I have lost 30lbs on my weight loss journey and Purenergy has been a huge part of that! For less than the cost of that massive gym in King of Prussia and way more variety than the "Citrus Concept" down the street, you can enjoy similar class offerings, free babysitting 8:30a-12pm Monday to Friday, and twice the ambiance! I find myself in Yoga a few days a week - the studio is beautiful and the mild heat is welcome in these bitterly cold winter months! I recommend Kristy's Wall class for a great deep stretch and Sarah's Power Flow for the ultimate mind/body stress relief! As part of my New Years Resolution, I am trying more of the fitness classes here, and thus far have taken Lisa's Tabata and Michelle's Burn class - both high-intensity interval training guaranteed to ramp up your energy! You'll also find pilates, barre, aerial, spinning, and martial arts classes here - ensuring you'll never get stuck in a rut! I'd personally love to see more Pilates or core based classes in the evening, but realize that has everything to do with instructor availability and member interest! :) Beyond the class offerings at Purenergy you'll find a welcoming atmosphere, clean locker rooms, and fresh towels for the sweat you're guaranteed to break! Drop in for a class - you'll be a member before you know it!

Great classes. Very much enjoyed the yoga class I took. Would recommend to anyone in the area.read more

And then something magical happens as a result of your intuition-auto-pilot: you get the most perfectly timed & delivered gift that you didn't even know you wanted or needed. This was Artisan Yoga for me. Somewhat by accident, I stumbled into David's Slow Flow class while in Wayne on business. I was sleep deprived and running on 6-7 cups of coffee plus Diet Coke galore. David's soothing, expert guidance and perfect balance of movement exploration smoothed out all of kinks. I set intentions & recommitted to myself, my practice and my happiness as I made peace with all the neglected nooks and crannies of my body & breath. It was an unapologetically selfish and superficial practice. Just what I needed :) The studio, though with a bit of awkward layout, is very a soothing space. It's affordable and convenient and David is a must-see teacher. Highly recommend Artisan.

My only feedback is that they need to have better yoga and cycling teachers. This means that the teachers should be engaging and supporting; at the very least, smiling at each member and making them feel like they belong in the class. We need the instructors to improve and be more engaging. Like previous Life Time Wayne yoga teachers: Caitlin and Amy. Also, the music can be too loud in the workout floors and in the locker rooms at night. Everyone has earbuds in anyways, so why blast the music?? Looking forward to the improvements.

All set, but really they should have been more careful. ------------------------------ I am so baffled. I just received an email bill from their aquatics department, wanting to charge me for adult swimming group class I took back in the summer of 2022!!! (It's 2024 now.) While I was in that class in 2022, I had an accident resulting in facial injuries. Back then the manager talked to me and took care of everything. Now more than two years later, they sent me a bill for that summer class--I can't believe it!! I tried to call the aquatics department, but no one answered the phone. So I sent out two emails and now I'm waiting for an answer. This must be a bad joke.

Because I only come to the studio during my 2-3 trips to PA per year, I have to pay the $17 drop in class fee. I hate that I can't buy a package that has to be used within 3 months. It annoys me that when studios force you to use your classes within a prescribed period. I supplement my gym membership with bikram yoga, so I don't go as often. The studio I go to in Phoenix doesn't let the class packages expire. I LOVE that. Kind of weird that there aren't showers given the workout. Other than that, it is a good class and good studio

I considered it to be an intense workout, but I had trouble focusing and the minutes (all 90 of them) dragged by as I shifted from pose to sweaty pose. When my boyfriend recently came home after his first Bikram class, sweaty and exhausted, I knew I had to give it a shot. Leo, one of the instructors, is a friend of ours and has been trying to persuade us to take the class for ages. I was pretty nervous when we arrived on Friday evening. Especially as I mentally prepared myself for the class ahead while trying to adjust to the 115 degree heat. The facility itself was nice, and the practice room was bright and had motivational words on the wall. My only issue was that the entire place was carpeted. It was the short kind of carpet that you usually see at shore houses, but carpet nonetheless. This freaked me out a bit since there are undoubtedly so many germs festering in the heat. The other facility I went to previously wasn't as nice (as in, no decent bathrooms or changing rooms), but it did have hard wood floors. As for the class itself, once I got through the initial breathing pose, which I've always considered to be one of the hardest, it wasn't so bad. Difficult, yes, but not impossible. I surprised myself by being able to recall most of the positions and I was able to hold my balance better than I anticipated. I'm not sure if I'll be signing up for any 30 day challenges anytime soon, but I am going to attend another class this week and see how it goes.
