He set me up with a list of stretches and motion exercises to get the new knee operational. Made sure I knew the proper ways to move, getting in and out of bed, in and out of chairs etc. We worked on the motion of the knee, bending and straightening, which helped immensely when I went on to outpatient therapy. As someone who had his first knee surgery in high school and has had several since, I've been exposed to my fair share of PTs. Keith and his team are the best I've been around. They employ all the latest techniques and take a thoughtful approach to each patient's treatment. Critically, they truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to help them get back to doing the things they want do. Individual results will depend on whether the patient does their part and is consistent with the exercises, but I cannot recommend Sovereign Rehabilitation strongly enough for providing the tools to get back to 100%!

A friend was confined for a number of weeks. He needed assistance to get to the restroom or use the bedpan. At night, the message light was practically meaningless. Having an urgent need, a response might come hours later. On occasion, an aide would say they were taking a break and walk away from the request for assistance. There was no valuable input (diagnosis) from doctors. Requests for information were ignored. On one occasion, visiting, I saw an employee wearing a hoodie. It's script? IDK - IDC - IDGF. Truth in advertising?

She helped our baby over a handful of appointments (~2 months, every couple weeks) to tackle torticolis, which was so successful that we were able to avoid having to do any baby helmet treatment (usually ~$2000 because it's typically not covered by insurance since it's considered cosmetic). Our baby had a flat spot on the side of her head early on, so with the recommendation by her pediatrician we went for a helmet consultation relatively early around 3 months. They said treatment couldn't start until baby had sufficient neck control and the treatment would likely need to be combined with PT. To get ahead and because we really didn't want to do the helmet if possible, we pursued PT as soon as we could. It was impossible to find anyone in our insurance network and everyone we looked into had rates that were about the same. My own PT for postpartum recovery and other locals highly recommended Kids on the Grow, so we went with them! They also came to our place for all of the appointments, which was extremely helpful as sleep deprived first time parents. With baby PT you need to be involved and do "homework" with your baby in between appointments, but they make it really fun and it's wonderful to see the progress!! Initially we did have some issues contacting their office because they didn't get any of our emails or phone calls. My own PT had to help connect us via email. Otherwise, once we got a hold of them the staff who we also communicated with were very good. All paperwork was done digitally, which was super convenient.

How can he not be informed by the administrative team that he had someone waiting after 25 minutes of my arrival? All I can say is wow. Unprofessional. Disorganized. No value of other's time.

Mandie is the best! I was initially referred to her by my podiatrist, after I had issues following…read morea foot surgery from a couple of years ago. She was amazing and after a few sessions, I can *finally* wear heels with NO PAIN! After I couldn't for two full years! She then fixed another issue for me - I had been going to a different P.T., previously, for issues with my leg tingling and being in pain at night. I could only to sleep about 45 minutes to an hour or so in a row. This went on for years, and I saw no progress from the other place, despite going there for over two months. So I asked her if I could go to her for that issue, and I'm so thankful that I did. After just a few sessions, I saw relief. I can't tell you what it's like to sleep at night without pain, after it being a problem for so long! She was able to identify what the actual problems were (the other place never did) and start working on them right away. After each session, I improve so much. I've learned how to walk correctly and what at home exercises and stretches I can do to speed up the process, and keep it from happening again. Kind of funny that my foot pain is what brought me to the person who also fixed my back and legs and hips - but I'm so happy it did!
