwasher as I am moving stuff in. Me and my wife are doing the cleaning all over again. Had Bruno and Jorara come out and give us an estimate on cleaning our home a while back. We went ahead and went with their company. The two ladies they sent over, Edelma and Maria, went right to work! They definitely have their system down and it was in and out of our home in the time that they said it would take. We are so happy with the results! Our hardwood floors look amazing! They are the first cleaning company that not only vacuumed and mopped, but to my pleasant surprise, they actually used a cleaning agent! Every other company we hired, just ran a wet mop over our floors.( and by wet I mean a towel dipped in water!) And, after they mopped, they were more than happy to use our Bona to add to the luster that we like on our hardwood floors! We have a dog that loves to shed and they vacuumed every piece of furniture including HIS furniture! Then, to our Delight, they cleaned the inside of out refrigerator which we actually told them they did not have to do. They said no problem and and did it with a smile on their face! Amazing customer service! They definitely went above and beyond the Call of Duty! I just want to start off by saying that like you are now, I perused Yelp to find a well rated cleaning service for a move out cleaning of our rental home. I used one other cleaning company in the past that did an excellent job, but they wouldn't be able to come out until a week later, so I took a chance and hired Blue Angels. The reason that Blue Angels has good reviews on Yelp is because they offer discounts to their customers to write a positive review. Bruno said he would only give me the discount if I wrote a good review for them. I'm going to highlight the good parts but also warn about the bad parts too. Sorry Bruno, you seem like a good person but I will not be bribed. This is an honest review so take what you will. Pros: 1. Blue Angels had a very flexible schedule and was able to send their crew the next day. 2. They did do a good job cleaning and only a few small things were not up to par 3. They are nice people and were polite. I have nothing bad to say against the people or their workers, they seem like good people. Cons: 1. Blue Angels and their crew took their dandy time cleaning the house. The final bill you ask? $1035. And that's with the Yelp discount. They charge per hour which means they get to take their time. And they did. For the entire time they were there (30 hours combined) I couldn't possibly watch over them. For many hours I was not able to see what they were doing. I didn't get any sort of an estimate or quote ahead of time so I was very surprised with the final bill. No estimate , no update, not caring for our budget. Just slapped with a $1k bill. PS the previous company we hired charged us less and did a better job cleaning. -The toilet still had stains in the bowl, the shower door had hard water stains, and the shower head was left untouched. I asked them why it was still dirty, they blamed the tenants for "never cleaning for years" and said they would redo it. I doubt they actually did because it still was not cleaned. -There were cobwebs still on the ceiling -The walls were not wiped down. There was dirt still on the walls and I had to go in with a sponge and elbow grease and it came off. There was tape left on the walls that they never bothered to remove. 3. It took them 1 full week to send me the invoices I requested and yes I did have to remind them for it. This is a rental home and I am on a time crunch to get all the cleaning and repairs done before sending back my tenants security deposit. There is no sense of urgency. 4. They showed up 10 minutes late and charge me for the entire time. Not a bid deal in terms of money lost, big deal in shade practices. For the record, Joara (the wife) was the one that showed up late but had to leave to do something else. Then her husband Bruno finished and was the one that billed me. He could have not known Joara was late showing up, but then there is a flaw in their communication. I would not recommend this company. Hopefully they can get their act together for future customers. I for one, will not hire them again. read more

I called Blue Angels Cleaning Services and I am so glad I did! Bruno came over that week to give me an estimate. What a delightful man, he was professional and nice. He listened to my wishes and gave me a price which I thought was very fair. He was even able to work me into my first choice of the day and time I wanted, which I didn't think he would be able to do right away. I wanted a deep clean the first time and then hoped to be able to hire them on a bi-weekly basis. Well, they just finished the first cleaning and I am thrilled. They even vacuumed my dining room chairs and cleaned the refrigerator! They were pleasant, efficient and FAST! I am just thrilled. The cleaners were fantastic and the communication with the manager or owner (don't know which) was instantaneous. Everything we can hope for in an outstanding service provider. Prices are competitive and the cleaners seem very nice but they do the bare minimum and sometimes not even that. I'm not very picky, and only care if the bathrooms are clean and the place isn't dusty. The first time was okay (equivalent to hotel cleaning), but the second time (only 3 weeks later so the place want very dirty) they did a very poor job. The bathtubs still had grime and hair in them, the toilets were barely touched and they didn't seem to dust bookshelves or the back of the TV. I'm very disappointed as I was really hoping to make it work, but having to clean for an hour after they left isn't worth the $10-$20 in savings over their competitors. read more

Blue Angels provides a great cleaning service, with flexible scheduling, and at a competitive rate! I manage a vacation rental and Blue Angels provides our cleaning service between guests. During our busy season they will come up to 3 times in a single week. Often we have check-out/check-in on same day, and they are able to do a wonderful job cleaning our very large 4 bed / 3 bath home in just a 3 hour time window! They are very good at communicating via text, and also implement a very user friendly online portal where I can view all of our upcoming appointments.
