worst experience i ever had . after paying 350 for service call and diagnosis the tech disconnected the output side of my water pump and said there was very little or no water coming out which we all new because that was the problem,never checked the input side put side where i found a crack in thw basket housing containing the filter. His diagnosis was the pump was bad. The estimate for the 75.00 pump was 299.00 and the labor was 860.00, what a ripoff i had the same pump relaced 3 yrs ago at a cost of 129 for the pump and 85.00 labor, it was a half hour job. When i declined the repair the tech told me things have gone up and now the certified tech makes 6 figures well i can't see ten times the amount when i replaced the cracked basket for 17.50 big ripoff don't use them, never was given a diagnostic report except the pump wasn't working read more

Do Not Hire! I repeat DO NOT use this company for your RV Repairs. They are quick to respond, I think it's because they need the business with a F rating I understand why. I had a AC unit installed 7/20/25 under warranty everything was processed quickly. They installed a Furrion 15K which is different than the Coleman-Mack that was original AC unit in RV. In the large ceiling vent there is a styrofoam block that is not compatible with new unit. Found out it's not included in the install. Tech modified the styrofoam to try to make it work now one ceiling vent doesn't work and AC is extremely loud and seems to be some vibration. All this was mentioned to tech during installation but what we mentioned to them they just ignored the problem and blew us off. A tech came out on 8/1/25 to look at unit his finding were the styrofoam block is not the compatible for the new Furrion AC that was installed and the vibration could be the roof unit probably need some shims. Tried to work with owner Ken Winfield the owner to see if he would work with us but he let us know their job is to install unit only they don't do customizations. There were issues with installation after installing it would run cold then start blowing warm air it took about 5 hours total. Techs left said job was complete and issue was resolved, but in 20 minutes after they left it started blowing warm air again. Very disappointed should have done my homework before hiring them, and now we have to live with a very loud unit. Look for another RV repair company read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is going to be a very negative review of RV Unlimited. I have written 90+ reviews (on Google) and rarely give a bad one. Usually, if I have a bad experience, I just don't go back vs. saying something negative about a small business. However, in this case, I'm making an exception. I'm angry and frustrated. I feel like this company took advantage of me. I paid them over $4,000, but now I need to spend more to fix a problem they caused. RV Unlimited did shoddy & incomplete work. An important piece of equipment they worked on now doesn't operate properly. They failed to reinstall essential parts. They called my claims bogus. They threatened "to place [me] in the national client black book" if I wrote a negative review. They've threatened this to other customers, which you can see if you scroll through other reviews. I think blacklisting is illegal, and I am investigating this further. RV Unlimited billed me ~$4,000. Initially, $2,000 to fix a leaky freshwater tank. This repair seemed fine, and the leak ceased. Then, another ~$2,000 for what they claimed was a 2nd leak (in a combination water heater/furnace unit made by Webasto), which I never experienced. Now, the unit they supposedly fixed is malfunctioning (the furnace is inoperative & displays an error code). A crucial part was not reinstalled. When I challenged them about the quality of work and asked about the uninstalled part, they said they would look at it but took no responsibility & then claimed I made all this up. These folks will not be touching my van again. RV Unlimited, you can do the right thing and refund the $1,750.00 you charged me for labor on the Webasto issue. Called at 8:15 pm on Monday evening, spoke with gentleman for 3-5 minutes. He asked me to take pictures and send him of sticker on fridge and of propane regulator, connections and hoses. Said to call back in morning. Called at 8:30 am. Was told not sure of their scheduling and when they could get to me got a text at 10 am, please give them until 12 noon for scheduling time. If I could leave a no star review I would. We have a brand new 2024 Fleetwood Bounder and had trouble with our on demand water heater giving cold bursts of water while we were camping. We contacted the manufacturer (REV group) and they put us in contact with RV Unlimited. We contacted RV Unlimited and they said they would be there between noon and 2pm. They arrived at 5pm to look at our issue and stated the water heater is bad. The tech said he has to check to see if he has one on the truck and he did but said it was not the same one in the RV. After a disgusting price was given we said to do the work as we should get reimbursement from the REV group. My camper now has scratches in the paint, the old heater door was scratched and was not reused as it is different from the one they installed. Our old door was painted to match the coach and the new door is black ( they scratched the new door too) if he had said to me your old door can not be reused I would not have had him do the work, but as I said it was never mentioned to my wife or myself. The hot water heater works now but the quality of the installation was so terrible and incomplete I had to remove the newly installed unit and correct all the mistakes that were made. The last thing I wanted to do on Father's day. The techs were kind enough but surely not good at their craft. They left screws out. they damaged the door seal They left scratches on my coach and the new parts. They left screws and electrical connections loose. They left butt connectors, screws and paper on the ground at the campsite. They did not clean up the wood shavings from drilling a new hole where the controller mounted. They never shut off the power to the heater and blew a fuse in which they struggled to find even after I showed the fuse location. So.. after the job is finished we received a message stating we owe more money than what was quoted cause they had a hard time with the repair. Ha ha. This company is a scam. They are not upfront about ALL of their prices. We used the Odessa location for a pex connector fix that broke off. Simple fix. First they showed up 45 mins after the arrival window had passed. Then the tech just stood there and said he can't "diagnose" the problem until we pay the invoice sent to us via email. $100 service call. $200 diagnose fee plus tax $324 before he would even look at it. They already knew what it was as they asked for a picture the day before when we first called. We paid that as we didn't expect the parts to be much at all. He said ok diagnosis is you need a new connector. No kidding. He calls the main number so they can send us another invoice that we have to pay before he does any work. It was $50 for parts (fine) and another $600 for labor for a job the tech said under 30 mins! The grand total came out to $1043 for a simple 30 min fix! Absolutely outrageous. We declined them making the fix as you tube can show us how to do it anyways. They would not refund any money so we are out $324 for nothing. The lady I spoke to about the prices was extremely rude. AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you just happen to have hundreds of dollars to spare. If I could I would give them negative stars. read more

Do not use this company! We called while taking a brief break on our trip because we were having AC and running light issues. They told us to be there at 5:00 pm. There was no one there that knew anything about us coming. They told us to come back the next morning at 9:00. No one showed up until 10:00 and they didn't even look at RV until almost an hour later. They said they needed to order a part but left us waiting for hours before telling us they would let us know something the next day. Before they contacted us the next day, we fixed the AC. The problem had nothing to do with the part they ordered. They came to the park at around 6 pm. They found the light problem, but a part was needed. We did not have time to wait bc we were already a day behind. We ended up paying them $1000 for Freon, service call, and diagnostics. They fixed none of our problems. I wish I could give them a ZERO rating! read more

First, any company that requires you to send you a service fee and diagnostic fee up front before they will even schedule you, that should be a red flag but we did not take the hint. After paying $508 via credit card with all kind of language saying sales were final and no recourse to get your money back, were told tech would be here in a couple hours. 6 hours it took them to get to me even after multiple calls telling us they would be there shortly. Once here, the tech acted like he had never seen an RV before. We had a hydraulic slide that would not go in. He looked in the hydraulic bay and opened a couple doors where I showed him a slide cylinder we had replaced a couple years before. He went to his truck and came up with a $1000 bill saying we needed a solenoid and hydraulic flush. First, the solenoid was fine because it operated the other slide. Told his boss, who was an absolute jerk on the phone, he was running a scam. DO not even think of calling these idiots. Turns out I had a blown cylinder slide that another mobile tech correctly identified but unfortunately he could not repair. read more

Terrible customer service. I needed a fridge repair on the road. They agreed to meet me at my boondocking location that evening. Once I arrived, four hours after initial contact and two hours after I disconnected my travel trailer, they texted me and asked me if I could bring the rig in for service. Uh, no. Let's do what we agreed to. After the repair was done, I had to pay immediately by credit card before the techs departed. I did so. (The next morning I noticed that the fridge was not placed back in the cabinet opening properly, but that's on me as I didn't inspect well enough before they left.) Over the next two months, my insurance company needed additional information to process my claim. One item was the part number needed for the repair. Took over a week to get a part number, and I finally had to get it and relay it to insurance as the RV U office couldn't seem to find time to make a 60 second phone call. Later, when my insurance incorrectly tried to reimburse RV U instead of me (my insurance is a different issue!), the admin office couldn't be bothered to call them to reverse the payment so I could get paid back. I finally had to convince insurance to call RV U, and when they did, RV U sent me a text trying to make it sound like they had solved the problem. They hadn't and I called them out on it. Bottom line: They'll take your money, but once you're paid, they are not interested in helping you. Take your business elsewhere. read more

The Buffalo location has the worst service ever! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go to this company for any RV repairs! They quickly respond to get you to bring your unit to them, but then all communication disappears. They do not return calls. They overcharge for parts and labor. This company kept my unit for 39 days, promising to fix my axle and that the job would be complete by July 1st. It took them 2 weeks to even look at the unit. When the mechanic finally called, he wasn't even sure if it was the axle or the barrings. I told him to go ahead and replace the axel. I trusted that they knew what they were doing. They asked for the cost of the parts, and I was charged $1700 for the axle. They said it would take 3-4 weeks since it was a custom order part. Later, I found I could get the part from the E trailer for $288, and it could be here in 3-4 days. After July 1st, the unit remained in the same place that I had left it. After numerous attempts to contact me with no response, they ( #RVunlimited) finally gave me a BOGUS tracking number, supposedly from @Dexter ( I called and inquired, and they did not have an order ). No work was being done, So I came by @RVunlimited and took my unit back home. After they saw me hooking it up ( because they never secured my unit behind the fence, and it had been sitting unsecured).. they wanted to provide tracking numbers and speak to me. I told them to cancel the order, but they would not, stating it was nonrefundable. I disputed my credit card. Since I never received the part, they keep charging my card @Discover. We charge 150 service call and 100 diagnostic and a sanitation fee of $150 then we will give you an estimate on repairs. Most common parts we carry on our service trucks but if we need to order parts you still are required to pay today's invoice. Thanks for your business! we will let you know within the hour if we can today but we definitely can tomorrow Thanks for your business! Day 2) I called them in the morning to see if they could help and tell them that nobody got back to me the day before like promised, they texted me back this series of texts. Gm! We can have a tech come out but we have a 525 minimum pulse the other charges we told you prior. If you want services confirm we can have a tech out in about a hour or so. Thanks for your business Pulse is supposed to be plus. My reply to them: Come out please Their next text: I will send tech out. Please pics of the underbelly Thanks for your business! Complete scam and price gouging. Called for a mobile tech stating that my slide was broken, charged $350 in advance. Ken came and stated the slide was broken and that it had to go to their shop for repair. So much for a mobile tech repair which I paid for. Took the vehicle to their shop where their estimate was double what the insurance stated it should cost. Tried to discuss it with them and got major attitude and they finally stated "the price is the price, take it or leave it". When I said I would be leaving, they extorted $570 to push the slide back in (which they had pushed out). In addition, they were the least professional company I have ever dealt with, so I would definitely run away from them. In closing, I am sure they will respond that they performed their work perfectly, so why did it cost me $350 plus $570 to NOT have any work done on my RV? read more

Had an issue with my toilet leaking. Had a friend look at it-said needed a new flange, toilet itself was fine. Called RV Unlimited. Explained I needed toilet repair, likely flange. Sent picture of said toilet. Business knew the toilet was issue. Initially responsive. Original quote: $150 for service call. Ok, that's fair. Tech gets on site, very nice, says he has to leave to get a flange. I then get text for a $150 extra sanitation fee to work on toilet. Um, OK. You knew I wanted the toilet/waste system looked at, why did you not include that in the original estimate? Red flag, but fine. During that time, had issues dumping tank. Asked RV Unlimited if they could snake. Yes, for $300. Um nope. Went to Lowe's, spent $30 on snake, hubby fixed it. Tech disappears for over an hour, comes back, says he can't fix toilet, because the flange is glued to to the top of my septic pipe, and we need to take it in, b/c my black tank needed to be dropped so they could cut off the flange and add the new one. *Sigh* Fine. Drove RV to shop later that day. They did say they would only charge the sanitation fee once. Ok. Drop off RV, with all sewer components attached-including the valves/latches on my gray & black tank. Said latches were not loose (had they been, I would have asked them to check them while being serviced) We literally dumped an hour before dropping our rig off. Final quote: $150 Sanitation Fee, $150 Service Call, $500 for labor (approximately 3.5 hours), $25 for the part, taxes then some unnamed $50 surcharge. Extra labor was supposedly for the pipe work. Total repair cost? $915 to replace a flange on a toilet. I was annoyed, but realized I'd take somewhat of a hit because it was mobile, we were coming up on a trip, and I panicked. Pick it up. Checked toilet. Did not check septic valves etc. Shame on me. Lesson learned. Drove to IL. First night boondocked did not hook up to septic (but were using it). Go to dump next day. THE VALVES ARE MISSING FROM MY GREY AND BLACK WATER TANK. On the black side, the rod was still intact (but the actual T piece to pull was missing) on the grey side THE WHOLE MECHANISM WAS MISSING. Call. I admit I got a little heated. But working for years in Customer Service, I know how an irate customer should be handled. The dude that answered-total, unprofessional lunatic. He repeatedly cut me off, told me to calm down, accused me of accusing him of stealing 5 dollar latches, then back tracked on the work he did saying they "Never touched/dropped my black tanks, and the tech cut a hole in the floor" and what "The fuck did I expect him to do being in IL". He stated that I drove 12 hours and they "fell off" and it wasn't his problem. Mind you the rod mechanism on the black tank showed no signs of snapping, and the one on the grey tank was missing entirely (as if it was removed and not put back). I asked if he had a manager and he said he was "the manager". I asked to speak with someone above him, and he said he was "corporate" and could not provide me anyone else. I looked at the other 2 RV unlimited sites in FL and TX. Fun fact, those numbers route back to this shyster (the 218 number). For the finally he then proceeded to curse me out and hang up on me. I have never dealt with someone so nasty and unprofessional in my life-nor willing at all to take any accountability for their shit error. They are fee happy, and unlike legitimate businesses do NOT provide you with an actual detailed invoice. Everything is generic through text or email. Found a legitimate RVIA/RVDA certified mobile tech in IL, who charged us a total of $175 to repair/install new valves. Could not believe my experience with RV Unlimited or their over the top charges. That tech provided me a detailed handwritten invoice of all work done. RV Unlimited is not RVIA or RVDA accredited and has an F BB rating, and they apparently don't respond to complaints (but based on what I have seen it's because they probably get so many they can't keep up). I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well, and looking at civil recourse. read more

Got to NY from Utah in the middle of July. Everything worked great until we got here. When we backed into our spot the hydraulics wouldn't lift up to get the truck out from under the trailer. Called many RV places. Everyone had a long wait list being the middle of summer. Finally called RV unlimited and Cordell came out. It was a complete nightmare after that. First/ they charge you for labor hours not even worked. The office girl Michelle was very rude. I figured they would at least know how to do things manually so we could get the truck out from underneath the 5thwheel, asked Cordell and he said he couldn't figure out. My husband and I knowing nothing about RVs went onto you tube and eventually figured it out. Meanwhile Cordell came about 4 times to fix this issue. Always after 8:30 pm so he worked in the dark. He tried to sneak away on the 3rd or 4th time and I heard his van. I ran out there and I was not happy. He had zero idea what he was doing this whole time. I actually paid around 3,500. That included my insurance that paid 1000. It took me awhile to write this because I would get so mad just thinking about it. Cordell tried different parts that we paid for but was never the issue. I'm sure if it's something simple he can fix it but anything a bit difficult forget it. I felt like the rv guinea pig. We were overcharged for work hours, that you have to pay upfront so good luck with that and charged outrageous prices for parts and labor that wasn't even working. I would never use them again nor would I recommend them to my worst enemy. They are thieves and liars. Michelle in the office argued with me about getting a complete detailed breakdown of labor and cost. She said they don't do that...hahaha...what scam artists. She finally sent one somewhat resembling a breakdown only because I argued with her. She's very nasty off the bat. Probably because she deals with all the angry overcharged people. Ohhh and that's only if you get her direct phone number. I happened to ask the guy that answers the phone. I truly think everyone should get together and file one big huge complaint. There's not enough of them on the Better Business Bureau. All the complaints are of the same nature. Getting ripped off. I would have not even minded paying that amount if it was fixed. They kept saying we need this part and that'll take care of it. The last time I never verified their next try. I took it somewhere else in October. We did everything manually that WE figured out since July. It was the electronic board inside the 5thwheel that you run everything off of with the screen. A 600 part. Immediately the hydraulics worked and the slides worked. We lived 2 weeks in July with the slides in..it was horrible. Our electricity bill was 300. because it was hot and the cool air was just going out the opening from the slides being stuck in. I located this firm through an area search to troubleshoot a leveling system issue with my Motorhome. Initial contact indicated a willingness and ability to address the issue. RV Unlimited was assured that it was not an emergency but a situation that needed to be rectified. With the assurance that I would be contacted, such was not the case. It took three phone calls to get a final response. Upon arrival, technician sat parked in front of my RV. I received a text message, advising that I needed to agree to a Service Call fee of $250 plus a $150 diagnostic fee for a total $452. After assisting the tech, who knew little about the system, he concurred with my suspicion that a new motor would be needed. He then got back in his truck, but didn't leave. Ken (dispatch or service writer) insisted upon immediate payment and indicated that the tech would remain until I paid. I contested the manner in which this was done, was accused of refusing to pay and get something for nothing and threatened with increasing the fee and a call to law enforcement. I paid electronically via charge card and the tech left. Two neighbors stopped to relay similar experiences just weeks prior with this organization. Another firm was located, was knowledgeable , professional and successfully replaced the motor with an $85 hourly fee. RV Repair Unlimited stated their hourly rate would be $130 per hour. Summation: RV Repair Unlimited is Unreliable, Rude, incompetent, verbally abusive with Questionable business practices. While leaving an RV park in Indiana, we forgot to lower our 5th wheel antenna and Yep we snapped it right off. I got online and found RV unlimited, Speaking with Ken and our situation. He was extremely helpful, took down my information, found the part we needed and repaired our rig when arrived to Grand Island hours later that evening. We are extremely appreciative, knowing that rain was in the near future we didn't have time to wait. Ken arrived at the RV park about 21:30 hours the same evening, we now have an LED antenna that doesn't have to be raised or lowered... so we won't have this opppssssss again! Thanks again Ken, we appreciated you. The only thing I didn't care for was the 99.00 service call fee and being charged the hourly rate simultaneously. The service fee is not applied to the first hour of labor. I might understand if you didn't know what was wrong, but clearly in this situation we knew what part was needed! read more

RV Unlimited is a mobile RV repair service. I had them come out for 2 repair issues. The first issue was never addressed. They were to call me back the following week to set up another visit, but they never called. I ended up going elsewhere. The second issue was repaired at an exorbitantly high price. They billed for 3 hours labor when a service tech from a different company told me it should have taken an hour at most. The part they replaced cost 3 times what I found it for online. And, they charged a surcharge of $27.51 for credit processing. Their software wasn't working at the time so they couldn't charge my credit card. I paid by check. When I called this company to resolve these matters, I was hung up on, and my subsequently attempted calls went to a non-functional voice mailbox. I will never use this company again and will not be recommending them to anyone else. Beware! read more

Cordell was a very helpful and courteous tech and fixed our slide, however, when we received our invoice we were shocked to see over 9 hours of labor billed to us even though the technician had resolved all of the issues in less then 2 hours. We tried running our questions through the service desk but they were not willing to walk us through the thought process of blindly billing flat labor rates for multiple independent tasks. I am assuming that the service desk representative (not the technician who's work and communication were exceptional) was incorrectly billing us. I am hoping a representative from RV unlimited would be willing to discuss this and get this mess sorted out. read more

Was hung up on, lied to and never had the work done! I will gladly pay for good work and customer service but these people just have no ability to get the work done! I think they survive by collecting $$ for estimates. Beware if you're considering dealing with this company! The one star is only because I had to in order to post this review! I spoke with two who exited a company truck gentlemen at a local 7/11 store in the small town where their company is and I live. I explained that I recently bought a used trailer and would like them to do a system check for me. They said they would do that, the cost would be approximately in the $150 range and that I should call them when I was ready to proceed. A couple weeks later I did just that and they told me they would be out in 5 days. I asked them approximately what time they expected to be there and they responded that they would be there no later than noon on our agreed-upon day. At 30 minutes past our agreed-upon hour, I called them to check on their ETA. They didn't seem to know who I was and then said that the technician was at a local KOA and I was next. He then asked me what they were doing for me and I reminded them of our conversation. At 1 I did a drive-through of the KOA and other Campground in our town. They were nowhere to be found. At 2:00, they called me and said they were on their way. I double checked our agreed-upon price and the technician said to me that it was $70 for them to show up and then the hourly rate would go from there. I cancelled the service call at that point before they got to my residence because of them not knowing why they were there and the fact they were two hours late and then after reading other reviews found that they were probably not my best choice to have the work done. read more

We had a problem with our wheel on our 5th wheel lock up and they came out and fixed it in one visit. Cordell was our tech and he was awesome even though it was pouring rain he continued to replace the brake that had fallen apart. Highly recommend them for all your RV needs. read more

While we still had a warranty policy on our 5th Wheel, RV Unlimited repaired a list of items we wished addressed. While our warranty covered two major items, we came out of pocket for close to $900 in repairs. We paid that bill even though we thought it was high. We also questioned why the service call amount is not applied to work completed.....and the fact that the service van was in the RV Park already at another site when we requested our service call. It seems the review from Debra P. also took issue with the $99 flat service fee on top of the hourly charge for service. Nice to hear that Kenneth indicates RV Unlimited is reconsidering their pricing on service calls in the future. This may benefit other clients in the future. On a second request for service from RV Unlimited, we were less than satisfied. Our warranty policy on our 5th Wheel had expired and we were solely responsible for covering any service bills going forward. Again, we were charged another $99 service charge to come to our site. On this call, our refrigerator had abruptly stopped working altogether and was getting no power. Long story short. After several hours "working" on getting the refrigerator back up and running, RV Unlimited's recommendation was that we needed a new...very expensive circuit board. This, in addition to the $99 service call and the several hours of "service" which had, as yet, not returned the refrigerator to working order. Since we had only recently used RV Unlimited for the warranty service referenced above and there was a remaining warranty item outstanding and incomplete, we asked if the $99 service call fee was again applicable. Of course...it was. Concurrent with RV Unlimited's efforts, my husband was on the phone with the manufacturer of our RV's Power Inverter to see if manufacturer had any suggestions as to why the refrigerator may have ceased to be operational/powered. We were unaware at the time where to locate the Inverter fuses to check to see if they might have blown. As the service bill amount kept rising without successful resolution, my husband decided to dismiss RV Unlimited. Payment of the bill accrued to that point was required by RV Unlimited in order for them to leave the site. My husband paid the $550+ accrued to that point, under protest. Ultimately, another RV owner determined our "problem" resulted from two blown fuses (cost under $20 for both) to the RV's Power Inverter. Once replaced, the refrigerator worked immediately. Had we replaced the circuit board at an additional cost of several hundred more dollars as suggested by RV Unlimited, we still would not have had power to the refrigerator as this was not the problem. We were disappointed in RV Unlimited's failure to first trace the power (or lack thereof) to the refrigerator. Had they done that before incurring several hours worth of unnecessary "service hours", they, too would have discovered the source of our problem was the two inexpensive blown fuses. We would expect an RV professional would start to resolve such as problem by tracing the power from its source. As an aside, we opted not to follow through with RV Unlimited to have them complete the remaining incomplete warranty item on our A/C-Heater unit based on the results of the service call on the refrigerator and the standard of customer service provided on that call. We were also unhappy with the failure of a manager to contact us (as requested) to discuss our displeasure with the service related to the refrigerator and the disputed (but paid) dollar amount of our bill/service call. read more

My husband is disable and recently we had a proble with our RV. My husband could not fix it and there was a posting in our clubhouse from rv unlimited. My husband called them and we were told they would be here to fix problem on Wednesday or Thursday and we would be notified by text that evening. We were not. My husband called back and were told again that after making out the schedule that we would receive a text. We did not Again!!! Who does business this way?? How can this be legitimate. Is this why they are not listed with the BBB??? Since then, we learned from our neighbor that they were hired to fix their hot water tank. They thought it might be the thermostat and told that to RV unlimited. They said no and after the third visit, they replaced the thermostat!! Meanwhile charging them an exhorbitant amount of money For the 3 visits etc. Another person in this park also had the same problems, and had outragenus charges. They never did contact us for a service appointment and right now we are glad they didn't. read more

If my husband and I could give a Ten-Star rating, we would, because this company well deserves it! On the day we were supposed to leave Niagara Grand Island KOA, our RV developed major problems (levelers/sides wouldn't retract). Make this long story short, Cordell and Ken worked like crazy, were persistent, plus extremely successful after a few hours, in manually retracting the levelers/slides so we'd be able to at least drive it to our dealership safely for further repairs (getting that specific part to repair would've taken about a week, and we couldn't afford to stay at the campsite for that length of time). We truly can't thank RV Unlimited enough, and would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. Wonderful to find such great help when so far from home. When power went out in RV we contacted someone advertised at KOA and because they were booked until next week RV Unlimited was recommended. We couldn't be happier with the service. Not only did a wonderful young man (I believe Cliff was his name) but he was able to trouble shoot and find us the least expensive means of replacing and repairing new board instead of air-conditioning/heating unit and refrigerator. Can't thank this company enough for helping us get back to our retirement trip. read more

Prior to the service we received from Ken and Raheem from RV Unlimited, my partner and I were not sure if camping would be in the works for us. We purchased an Atwood off of e-bay for $405. Now, the problem arrived of finding someone to install the new apparatus into our 2008 Airstream. After tons of calls we finally checked out RV Unlimited on Grand Island and called them up. Ken set up an appointment the very same day right after another job they were completing. When they arrived at 6 in the evening, we were greeted with smiles and greetings and then they were off to work on the water heater. Ken and Raheem worked the entire 4.5 hours it took to install the heater. They were very professional, knowledgeable,polite, and hard workers. On two occasions they had to make a trip to Home Depot for some parts they needed to finish the job. The job they completed was so precise, clean, and the heater looked as though it was factory installed. Ken and Raheem crossed their t's and dotted their i"s with the utmost specification and work ethics. They both rectified the situation we had with the heater as an emergency case. The total amount of money at the end was just below the $800 mark including the $99 service fee. In summation, our opinion is that this amount was well worth it due to the fact that we have not been camping due to various roadblocks such as house repairs, illness, deaths in the family, etc. I truly believe God came to our rescue by sending us to RV Unlimited. We both highly recommend Ken and Raheem as the only guys to touch our vehicle. They know their stuff and they know how to get the job done properly with many items on their check list as well as an overall walk through at the culmination of their incredible work. We called this company to repair our antenna that was ripped out when we left Indiana. After some back and forth about prices and when they could fix the antenna, they showed up at the RV park about 9:30 PM. I was told that the antenna was digital and had a signal meter. This ultimately turned out to be a lie. The cost was $250 for the antenna and the final total was $606.25. Since we were on a cross country trip and on a schedule, I did not have time to research the costs associated with the repair, I just wanted the repair done. After arriving home, I checked the price of the antenna and found it 125% cheaper than what this company charged me. I wrote an email to the business and received a childish response basically blaming me for the costs and they were just helping me. They also accused me of slander for complaining and saying they ripped me off, which they also said was offensive. Obviously they have no idea about what slander really is. This company will promise you anything and definitely under deliver and over charge. I was charged $99 just for them to show up. So they basically prey on people who have an emergency. Do not use these people for anything. Just duct tape the problem and find another company. If you do not like what they do to your rig and complain, they will blame your for everything read more
