I decided to give these guys a try. They made the process easy and stayed on the phone with my insurer while I got approval to use a company other than who they were contracted with. The preferred vendor tried to scare me but it was in fact ok to go against their preferred vendor! I like to support local businesses when I can and I can say these people are professional on all levels from sales to support to technicians. Not all companies are the same. If the glass replacement is done improperly, you will have less protection in the case of an accident. Do yourself a favor and use this company. I came to them after another auto glass company tried to replace my tesla driver side window with an aftermarket glass that wouldn't allow me to roll my window up all the way and looked like it was too thick for the window pocket. After a quick replacement of the window they also helped me with anchoring my rearview mirror that another glass company broke or installed incorrectly and was rattling as well as pointed out that the other glass company broke the speaker on the door. John, the manager, the front desk ladies and the repair team were awesome. I will only be taking my cars to Bluechip from now on.
