Brian was a great salesman but I had a couple of issues with my Geneva 2026 RV. IIm currently waiting for the proper manuals for my RV and I also found a couple of pieces loose from my TV swivle and small screws that should be connected to some thing. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible...... We're traveling from SC in a new Jayco 5th purchased there from a Blue Compass dealer that has excellent service. When we reached Niagara falls the tires on the rear axle were worn down to the steel cords. RV complete was awesome about sending a mobile tech out to install new tires. Obviously we have a bent axle that we need fixed before I travel 1000 miles to home. RV complete called this dealership and service didn't answer the phone, left a voicemail for them to call us. Around noon we called them, again service didn't answer the phone, but someone picked up and assured us we'd be called right back. At 4:00 we called again, exact same thing. And again, no call back. Now we have to find some alternative to this poor dealership. One of the selling points of buying from Blue Compass is there 'huge networks' of dealerships. Absolutely of no value. I forgot to mention, the tires were only worn on the inside tread. Obvious bent axle. You would think if someone paid over $100k for a camper Blue Compass would do a better job. read more

this company has the worst service department i've ever dealt with! their service department caused damage to my tow vehicle because they didn't install a tow bar package correctly. the two front tires had to be replaced on my brand new vehicle because the brake unit they installed locked up causing extensive damage to my tires. and they don't even have the decency to return my phone calls or answer my messages i sent them. what the hell kind of service department doesn't;t call back its customers? they are absolutely pathetic! i wouldn't recommend this place for any type of service. if it was possible i would give them zero stars read more

Wow, should have read the reviews on this site first! Salesmen/woman are pleasant enough, because they want a sale of course. Stay away from the salesmen Zack, he straight up lied to me about price. The service department does not respond at all to calls...I bought an Aurora lite, they charge you to go over all items in RV, over 500 dollars. When I picked it up, they said everything works great( this is a brand new 2025 RV). Went camping, no hot water, fridge doesn't work. Hot water issue resolved by camp ground worker who works on RVs..... they never tested it, it was in factory setting mode, had to set up valves under floor. Fridge had no power at all, took it back, asked why they charged so much for doing nothing, they don't care at all, asked why do I pay hundreds of dollars and they did nothing, each dept just blames each other. Couple moths they said to fix.......wow. Run away from this place, they are understaffed and never answer or call back after sale read more

We are return customers but only because we like Jayco brand travel trailers. The sales department changes over frequently but the sales is not the issue. We've always bought after extensive internet research in what we are looking for. It's the service department that has been consistently terrible for all the years that we've owned trailers. I've found that the only way to get any kind of response from service is via email. If you call, they don't answer and if they call you back from an email they don't follow through. If there was another Jayco dealership close by, I would never step foot in Buffalo RV. read more

Brand new rv....second one. The first one was returned due to the attorney general. So I gave this company the benefit of the doubt and agreed to upgrade and get another new one. BRAND NEW. Never owned. Windows leak. Roof leaks. Burnt wires. Shower door broke. Awning leaks. Door in rear leaks. Wires for slide literally fried. Camper sat at blue compass all winter. Cassandra who works in the service department does NOT answer what so ever. I truly believe she is useless in this department. I texted her and stood in the room and watched her on her personal phone. Too busy to call customers. Finally after months she replies please come and get camper. Everything has been done that's "covered under warranty" What!?!?!?! This is a new camper and should not have these problems. Everything as far as I'm concerned should be covered. Let alone I bought the extended warranty. This company absolutely stinks! The new manager, Marie, also promised to help and stay on top of things. Surely you would believe her. I did. Well it was a farce. She reached out once to make sure she had the correct email. This entire place is a scam! A huge scam! RUN don't walk!!!!!!!! Their NEW campers are junk. We just picked up our class B camper van. I must admit it was a very smooth and enjoyable process. Not at all what I expected. It started with our search for the van we wanted, Abbie, our sales person, worked with us to place our order with the factory and kept us up to date all through the long wait. The factory had just reopened in July at 1/2 capacity due to the virus so it took a while to get our van to us. But it was worth the wait. Abbie managed all the timing of events, was very clear what the next step was and answered all our questions in a timely fashion. All the sales people at RV One were helpful and friendly. I didn't sense any pressure at all through the process or feel they were being to "Salesy". They listened to what we wanted and presented us with all our options. Joe did our orientation when we were able to pick up the van. He had not seen one like it before but had studied the manual the night before ( as well as being an experienced technician) and we got a very good review of all the systems on the van and how to manage them. I had watched a couple reviews on line and knew he covered all the key points and was very patient with our questions. We purchased some starter gear in their store with a coupon they gave us and the sales person there was extremely helpful as well. I asked questions and selected the proper equipment with his help. Over all I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. My thanks to the staff at RVone for exceeding my expectations. read more

The name changed but the same terrable sales and service enyone could ever experiance. i bought my trailer and there was some thing that need to be repir at the time of signing, it took they almost 30 days to fix as they told me parts where on order and after complaining they wher able to fix with in 24 hours? i have ask multipule time to have a manager call but no one did. I have had to call to see when my unit would be done with some warranty work and they thought I already picked it up (really) they have no clue what thay are doing!!!!!!!!!!! They charged me $ 8600 for a onan generator when I could have had one delivered to my house for under 4 grand. As this wasn't bad enough, they charged my 8 hrs labor to install it even though my rig was already prep'd for a generator. That was almost 1100 labor. Tried to tell them I didn't want it, they said no, because they had already ran it during a test. What fucken skumbags. There is two other incidents that they pissed me off. From the start, this dealership dropped the ball. Quoted me a price then changed it mid deal. (This was a 1 year old Forest River Georgetown XL $95k) Transferred the unit to Albany and it was dirty. (I paid for the transfer to pick up at this location). There was cat hair and cat toys throughout.. Toilet was dirty. It was nasty. I had to clean it. Neither location did a pre-delivery inspection. The septic system was faulty. First weekend I took it out, I could not use shower, sink, or toilet. After sitting in Albany all day on my return home from a horrible maiden voyage, the septic was repaired. There were also about $1100 in repairs that had to be complete at a local dealer with 30 days of delivery. From broken blinds, the TV, the door latch, sink faucet, etc.. I paid the bill and they were supposed to reimburse me since the warranty didn't kick in yet. They did not reimburse me. Finally, after 3 years of bad experience with this coach, (I used it 6 times) I sold it for a 30k loss. I then submitted paperwork for a refund for the warranty. 3 months later, the check was short $500. I wish any part of this was an exaggeration. It's not. I have email chains to support this. Do NOT buy from this company. They do not understand the concept of customer service. read more

We bought a Jayco trailer last yr. Right after we got it, the thermal fuse went and a few other issues. Had to pay $175 for the mobile mechanic even though we are still under the Jayco warranty. They came out and fixed it and when I asked if we had to pay that $175 each time, they said not if the same issue. This yr we open in March and the fuse is broke again. I called and am told that they no longer have a mobile mechanic and that I would have to bring it in. Well we are on private property and it's on blocks, not going anywhere. Like they really want me to tow it in there for a fuse. I am not the only person in the world that does not travel, with their travel trailer. I have called numerous times to try and get this part and they do not call back. I even called Jayco to intervene and they called them. Someone did call me back and said I would be dealing with John and he would have him call me to see if he could help me out. That was 3 wks ago. Everytime I call they say they can't get a hold of someone in the service dept and they take my info, but they never call me back. For 3 months now I have been trying to get this fuse. Also now our shower wand is cracked , so I have to find a mobile mechanic, pay for the part and then submit to Jayco for reimbursement. You pay all this $ for a trailer, you have a warranty and we are paying for an extended warranty, but I now cannot get anything fixed. Horrible first experience buying our first trailer. Wanted to say Buffalo RV did a very nice job for us. They gave us a very good price on the Jayco Eagle we purchased in addition to the fair price they gave us on our trade. Our new unit was washed cleaned and ready to go the day of our pick up. Plus, the service manager was very professional during the walk through. He explained everything well and answered all of our questions, several of them more than once if we needed further clarification. The only area where they could do a little better in would be returning calls. However, let's be fair here on that issue. No one is at full staff and the people that are working are doing the best they can under difficult conditions. My wife and I started looking for campers. Our first stop was buffalo rv. The Salesman was a extremely pushy and did not know anything about the trailers or the weight of the trailers. Everybody I have spoken to told me not to go to Buffalo RV that is a bad company. I talked to a saleswoman today she said she was going to prove them wrong. The 1st salesman gave me a quote on a camper we liked, when I talked to the saleswoman She quoted me $2000 more then the 1st offer and said we can't go any lower. I purchased a travel trailer from Buffalo RV (RVOne) in June of 2018. We had a great buying experience, all the staff we encountered from sales to delivery were great. Friendly and knowledgeable. I spent the next few months telling people how great we thought Buffalo RV was. Some were surprised because they had a negative experience there. Then I had a problem with the trailer and wow did my opinion change fast. I was camping one weekend and discovered my trailer brakes weren't working. This is obviously a serious safety issue with a 6000lb trailer. We happened to be 20 miles from Buffalo RV so we figured it would be perfect to just drop the trailer off and pick it up when it was repaired. We had calling to schedule an appointment, but our calls weren't returned. We pulled into the lot and were in the process of parking in an out of the way spot when an employee (salesperson) came over and was immediately argumentative and aggressive with us. We explained that we had just purchased the trailer a few months earlier and it was still under warranty. We explained that it was a serious safety issue and we didn't want to drive home, especially with our kids in the car, which he could clearly see. His answer was "Absolutely not" "I don't care" "We can't have people just dropping trailers off when they feel like it" and the most surprising of all "Were too backed up anyways so were not even scheduling appointments even if you tried to make one" WHAT! It's under warranty. I understand that you can't have someone dropping a trailer off unexpectedly because of something like a broken fridge but this was a serious safety issue. Modify your policy and try to implement some common sense! The thing that bothered us the most was this jerks aggressive, confrontational attitude right from the beginning. I've never experienced such outright hostility from someone, particularly a company I thought we had established a relationship with. If you buy here, you're on your own for any repairs. Turns out it was a broken wire which I fixed myself. Crazy that the company would throw that relationship away particularly since we plan on upgrading in the future. I have had problems with Buffalo RV service and repair in the past. They now have a new service advisor Tom Foster. Tom is very conscientious and kept me informed on how repairs were going and went out of his way to accommodate me. He made all the difference in how I feel about the service department. I should have read the reviews before purchasing from this store. It is not the sales department that is the problem. It is the service department. As with the other reviews I have read, you call them and nobody is ever available. They say they are all busy and with a customer or some other BS. They take my number and they never get back to me. I have called 4 times so far in 2 weeks. Every time I call I get the same response from the person who answers the calls that they are unavailable and someone will call me back. I have now reached out to Jayco directly and they are going to try to reach out to them. I am not confident in that either as I read one review that said they did the same thing but never heard from the service department after Jayco reached out to them directly. I spent a lot of money on this trailer and I am not at all happy. Not to mention that the warranty work I need done is because of crappy work not done right the first time. They lied about what they fixed and how they fixed it. I bet they charged Jayco full price for the work that they took shortcuts on. My next option will be to ask Jayco to honor my warranty at another dealer as this service department is terrible. I cannot believe Jayco still allows them to sell their product. read more

I have a 2018 jayco. the salesman lied to me about the whole deal. I contacted jayco mgt. and they knew nothing about my unit. after 4 weeks of b.s. my unit came in, ( after missing 2 trips}, this " new" unit was bought from another dealership in NJ. and hauled up to buffalo. that made it a used unit from the get go. 1st trip out one of the inside over head light didn't work, the one key (were going to mail me the 2nd one) would not open the cargo bay door. 1st time I open the slider it knocked the molding off the wall, small carp I know. but these clowns don't return any calls and don't seem to care . I called jayco mgt to get the problem resolved after getting nothing from buffalo rv. the service manger for jayco had a hard time getting a hold of the service manger in buffalo. This place is an absolute Joke! They will not return calls or rectify any situation. We bought a used trailer. The antenna was broken the siding fell off and slideout was making noise. We called and called no one would return calls. Finally I went to a show at eastern hills mall and found Sales manager. He was so nice so I wouldn't make a fuss. Said to call service on Monday to set up appointment. Did this and again no return calls. Finally after 2 months got appointment and got trailer in for what was supposed to be 2 day fix. Week later was told to pick up. they said nothing was wrong with slideout needed to be greased. Told me what grease to buy but didn't grease it. We parked it because it was end of season. When we tried openning it in spring cables broke. Tried for weeks to get them to resolve issue. They wouldn't even help us get slideout in to travel. Finally we gave up and called another repair place who helped us get slideout in. We took it to Colton who fixed it. To top it off we had Colton do NY inspection to find out Buffalo RV sold us trailer with dry rotted tires. So thousands of dollars later we are back on the road. This was the fifth trailer we have owned, buying from both private sellers and Colton Rv. Never had problems camping was always fun. We have been camping as a family for over 20 years and this past year took all the fun out of it. Buffalo RV has turned camping into a very stressful event wondering whats gonna break next. We are stuck in a trailer that we are now financially upside down praying for the best. Stay away from Buffalo RV and keep camping fun! read more

Called to make an appointment for repair to my 39 foot RV, it took a month to get in. When I arrived they had no record of the appointment. They made up a work order and I left. Three days later I received a call from Branden , the service writer, telling me that the parts needed were special order and I needed to pick up the RV while they worked up an estimate. We picked up our new camper and did the walkthrough 10 weeks ago. At the time, the drawer under the refrigerator would not properly open and close, so we were given an IOU for the drawer slide. 10 weeks..... and MANY phone calls....that drawer is still sitting on the floor of our camper because the correct part has not yet been shipped to us. At this point, the parts supervisor is "going to try to get it taken care of early next week". How hard can it be to ship the correct drawer slide? read more
