    They cost $450 for deep cleaning for a few hours in original price. It's the worst value I have ever gotten from any house keeping service before. I gave them a specific list of things to focus on and almost none were done. Some places still had the same dust as before and some trash was left on the floor. They moved many of my things and put back in very different spots. I had to spend time over an hour to reorganize and clean some after they left. They also came late 1.37 hour from their scheduled time. They apologized and give me $100 off or cleaning again on the next one day. It's not really worth it. I would recommend everyone to look elsewhere for their cleaning needs.

    No complaints. The service arrived at the appointment time, they worked quickly, the carpet is very clean. They did the stairs, which evidently not everyone does. Great work, couldn't have been easier. You can see how meticulous they are with the marks on the floor left behind in the pic.

    I have never had a service that is this inconsistent with keeping their appointment time. Every time we schedule, we go through texting with the owner/dispatcher (Bruno/Joara), making you think everything's in order. You even get a nice little reminder on your phone to confirm the appointment. First cleaning: Cleaners arrived an hour early. We were surprised, as we were still getting sheets out of dryer so the cleaners can make the bed. Cleaning was thorough and fast. So I overlooked the misstep on schedule. Second cleaning: It was a no show. After contacting the business they admitted to "missing my text" despite having confirmed back to me the time via text, and arranged a cleaner over, almost 2 hours past the scheduled time. Cleaning was thorough but we lost 2 hours due to waiting. If we had plans what should we do, cancel them? Third cleaning: The first time the cleaners showed up on time with no issues. But cleaning was not as thorough. Found dust and hair in corners. Scheduled a forth cleaning in Feb this year, and cleaners showed up an hour early. We were not ready to let them in. Complained to the business, asked the cleaners to return at the "scheduled time", but the cleaner had left and would not return at the actual, scheduled, agreed upon time. That's when I decided to never book them again. I was not going to write a negative review after the last experience, but they just sent me a Venmo request asking for payment for the 4/7 cleaning, which I never had. My last text to the business back in Feb, when they failed to send someone at the right time, was "Due to the inconsistency we will not book your service anymore." Receiving the Venmo request today just really cemented my decision to finish this review. Unacceptable, to a rather ridiculous level. I am sorry, Blue Angel, you need to really, really, really beef up on your basics in regards to scheduling and billing administrations. Until then, I don't care how good your cleaners are, I am not recommending you to anyone nor will I use your service myself.

    House was pretty clean after a "move out" cleaning. But they ruined 2 of my kitchen cabinets under my oven with the cleaner they used. Reached out to the company and they said it was already damaged before they cleaned. This mess definitely wasn't there before they cleaned the oven. Terrible customer service. Look elsewhere for cleaning services.

    I usually NEVER write yelp reviews but I am so frustrated with this company. On 10/11 I had messaged a bunch of companies asking for a carpet cleaning quote because of a lack on time, I did not go through with it. On 10/28 I reached out to a bunch of companies asking for a deep cleaning quote + carpet cleaning. The work was done on 10/29. Blue Angels reached out and after sending photos they quoted me $250. I messaged them multiple times to make sure that it includes carpet cleaning. They came, cleaned and did a great job - immediately afterward, they reached out to me with an additional $50 cost for an extra bedroom + $150 for carpet cleaning. Stating that she had only made a mistake with the quote. I had told them prior about the bedroom + carpet cleaning multiple times. Then after a polite back and forth, she stated, 'Ok Cool! Keep your money. Have a great night!' Then in the morning stated that she had quoted me for the carpets on 10/11. This is completely ridiculous. Would never use again.

    I am very very frustrated with this cleaning service. I have used their cleaning services like 6 times now with inconsistent experience every time. First the scheduling is so off, when I don't confirm appointments, somehow the scheduler Bruno will confirm the appointments and the cleaners show up at an confirmed time. I think the biggest complaint I have had with their service is that the Cleaning is NOT THOROUGH!!! I have been willing to let it go for the past 5 times but today I just had it with their service. First the cleaners that came didn't understand a single word of English so they had to hold up the phone with the google translate app every time I wanted to talk and I talked into it so the cleaners could understand what I was saying. I had to go back and forth with them so many times to clean up dust , make the bed properly and most importantly remove the hair and grit in the bathroom shower floor. Somehow they considered it "deep cleaning" and kept repeating it. The bare minimum in a bathroom is considered "deep cleaning" from their POV. I messaged the owner and he didn't want to accommodate any feedback. I got so frustrated that I decided then and there to NEVER hire them again. I cannot believe that I would pay so much money and deal with so much attitude from the cleaners for simply not doing their job. I saw dust in so many places around the house, the bathroom still dirty , my dressing table still dirty, stove not thoroughly cleaned and kitchen cabinets not wiped at all. I just didn't have it in me to waste my energy in asking to do their job. Last time I asked for deep cleaning the fridge and my windows & French doors. The cleaners left so many watermarks on the doors and didn't clean the freezer and I had to check and ask them to do it which then again wasn't done thoroughly. They charged me extra $100 for this and yet didn't clean. I would never recommend their services to anyone!! I don't even know why this business still exists.
