We inquired about selling our camper here and were treated rudely and fed blatant lies about the value of our camper.

Took the trailer in to have it serviced, that was three weeks ago. Finally got the call that it was ready to be picked up. When we looked to make sure all of our parts were present, things were missing. Called back and talked to the manager and when he looked into, apparently the part was still sitting in the parts department and we were over charged. Needless to say the only reason the company is getting two stars is because of the service manager Tyler. He was the only redeeming factor!!!! read more

Sierra RV service department is horrific, I purchased my Kodiak a year ago, took it out for its first trip shortly after only to find out the furnace is not functioning properly. Have had it into service multiple times with no repair being done, told it works fine and took it out on another trip, still didn't work and my family froze their ass off, took it back and was told it was a regulator, been sitting at sierra for. Months with no call, no answers no resolve, call and leave messages with no reply, so I took my RV back, i Tried to express my frustration only to get attitude back. I purchased a travel trailer close to a year ago. The salesperson was fantastic. The only complaint I have of the sales person was that I feel he let us purchase a travel trailer that was too big for the truck that I have. It works but definitely not what would have been best. I don't think he was completely honest in that. The dealership was pretty good. Although there were some issues with the trailer And they fixed all but one. The last one that they did not fix surprised me because it was would have been the least expensive to fix. The electric jack worked fine for the first five or six trips, then it started blowing a fuse every time we used it. They put tape around it to say not to go past a certain point so it would blow the fuse. To me this is a Band-Aid effect and I called the company of the electric jack and they said there was a problem with the jack that they should've replaced it because it's still under warranty. Customer service is a big deal to me. I won't be sending any friends there nor will I go back. read more

The company does not stand behind what they sell. The warranty is an opportunity for them to tell you to get help from the manufacturer. The finance department adds things to your purchase that you didn't approve. The walk through associates seem to walk away with items that you purchase. The 30 day return of your trailer is only a way to see what was explained to be covered in the warranty now is an open checkbook for additional charges. The finance associates are uninformed of the financial agreements you are making. Just like the south end of a north bound skunk stay away!!!! read more

You would not believe the experience I have had with this place. This will sound like i am lying. First they screwed up my loan application and i ended up paying cash for a $39,000 brand new trailer. It was 6 weeks until I told them I had to pick it up so they gave me a time and date for pick up. There were two damaged doors. Glue stains on the floor. Glue in the sliding door channels. A good cleaning was required. When I came to pick up the trailer no one had been in that trailer since I bought it. Not one item was done so they brought all hands to do it fast. I asked them to mount a tv bracket in the bedroom and the guy screwed two holes through the entire wall to the outside and tightened the bolts on the outside causing two dents. They told me they forgot to order the replacement doors, I would have to come back. I used the trailer for a summer and many more problems arose. The awning was not glued correctly and came apart. Siding came apart from the base of the trailer. The front clearcoat on the most visible part of the trailer was overbuffed at some point and dull spots are all through the clearcoat. I dropped it off almost 3 months ago and have not heard from them. Its the most money I have spent on any one item in my life (except a house) and I feel absoluetly scammed and stupid for doing so. Bought a new trailer from these guys, while Juan in sales is awesome I can't say much for the service department or even the owner Jared that we dealt with. We had a few things that needed to be fixed before we picked it up, a molding above one of the slides, some trim etc. when we got it they had cut the molding and put a screw in it( Jared the owner says this is how the manufacture recommends fixing the mouldings ) They also had us take it out and make a list of things that needed to be fixed. We dropped it off a couple weeks later (with An appt) we wanted them to fix the slide that was not level, the molding they put a screw in, a short on the surround sound and a few other things. They finally finished after 3 weeks of my husband going in daily to make sure they got it done. They said the slide couldn't be fixed and it was suppose to be unlevel so they wedged up one side of the table . Next they put a new WiFi antenna on, as we were driving down the freeway on vacation it blew off scratching the side of the trailer, luckily it didn't hit anyone. When we called and let them know they were upset that we just wanted them to get us the parts and we would take it to a different service sept. The owner then called us, when my husband told him everything that happened and that the service dept doesn't take pride in there work he hung up on us. The one star reviews have it. Absolutely do not take anything to Sierra for repair! We took our trailer in October 23, 2020 for repair. It is now March 25th, 2021. Two months after I took it in I was getting worried and called. They hadn't even looked at it. They then kind of forgot to order the parts. I started calling weekly. Oh, and calling is a waste of time. You are transferred to service, put on hold, nobody ever answers, your call goes to a mailbox. Did I mention the mailbox is always full? Then they hang up. NICE! Finally in January they decided to do something. I talked to the mechanic. We went over the repairs necessary and I approved. Never heard a thing. Called more times. The mechanic sort of forgot about the approved repairs, took no notes and no parts were ordered. February they ordered some parts, will be here the next week and the next and the next and the next. Finally got some parts. Then the mechanic quit. Service ended. Ok, new mechanic. Talked to him. They found that my left landing gear had collapsed. Apparently came from the factory that way. I noticed some marks, but never thought anything of it. It worked fine. Good mechanic! Got the water tank in, I think, it was leaking. I can't get a straight answer on my awning. First mechanic said I needed to replace the entire thing. Second mechanic cut that price in half but wants to replace unnecessary parts, but surprisingly, not the motor, which ran but wouldn't take the awning in or out. Nobody seems to know if it works or not now. I'm assuming that it is working now. After all this, I will pick up my uncompleted trailer Saturday, March 27, 2021. I will obviously never ever take anything to these clowns again this lifetime. I haven't a clue if my Voltage fifth wheel is fixed and roadworthy or not, and neither do they! Our RV adventure saved! I had a mishap in the RV with a gas pump pole!! I did some damage that might have ended our trip. I purchased a brand new Heartland North Trail trailer from Sierra RV. I took it camping and the refrigerator would not work on propane overnight. I took it in for service to fix the refrigerator and some other minor issues in accordance with their policy to correct any issues we noticed. I was given a service bill because they could not duplicate the problem with the refrigerator. My trailer is NEW AND UNDER WARRANTY. They still billed me. I still have the trailer and the refrigerator still does not work overnight when I'm camping. They offered no additional services and apologized for the service fee, but its their policy. THAT SIMPLY VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. read more

Bought a trailer about two years ago. Sales person "threw in" a free trailer inspection to make sure everything was just right for our first trip out. On the surface everything looked great but it's hard to test everything on the initial inspection. We even caught the guy that walked us through our rv turn off a light really quick when it wasn't very bright. Fast forward to our first trip, tried running on the electric water heater. It never heated up. My trailer has two entrance doors and the front one gets so tight when the trailer is hot you can't even open it. When I went to clean out the black tank and the sprayer would not work. Keep in mind that they "inspected" my trailer to make sure everything was right. It's all good they said we had the warranty and all would be made right. Got an appointment to have the door, water heater and the black tank sprayer looked at. I showed up for my appointment and was told they were probably 3-4 weeks out from even getting it into a bay. I guess appointments don't mean what they used to. While I was there I talked to the service manager and basically told him that I didn't believe anyone had even looked at my trailer. He promised they did and even showed me the time log of his tech that inspected it. Two hours..... I was told that they assigned a tech 8 hours to go over trailers that purchased the "inspection". When I brought up the time discrepancy he wasn't sure where I'd heard that from and that they never took that long to inspect a trailer. They were going to charge me $1600 for that crap but they threw it in for free and it's not beyond me to know it was a sales tactic.... It's still dishonest and I still don't believe they even spent two hours on my trailer. Set another "appointment" for 3-4 weeks later and told them I expected them to honor it. New appointment time comes around and I drop my trailer off. On my way to the shop I noticed the screw cover trim was broken so I asked them to fix that while they had it. 3-4 days later I get a call to come get my trailer. Water heater works and they said that adjusted the door as much as they could. Manufacturer spec is that the door can open and close...... doesn't matter if you have to close it so hard it rocks the entire trailer. The black tank sprayer I ended up fixing before I took the trailer in. I found the install guide online and it was installed backwards.... Oh and they "fixed" the trim as well. Screw trim on the front of the rv is supposed to have feet that goes into the grooves to hold it in against the wind. The stuff they installed did not have the feet to hold it in. The only thing keeping it in the tracks was tension and in the heat of summer that tension goes away. I'll never take my trailer to these guys ever again. Propane regulator went bad I replaced it so I'd know it was done right. Same thing on the screw cover trim. I replaced it with the right stuff. They've got a fancy building that makes it look like they know their stuff. My experience with them tells a different story. read more

WOW just WOW! My wife and myself decided to upgrade our RV situation from a 23 year old but perfectly great trailer to a toy Hauler. For the only reason we are tired of leaving our quads at home. Keep in mind I did all my homework and researched trailers, interest rates, and costs estimates. Credit is not an issue to get the best rates.... Now for the garbage. We go to Sierra RV on 12th street find a wonderful toy hauler within my pre-planned budget. Sales guy is doing a great job no complaints there, but I get asked the question? If you can pay this amount a month will you do it. Well I already know what I am suppose to pay, and say yes I can pay that amount but also mention the payment doesn't sound right. He states that isn't set it stone it is just worst case rate option. I say okay. Do the credit app, pay the down payment. Then go to the so called financial closer. He does his spill on the cost break down, extended warranty, protections, etc..... with all that he has a monthly payment of much more. All this time I am asking what my rate is and getting told they dont have it yet. I ask how u getting this payment then? Wow magically the base payment shows up at a rate of 9 freaking percent. Next time you try and steal 9 thousand dollars from me you better lube it up, or at least listen to the buyer when I send direct messages that I know what I should be paying, and that payment doesn't sound right. It's been a few months since we traded in our trailer and purchased another one. Everything was perfect, I even left a very good review for this company but now I want to retract it. Like I said everything was perfect until I signed my name on the dotted line, then things changed, I asked a few questions and got the run around for the salesman Jim. They actually charge you to do a pre delivery inspection on their own inventory what I mean if you decide on an RV they will charge you an extra $695 to make sure it is good to go? Well that's all I'm going to say other than I have text messages from Jim you did not help me out one single cent on the Anderson hitch like you said you would and, I am still waiting for the mattress you last told me you were looking for. Worst experience ever. We bought our trailer signed papers. A week later we went to give them our 10% down and our salesman just walked past us. Didn't acknowledge us or come out of his way to ask if we needed anything so we had to wait for the finance manager for over an hour. We finally got in abs dropped out money off. From there we knew this wasn't going to be the best experience. We had our trailer and immediately had issues needing warranty work done. To even make an appointment took over a week. They told us to drop it off a few weeks later. So we had it dropped off March 29. We called 3 weeks later to get a update on our trailer as we have trips planned. No one again returns your calls or voicemails. We personally had to go in person to even get an update on our trailer. Their response was they just order parts they aren't due for another 2-4 weeks. Mind you we still have the trailer sitting on their lot. We got a call today with a voicemail saying our parts are in and to call to make an appointment. Seriously how do you not know our trailer is still sitting down there for them to put the parts on. You call and of course can not get anyone to pick up a phone. Looks like I again have to go in and make an appearance yet again to just get my parts put on. Don't buy from this company. read more

Last September I took my RV to Sierra for a water heater replacement. The only good thing I can say about them is they allowed me to purchase the heater, as I could get it for about 1/3 the price they quoted. Firstly, they charge $150 per hour for working on your RV. But that is prominently displayed in their service area. Next, they kept my motorhome for 5 weeks for a 4-hour job; even that I can live with. But... When I came to pick up the RV the service manager said I had a problem, there was no AC power to the coach so they couldn't test the heater. I asked if they had checked the switches, he said his techs had combined 30 years experience, & if they said it was bad, it was bad. I paid for the repair, after getting assurances that if it didn't work once I fixed the AC power, they would take it back in & work on it. As I was waiting for them to bring it round from behind, one of the techs asked if I'd been told about "the problem". He said while it was in the shop, one of the levelling legs had extended, all by itself, & the hydraulic union had ruptured. I went round to where it was parked, there were scrape marks from the bay it had been worked on all the way back to where it was parked where the extended leg had dragged. I went back to the service manager, furious. He said it wasn't their fault, it had just happened, and the hydraulics "were set up wrong" & it extended without anyone doing anything. I told him that if the leg was deformed from dragging backwards they'd have to fix it. He said they weren't scrape marks, it was just where they had put down absorbent material to get rid of the spilled hydraulic fluid. He said they could fix the problem, but it would probably cost around $700. I told him he must be barmy if he thought I'd leave my motorhome there to be fixed; I told him I'd take it to a reputable repair facility. He got pretty insulting, saying I obviously didn't know what I was talking about. Upshot was, as soon as I started the engine, the leg retracted (fail-safe mode, all legs retract by spring power). I took it to a truck repair facility I've used in the past, they replaced the ruptured union & tested the levelling system, charged $87. They said there was no way the leg could extend without someone activating the levelling system, someone probably used the leg to lift up the rear of the bus, then drove off without retracting it. Once I got the bus home, I found why there was no AC power to the bus: the transfer switch was switched to "generator", which isolated the shore power plug in. 30 years experience? I think not! Would I recommend Sierra RV? Not. In. A. Thousand. Years. read more

Its now been 2 months since I purchased and 1 month since I took delivery. I can tell you there is no quality control or care taken, even after they have a month to get it all right. Their service and delivery team can't answer simple questions on how features and functions work. The motorhome looked horrible and like someone had taken it through the woods and did a terrible job trying to buff it out. They gave me $1500 to "hopefully" cover getting it buffed out when the weather permits. That was before i got home and realized Entry step won't retract fully, no power to the 7 way tow plug, trim falling off outside, hinge coming apart on 2 of the bays, marks on interior upholstery, awning over slide out (that they just replaced/repaired) is all mangled, gouge above driver cab over, factory advertising stickers still on it in "unreachable/unsightly" places, needs alignment, bad! Battery disconnect doesn't work, no idea how this inverter works, service team couldn't explain it either, I'm sure there's more, but this should at least give others an idea of what to expect upon delivery (and this is after they had a month to work on all these things). I just spent alot of $$$ and they could care less!!! If I were thor, I'd quit letting this place represent my brand. read more

So we went to about 10 different dealerships and studied our trailer needs hard. You really should do this first and know what trailer you want before purchasing. Now with that said, we live in Northern California. Now the local dealers were just horrible. Lacked good inventory and communication skills and/or intelligence. Didn't seem to have the skills to get us what we wanted. So when we found the trailer we wanted in three different states, we gave each a chance. Jim and John at Sierra RV communicated beautifully, answered all of our questions and made a great sale. We saved thousands of dollars driving to Utah. Even with California taxes. (They are ripping you off there, folks). And a beautiful drive! They spent time with us checking all the things that could be problems that I KNEW to check, and you need to do your footwork and know you need to check leaks, slides, AC, etc. You can't blame a dealer when you don't ask to check these things. And the time to do it is before you leave their lot. We bought the new hitch but not the spray protection. Just wax regularly. The only problem was the finance manager dropped the ball and didn't have the paperwork ready which put us into rush hour traffic. And we had a problem with the hitch when the trailer had to be adjusted and jack needs to be drilled and turned to open the back of the truck. Our bad for not double checking. But overall a significantly better experience than anything California had to offer. So do your own homework! And then come to these guys to get the best deal! Beautiful location and you can sit in your new rig to test it for as long as you want. read more

Cheating, dirty swindlers! My parents "rented" a trailer to go camping for a week. They got the trailer only to find out that the air conditioning didn't work, the refrigerator wouldn't close, and the baseboard for the bed was too small so the mattress kept falling through. There were several other problems with the RV as well. WHEN THEY WENT TO RETURN IT, THEY FOUND THAT THEY HADN'T RENTED IT, THEY HAD BOUGHT IT! There was a sub-clause in the contract they signed explaining so in tricky mish-mosh wording. They've had a lawyer look over the contract. According to the lawyer, that sub-clause is unique to Sierra RV. No other RV place tries to trick you into purchasing an RV when all you want to do is rent one. Sierra RV took advantage of an senior couple who just wanted to take their grandkids camping for a week. They can't afford a new trailer, especially not one that's going to cost hundreds or thousands of dollars to fix all the problems it has. read more

We were in the area from Florida in July. Our AC quit working in our motorhome. After trying at least ten dealers/service centers, none of which could help us for ten to 15 days, a friend suggested we call Sierra RV in Ogden. Clayton at Sierra asked me how soon I could get there! We were in the next morning at 11:00 and out by 3:30 with our AC repaired and our leveling jacks lubed! Nice waiting room. For the love of all that's holy, beware of anything you purchase here. We were talked into a used trailer that needed the roof resealed, vent fan replaced, and water heater replaced after spending an extra $400 to make sure all this worked before we drove it off the lot. Didn't even get a chance to take it camping as it was too heavy for our land cruiser to pull. We were assured otherwise by the salesman. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau, but ultimately told buyer beware. I offer the same advice: beware. read more

traded in our travel Trailer for a Toy Hauler. Spent too much time at the dealership, but the only reason why was because everybody was overly friendly. My husband picked up the trailer, brought it home and when he went to show it to me the wires on the back of the TV were broken. He immediately called our salesperson, we took photos, brought photos to the dealership, called JIM 2 weeks later and he said no update but he submitted the claim the day we brought photos in. 1 month later my husband just dropped by to check in and GUESS WHAT the LIAR never even reported the claim. We bought a used trailer here 4 years ago and couldn't have been happier so we didn't hesitate to go back when we were ready to upgrade. We actually sought them out at the state rv show, passing by all the other dealers there and going right for what we wanted. They happened to have the exact trailer model we wanted on the show floor and within 5-10 minutes we had decided to move forward with it. They also said for buying at the show we would get a $30 gift card. Awesome! Then things started to turn for the worse. We traded in our old unit towards the new one, I didn't drive nearly as hard of a deal as I should have but was ok with it based on the customer service we received 4 years earlier. After a price was settled on and the trade value was agreed I asked about adding an electric tongue jack. No problem I was told. By the time we go to the initial signing, I was paying for the jack and install... Still being the easy going person I am we moved forward with a promise of a $50 gift card from the sales person to help offset that cost. Next we talked about delivery, they pushed us out 2 weeks stating that they were going to have a lot going on from the show sales (apparently we weren't important enough to be at the top of the show sales list even being the first sale of the day?) Again, I'm easy going and let it slide, we weren't going camping anytime soon anyways. Delivery day. We show up, go through the delivery inspection and find out they hadn't added an option we had paid close to $2K for. Pushed us back another week! This time with the promise for $100 off anything we buy in the parts department. This brings us to $180 we were told we would get from gift cards and part store credit. At this point I realized they hadn't given me the factory jack after installing the electric option. Asked about it and was told that nobody ever asks for that and they would have to check to see if they still had it... I paid for it, there was no discount on the electric jack or the trailer so I expected it to still be mine. Stupid me I suppose. Finally, options installed, a factory jack from some other trailer and we were ready to sign and take it home with some goodies from the parts store. Well, the original $30 gift card had magically turned into $25 and the $100 parts store credit now included the other $50 gift card, not making it $150 but still just $100. In the end I walked away feeling like they were trying to find every nickle and dime they could to skimp on or steal from me on things I was promised or had paid for. I was spoken to like I was an idiot several times on things like equalizer hitch systems and such by the sales person. I like my hitch system and told them several times I was keeping it, they didn't like that very much. We will be looking for a new dealer to work with for sales and service now. Really unfortunate given that they are the closest dealer to our home... read more

Our issues are just getting ridiculous, we took our brand new toyhauler in more than 2 weeks ago that we bought from Sierra RV. The equalizer hitch we also got from them didnt attach well with the trailer frame, they assured us they know what they need to do and just needed to get approval from the manufacturer to not void the warranty. In the meantime we had to keep calling them for updates since we needed it for a fireworks stand our family was running over the 4th of July weekend, they agreed to let us use our trailer while they waited for the manufacture's response. Today I called them for an update, after talking to a Marcy she informed me (condescendingly) that they are too busy and that because we took our trailer from the service center that it will be over a month out before we can have our trailer fixed, because they have other customers to take care of. Before i can finish telling her that we should have been one of the first in line from bringing it in early June she cut me off and had a Shaun talk to me. Shaun then proceeded to only make another appointment with us to bring it in on Wednesday to only talk with our service advisor Drew who was not in today or this weekend and made it clear it may not be fixed on Wednesday. We feel as we got a brand new trailer but not able to even use it to take our family camping when we could have this summer! We spent months looking for our first trailer and went to almost 8 RV stores, 2 had the same toyhauler we chose and was convinced we chose the right store since its closer to our home. I recently had some insurance work done on my Denali 5th wheel. Overall the workmanship seems fine. My issue is with poor communication, they had the RV for 2 month's and rarely called me with status, I had to do all the follow-up with Sierra RV and the Insurance Co. Communication was very sporadic and inconclusive, always 'let me check and get back to you' type of scenario; never called back! I also purchased a ROCK Mud Flap Kit, got home and realized it had been opened and missing parts. Now trying to reach same service manager to exchange or replace missing parts, no call backs as of yet. the unfortunate part is that they are only ones that carry my brand RV so I am stuck with this level of service. Also their fees are extremely high compared to local competitor's. Should have done more homework... I live nearby in Syracuse Utah, so kind of held hostage to the Denali brand and this dealership. I started going to the service department after Ray Citte where the toy hauler was purchased. One problem after another. They didn't care. Just to touch on Ray Citte, they have a very rude service lady in the back named Sherri and the so called service manager named Jeff and did not know what he was talking about slso definately needs customer service skills. He had none. They don't care once they get your money. I was better off talking to the manufacturer myself and fixing the issues myself. I still have problems, that happened within the year warranty. I just didn't want to hustle with them. There were a few things we let slide when we got to look at it. With the coach in the later days before I started going to Sierra. This is the first review I have ever written and wanted folks to know not to go to Ray Citte. I was not sure what I was going to do with a toy hauler that needed repairs. I took it to a Sierra and could tell right off the bat that the customer service was miles apart from Ray City. I have mostly workd with Niscia and she is awesome to deal with. They follow up with you and give you a time your RV might be complete, when and if the parts got orderd. The service manager has also checked in to see how we were doing and helped us out with a warranty question.They definitely know what they are doing in that service department and they will get your parts ordered and your coach fixed in a very timely manner and fixed right the first time. There is a reason they are so busy because they have a lot off happy customers and that it's where you should go. I weighs weed would have bought the RV there caviar RayCitte did not deserve it. Bought a trailer from them early in the year so we would have it for the summer, it said it had been winterized by them.. It had not, so first time we used it all the pipes, toilets and water heater leaked. Took it back to them and now its been sitting in their service department for over a month!!! Missing the whole camping season! So glad a spent 20,0000 on a new trailer from Seirra RV,....NOT!!! read more

Not a fan of this place. Over priced on both repairs and on the price on RVs. Most of the staff was not very friendly. Bought a trailer there years ago and had issues with delivery and set up of new trailer. Take my trailer elsewhere for repairs. read more

Our salesmen Jeff Close was great to work with, answered all our questions listened to what we wanted ect. We bought a new Dutchmen 5th wheel made by Keystone that met our needs and were happy with the price. If our dealing ended here they would have gotten a 5 star, but no. When you buy a new RV they set up a 60 day service appointment to fix any warranty items you find. Great right? Not so fast, the appointment means nothing, they just put you in line. Here it is three and 1/2 weeks later and still not fixed. Left 3 messages to get status, no return call had to drive out to to get someone to talk to me. Last week they said I could pick up the trailer and make another appointment when the parts come in, just to get back in line! In a nut shell, Salesmen was very knowlegeable and good to work with, service department is the pits. Sierra got their money up front on the sale, now its up to me to deal with it. You can bet on this, it won't happen again. My recommendation to anyone thinking of buying an RV is go anywhere else. The only difference between one place and the next is service, and Sierra's service in 1/2 star at best. read more

We have been looking at trailers and motor homes for about a year now, we chose Sierra because they have a huge selection of RVs to choose from. Our sales guy was awesome, Jeff Byrne was his name (the Man with the sweet beard) he was super knowledgeable and helpful, showed us a bunch of trailers and helped us pick the perfect one. I didn't feel like he was full of BS and or that he was just trying to sell us a trailer. Loved the experience, and would for sure recommend this place to everyone. read more

Worst service ever! They could care less about safety as long as they get your money if you drive away and die they wouldn't mind except for when they got the pants sued off them for all the money they got ripping people off. They tried to sale me a battery for $350, I knew I could get one cheaper and did for $80. They tried to add $1000 in to the amount for cleaning and showing me how to use it, I'm no thanks I can do that for free, glad I was smart enough to look over the paper work before signing. Then they try calling me to see if I want to pay$1000 for paint protectant, no I can pay to repaint it cheaper than that when it needs it. Then when I get it plugged in an hour away the ac doesn't work. They make me drive all the wat back to get it fixed and I almost roll the thing cause its swaying so bad. So I pay another $500 for a stabalizer which they should do before letting you drive away if they cared at all about your life as much as they obviously do about your money. I told them I get off work at 9 and would need to stay in it tonight, so what do they do? Lock me out! Now my dog and I are homeless for the night! Get ready to pay for a PDI (pre delivery inspection) for the trailer you are thinking about purchasing from these people. I agreed because I was not told they were going to add another $695.00 to the total for it. A PDI on their trailer? they should have done that before it was listed I would think??? Oh, by the way. I was told that it was a good thing they did it because they ended up putting $1,500 into it? they found some things wrong. They wouldn't tell me or show me what they repaired though. For us what started out after my trade in was a little over $8,000 we would owe. First of all I was kind of talked out of this 5th wheel adapter I had brought with me, being led on it may not work because the 5th wheel might hit the back of my truck. So, just to be safe I agreed to buy a really nice adapter from them after I was told by the salesman that he could help out a little on the price of it. WELL, I was charged exactly what he quoted me, nothing was taken off the price at all. I have all of this saved on my text messages from the salesman. I agreed to an extended warranty for the life of the loan 10 years and roadside. After all of this was said and done it was hours after I had arrived to get the new trailer, I was tired and just wanted to go home. So, what had started out to be a little over $8,000 was now a little over $21,000 that's after a trade in for $11,000 and a $3,000 cash down payment..... NEVER AGAIN will I deal with these people!!! read more

Made the mistake of taking our trailer there just to get a diagnosis for an issue. They wouldn't even talk to us. Told us to come back in a month, we didn't have a month. Pretty much terrible customer service. read more
