(The others were a good hour later) They came right over and helped stop the water and quickly figured it was the washer and not the pipes. I then had them replace the Valves attached to the water line to go to the washer, as I was unable to shut off the water from the old ones. The next day they came out and did a fantastic job putting in the new valves and put in the nice easy ones that are easy to turn on and off, which is great for my mom when there is no one around if something bad happens in the future.
