I'm late submitting this one. We'll start from the beginning... Dec 2023! We had been on the hunt for a very specific model 5th Wheel for quite a while and with it just rolling into Jan 2024, those 2023 models were on awesome close out prices and we found it at Blue Compass in Pasco, WA. We live in AK, so we have been prepared all along to take a road trip to pick one up. The moment we called for more info, the salesman was super energetic and motivated to help us. He was quick to send us info, quotes for additional upgrades and even a tour via FaceTime. He also assured us that management would allow us to store the unit there until May, when it's safe to make the drive through Alaska and Canada. We were thrilled. We decided to go the easy route and just go through them with financing, so we gave a cc to put money down to hold it and waited to hear from the finance person the next day. We randomly get a call that everything looks good, but they want more money. Enter confused look! The salesman says they will need a percentage down to move forward with the financing, that it's a requirement. Sigh... we're told that there are no lenders that will do 100% financing and they need at least 10%.... Sigh.... Okay. The financing gal calls later in the day and and comes back with this ridiculous APR and I questioned it... literally "Are you sure that's the best you can get us... blah blah blah"? She assured us it was because of the horrible economy but that it would be easy to refinance to a lower rate this summer. Fair enough... this is a high dollar item. We decided we would move forward.... Booked airline tickets, hotel and car to head down to take care of the paperwork in a day. The next day, a little bothered by the APR, we find out our very own bank will do RV loans to this caliber, their loan rates are lower and we weren't required to put anything down. Wait... what?! Literally done in 10 minutes and received the loan check the next day! Well... it turns out they don't want you to get a better deal with your own lender and they were pissed! After a lot of heated back and forth, I finally asked if they were reneging on the deal and they didn't. We fly down, sign their paperwork and the tension was THICK with management and the finance gal! We did a walk through, pointed out numerous things that needed to be fixed on the list and honestly left happy because of the salesman Zack. Fast forward to the beginning of April, I had been in contact with the service department numerous times to ensure the punch list is done and set the appointment for our arrival in the middle of the month. Several texts with Zack on the drive down the Alcan, assuring him we would be there at this specific day, first thing when they open! Cool, everything is set and we are super excited. We arrive at opening and nobody knows who we are, that we're there to pick up a rig or anything. The service guy was off that day and didn't tell anyone apparently. The rig is pulled out of the lot, filthy with bird poop in numerous spots and they can't clean it for us either. None of the repairs were done, they seemed annoyed when we asked to show us a few things and admittedly, we were pretty pissed with the service department, they were definitely lacking on every level! We requested several things be mailed to us and we would fix them ourselves and here is it, I'm finishing this review in July 2025 and we've never heard from them again. No checking in to see how our rig is, if we're happy with it, if there's anything they missed or anything... and honestly, it's probably for the best. We love our rig, the salesman Zack was amazing... absolutely nothing else to say positive about our experience with BC though. read more

I purchased my RV from Blue Compass RV (formerly Blue Dog) in February. My sales rep was fantastic and the only reason I initially chose this dealership. Unfortunately, everything after the sale went downhill fast. I was forced to return three separate times to re-sign financing paperwork due to repeated errors made by their finance team. Despite voicing my growing concerns about the loan status, I was constantly reassured by finance (Lozano) and management (Alison) that "everything is fine." That was a lie. Eventually, I called the bank myself -- they had no record of me. Only during my third re-sign, after I insisted, did we call the bank together and finally confirm my loan was approved. Because of all the dealership's delays and errors, I was told -- in front of a bank rep -- that the dealership would make the first loan payment. But once I got online access to the loan, it was marked PAST DUE. No payment had been made. I reached out immediately -- no response. Just a vague text from Alison saying Lozano wasn't in. No one ever followed up. Blue Compass RV made a verbal promise to correct a mistake they caused, and then ghosted me when it was time to follow through. Now I'm left dealing with a late loan, credit risk, and zero accountability. Would never recommend. Once the sale is done, you're on your own. read more

We purchased new toy carrier from blue dog RV NEW! Had the warranty placed on it everything! It's been Nothing but A Lemon since!! Plus of course this last year after paying over $2000 for the roof to be resealed " Maintenance " it's leaking right after that. We were told we have no warranty either we have sent in all the information religiously over and over to this company! Now after getting off the Phone with Service, we were told that resealing the roof/maintenance is only covered for 90 days!! I wish we never done it a roof didn't leak until after BLUE DOG WORKED ON IT!! I wouldn't recommend them for anything besides being good scammers and screwing you over!! My frustration with Bish's RV took me to Blue Compass RV. I am happy that happened. Their customer service was excellent. Everything was explained to me and everything was replaced or repaired that need to be. I am recommending everyone to give them a chance. They are EXCELLENT!!! I took my Arctic Fox to Bish's to get de-winterized and check the entire trailer so everything works. I am a single woman and i ask them to do that every year. One year my generator didn't work when i first took it camping, so I have learned to check everything to make sure it works before i leave their parking lot This month, May 2025, They told me i needed to get my roof sealed and quoted me $1500 for that... which i was fine with, and I could pick it up in a couple of days. Unfortunately, that never happened. I had to call them several times because they never kept me informed, but every time I called they said they would do it "tomorrow" which never happened so after almost two weeks or "tomorrow", I finally told them I would just pick it up. When I went to pick it up they told me it was de-winterized. I paid them for that. Well, they hadn't put the batteries in so the jack didn't work. While I was there the technician put them in. Also the generator wasn't turning on. They fixed that by making sure the propane was getting to it. I ended up taking it to Blue Compass on Hwy 2. They sealed the roof for $400. Hmmmm I saved $1,100. They also found a propane leak in the propane connectors and replaced them. I can understand why Bish's has a 3.0 Star Rating and Blue Compass has a 4.5 Rating. read more

I bought fifth wheel from Blue Dog and have had factory problems and they have fixed the problems. Every time I had to take it in was able to get it in and back in a reasonable time. The only delay was waiting for parts to come in. The service department has always been friendly and helpful to me. I heard they had some problems in the past but I have not had any complaints or problems with there service. read more

We experienced today what a truly professional and honest RV dealership should be. We purchased a new RV from Rodeo City RV in Ellensburg. What a great experience!!! We weren't lied to. We weren't pushed around, and we were not taken advantage of. My point is, please, please stay away from Blue Dog or Blue Compass or whatever the hell they call themselves. This place sucks it has had our camper since the end of November. We had to change our plans because they did not fix all the warranty things that needed to be fixed in February. We have called them and told them we need our camper and the service department manager, John does not call us. We are ready for spring break to go camping in. The camper again is not ready. It is it is parts have not come in. We have contact our RV company and they said that the parts were ordered like a few days before the date the camper. We are done spring break is coming and we cannot go camping because we don't have our camper. Do you know buy a camper from this company. Take care for not taking care of our camper. My mom was in a bind today and stopped in to see if she could get her travel trailer de-winterized for an unplanned trip. She called everywhere and couldn't get an appointment. Despite being fully booked out, a team member said that if she could get it to them that morning, he would take care of it. She did and they were true to their word. The team here was professional and thorough. They checked everything and when they came across a manufacture issue with the battery housing, they were able to address it in no time. Shoutout to the Blue Dog (Pasco)--Nathan in service and Dan in particular--for coming thru clutch and squeezing her/our trailer in today. You've just gained a loyal customer. read more

I bought a Trailer a Free solo teardrop from Blue Dog Rv in Pasco Wa. Wow is all I can say yes WOW. These people are on the ball sharp they answer all your questions. The service the way they all communicate the walk thru etc.. I have no issues or any negative comments about anyone or anything, Luis Herrera was my sale guy and this guy WOW knows his stuff. His expertise and knowledge with all the app's the phone calls and him getting back to you and answering all your questions his service is 5 stars for sure. I want to thank the staff for all you did and have done, to make my buying a trailer so simple and stress free. Purchased a new travel trailer and regret the decision. Stupidly bought an extended warranty only to have the service department talk down to me and be incredibly rude when I called them after a month and a half of them having my trailer to ask what was up. This is the worst experience ever buying something. Regret the purchase. Paid for an inspection and that was a joke clearly they say they inspect but don't. If you enjoy adult babysitting to get something fixed this is the place to go. Had to keep calling to get the plates. Was told by my salesman (Luis) I had to go pick them up at dmv? How? Trailer lights are messed up and keep triggering alarms in the the truck. Apparently need to take a day off from work to drive to get them fixed. read more

Our experience with sales was good. Finance gets a D- for no follow up. Our bank should of got the commission because they did all the heavy lifting. We bought five months ago and the only follow up from service is when I call to check on the status of our parts. Zero calls from them. The parts manager Eric mailed us a jack handle right away when I called corporate to complain. He gets an A for following up. We went with Bd because out of everyone in the tri-cities, I worked there and thought I could manage expectations with everyone. By far very disappointed in our experience. There is no excuse for not following up with customers. COVID or not. You take the heat and make the call. I had a great experience buying over the phone essentially at blue dog- pasco. Scott took great care and was very involved Throughout my entire process. I had to order my rv from the factory due to the options. Scott would call me every so often with updates and didn't mind when I called to harass him. When I picked up my rv, the parts dept took good care of me and since Scott was slammed another sales rep did my delivery papers. Finance dept was easy- took my check and off I went. I may have spent took much time BSing instead of making the trek home. Service did an excellent job with my hitch set up- trailer sits perfectly. Only gripe I have is that the service manager said it was fully detailed. it was not. It was filthy. I didn't have time for them to do another half assed detail so I got it home, de salted everything- it was covered, and gave it a thorough detail. Besides, everything was good! They don't honor their work. We had them install a slide topper on the slide out. After 3 months it broke and pulled off the exterior brackets on the slide out. They are claiming that we hit something but there isn't any other damage to the trailer except where the screws pulled out. Will not recommend them to anyone. BLUE DOG is a terrible place to buy an RV! Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere BUT blue dog! It's like this company has gone through special schooling to alienate customers of any sort. It's as if BLUE DOG HATES the RV business so much that they will do anything to make the customer wish they never did business with them. Unfortunately I knew this going into this bad excuse for a business, but they had the manufacturer of the Fifth wheel I wanted. I'm so glad that Alliance manufacturer allows me to use the RV warranty repair shop of my choice rather than being forced to be further frustrated by this company that should throw in the towel. I will never step foot into this nightmare RV business ever again One would imagine if you bought a brand new anything, it would come with a small degree of customer service! I purchased a 2019 Palomino camper from Blue Dog RV in Post Falls Idaho. I have had a few issues with the Fan and Electric Jacks. I took it over to the Pasco Blue Dog for warrantee work and have had nothing but issues. I got the unit back a month and a half later, not to mention they had my truck as well because the camper would not come off due to the jacks. When I received it back the fan was still apart and sitting on the upper bed. I picked it up on Wednesday and went to a fishing trip I=on Friday. I put the jack down to stabilize the camper and went to bring them back up and they did not work again. They replace my remote jack controller with one that has to be plugged in and also says "for emergency use only". I have had nothing bust issues as I am just trying to get what I paid for taken care of. All in all my experience at the Post Fall Blue Dog was fine but this experience with the service department at the Blur Dog in Pasco is something else. No care after the Sale is what I have learned. read more

I want to start by saying I am apprehensive to even write a review due to the fact that my BRAND NEW 2021 Olympia 26BH is currently at Blue Dog RV of Pasco awaiting service. I fear that my trailer may be neglected or damaged simply for writing this review. The Sales process was great along with Finance. Part and Repairs are a department with no accountability and is incompetent. It is nearly impossible to get anyone to answer when you call. And returning phone calls rarely happen. We put down our down payment on 1/9/2022 and went to pick up our trailer on 1/17/2022. During our final walk through we found the black water flush hook up was bent (making trailer septic/water system unusable), and a A/C vent was broken. After getting the trailer home was also found the frame around the bath door was not attached. We were told at the time of pick up someone would call to set up for the fixes and some upgrades we had paid for. No one called. I called on 1/25 and my call was returned on 2/1 the soonest appointment was 2/11 they said they would do their best to have our trailer done by 2/16. Essentially, we were sold a defective product that they are in no hurry of making right. I guess the customer service stops when they get their money. Trailer was dropped off on 2/11. From 2/17-3/2 multiple calls were made to Blue Dog I was told Jackie was our parts rep. during one of these called a message was relayed from Jackie to me via the receptionist that there was nothing new to report. I was told Warranty work could take months to complete. How is selling me a defective product an issue of MY warranty. The item was not sold as is it was sold NEW, the fix is on Blue Dog, not my warranty. Another call Jackie said the good news is the Black water flush fix had been processed and they were waiting on the other fixes to be oked. On 3/17 I was told me a technician had looked at trailer to diagnosed the issues on 3/11 ( one month after it was dropped off) I was then told by Jackie if we were paying for the fix they could just order the part and it would be don't faster. So you want me to pay to fix the defective product that Blue Dog sold me? During this call Jackie said she would speak to her supervisor Joe Harris about having the fix completed in lieu of the warranty OK, she said she would call me after she spoke to him. I called multiple times and left messages for Jackie in the days after this call to see what the status of our repairs were. On 3/25 I called and asked for Joe Harris he was not available but returned my call a bit later. During this call he said the Black water part had been Oked by Warranty and should have been taken care ASAP. He said he was going to call the manufacturer to get the status of the part. Said that he would get the trailer in to the shop to have the other work (we had paid for) done, he included having the trailer unwinterized at no cost and depending on the status of the parts he would see if there was a modification that could be made to make the trailer usable while waiting for the part. He would schedule our rig to be in the shop by 3/31 to complete all work that was yet to be done. On 3/31when I call about my trailers status Blue Dog was experiencing phone issues, when I was able to get a hold of someone she took my email address for Joe to contact me. I have yet to receive any email. On 4/5 I called and left 2 messages for Joe, I was told he was out of the office for a training. I called on 4/6 Jackie was not available was told a message would be left for her. 4/7 I went in the Blue Dog (an hour drive from my house) Joe was out until 4/8. Jackie was in she said we were still waiting for warranty Ok. I told her I had been told by more than one person her included that the black water flush repair had been oked. Jackie checked with her Warranty person Jamie and came back saying she would let me know when she had an ETA on parts. I let her know I would be checking with her and Joe regularly. I also let her know there is recall work required on the trailer (said she would have that looked in to) and that she would have the trailer unwinterized at no charge. She checked on the paid for work we brought in for she said all but one of those were done, she would have the last thing done ASAP (do you remember when she said if you paid for work it would get done faster? This is 55 days after drop off) On 4/12 I called and asked for Joe and Jackie neither were available. Left a message for both. Got a call back Jackie. I asked her when parts were order she said the Black Water flush should ship on 4/14 another part would ship in 3-4 weeks and the third was unknown. I asked her again when the parts were ordered she checked and told me they were ordered on 4/7. Nearly 2 months after drop off and 3 months from when the defective trailer was sold to us read more

I have been an RV owner since 2005, I have high expectations. I am also a realist and understand that issues will araise, it's not the issues but the dealer desire to resolve them. Tawny was my finance officer in Pasco but offered her assistance if I had issues in the future. I had some issues that came up on my drive home. Upon calling Tawny she expressed her desire to help, called my local Blue Dog and within an hour had me a detailed plan to fix my issues. Stellar service! read more

DO NOT BUY FROM BLUE DOG! Bought a 2020 Keystone Bullet from Blue Dog rv they pride them self on their "life time warranty" First camping trip we put awning out and notice a small pin hole, I call Michelle at Blue Dog she says "no problem we can get it replaced" so I tell her we are booked out for trips can we schedule an appointment when we are available "no problem" 4 trips in the toilet hose has a small hole from a staple rubbing the hose we call Blue Dog spoke with Matt he says no problem we can get that fixed, we take the trailer in to have toilet hose replaced and and I have a list of other repairs that are needed (under life time warranty) Matt takes pictures of other items and says they will get the toilet hose replaced that day but other items will need to be ordered, 2 hours later Matt calls us says Toilet hose is replaced we can pick up trailer, we arrive and no one walks out with us to show us work done Matt just says everything is ready to go. Following weekend we are in ID and turn on our water pump and notice the under belly of our trailer is leaking water and sagging, we check the bathroom and notice water on the floor! after inspection we see that they had put a faucet hose on our toilet which caused water to leak under the shower and into the under belly causing water to be also in the storage compartment on the other side! I call Blue dog spoke to Jake he was actually very nice and was sorry and made an appointment for that Following Tuesday for our trailer. Tuesday we arrived at Blue Dog and Matt was immediately Rude kept saying that the "faucet hose was a better hose" I told him I wanted the under belly replaced and the wood in the storage compartment and the toilet hose properly replaced! Matt continued to be rude and then walked off after taking pictures. I asked to receive pictures during repair! Wednesday I received a call from Jake saying Toilet hose was replaced and under belly was "repaired" I told Jake no the under belly needs to be replaced due to the water damage caused sagging and this was all due to them putting on the wrong toilet hose! Jake said he would talk to Matt and call me back! Matt calls me later that day and tells me the Manufacturer will not approve the underbelly to be replaced and its a $2000 part so they will only repair the underbelly, I tell him no thats not ok due to this damage is due to their mess up he is rude again so I ask Matt to have his boss call me! We get a call Thursday the trailer repairs are done and we can pick up the trailer (we needed the trailer for that weekend so I said I would pick it up) again upon arrival no one walks us out to go over any of the work done! I tell Jake before leaving I still want the other replacements done which included Awning and underbelly and he said all was noted and Trent should be calling. 5 days go by no call from Trent so I call Blue dog the receptionist says she will have someone call me, that afternoon Justin from Post Falls Blue Dog calls me (he knows nothing of my trailer or the problem we have had) I tell him everything and he proceeds to tell me that this is all normal this is how they "repair" things when i tell him its shitty customer service and they need to replace my items since I bought a $40,000 camp trailer from them and they cause the flood damage! Justin then tells me I'm being hysterical (because I used the f word) and says he will end this conversation! fine I told him I would like a call from Trent and I will be contacting the Better Business B he is again rude and hangs up. Bkue Dog says they have a "life time warranty" but they don't follow through and try to scam you! read more

I normally do not post negative reviews but I am so frustrated with this purchase. The quality of the service we have received since buying our dream RV has been an absolute nightmare. We have a 2 page list of items that need to be fixed including 2 water issues, the first trip to get the issues fixed took 3 weeks to diagnose, then we had to wait for warranty approval and parts. When we picked up the RV there was a part missing on the hitch which caused the trailer to drop onto the back of our truck. The water leak that was supposed to be fixed in the kitchen still leaks and now the cabinet is ruined, and we got our RV back with a big tear in the awning. We are a year into this purchase and still do not have all of the warranty work completed, the RV was back at their shop for 2 months last fall and still had to be taken back, but they do not let you drop off on Saturday, we live 90 miles from there so we would have to take time off work to take it in again....never would I purchase here again! read more

Like all the other reviews, the sales end of things in Pot Falls was great. Once they have your money, though, forget any kind of service. We tried to have warranty work done there... had to leave our RV for months, only to take time off work to learn they didn't do most of the work that was asked of them. Took it to the Pasco Blue Dog the second time. Completely incompetent, didn't fix anything. Finally we asked them to send us the parts so we could fix it ourselves. Amazingly, a package from Blue Dog showed up! ...with the wrong parts. That was a year ago and we still have not received the correct parts. Fast forward to 2022. In a moment of desperation, my husband took the RV back to Blue Dog in Pasco. They had it almost 2 full months. We called numerous times to get an update but getting someone to answer is about like winning the lottery. Now that summer is almost over, we have up on them and had a cousin pick up the trailer. None of the problems were addressed, and we have very little faith that we will receive any followup from the service department. Before picking it up, I called in hopes of getting a real-live human on the line. After several failed attempts, I finally de used to call the sales department. Shocker! They picked up on the first ring. The poor gentleman I spoke with tried desperately to connect me but with no success. My friend's parents recently had the same experience. My own parents are shopping for a motor home, and will not be purchasing from Blue Dog. So disappointing. word of mouth will catch up with them sooner or later. They are nice and friendly while you are there purchasing a RV but the second you leave look out. My Rv was supposed to have a dining table with it but did not catch it till we left that it was not there. I have called numerous times about getting it and they say they will check into it and get back to me and never do and now when I call they hang up on me. The first time we went to use it and turned on the water pump the toilet sprayed water all over the back wall and soaked everything. Went to lock the door and the tumbler fell right out. It was easier to get the parts from Amazon and fix it my self or drive 125 miles 4 times to take it to them to fix plus not have it for a long time while they get the parts and fix. And now I still have not received the license plates and tabs that I should have received 2 months ago. They won't do nothing about it. Bought a very expensive 5th Wheel toy hauler from Blue Dog in Pasco a little over 1 year ago. Part of the deal included them installing 3 vent covers over the roof vents. They installed 3 different kinds of covers, and rather than install them as appropriate so they could be removed if they broke, or to access the vents below, they installed them with 10 lbs of sealer puddy requiring them to be cut out with a knife if ever necessary to remove them. First time out the main bath toilet seal leaked. When I took it back with water still on the floor and a video showing water streaming down the side of the pedestal they took it in but later said they were unable to replicate the issue and refused to fix it. I took it home and fixed the pinched seal myself. When I went to pick it up one of the the motorized legs would not retract because they had hit the leg on something while moving it around and bent it causing a big hassle and long down time to get it fixed. This was just the beginning of disappointing encounters with the Blue Dog service department. Aside from all the actual servicing issues, they don't answer their phones half the time and forward you to a voicemail that's full and won't accept messages, rarely return calls if you do get through, and make a mess out of the service orders they do work on. They always have a reason why work is outside of the warrentee and want to bill you for everything. Their service staging area is basically in the middle of their small customer parking lot that's always congested so moving a 40' 5th Wheel around without hitting something is a challenge! Overall, I'd suggest you find another place to buy your expensive RV! read more

I recently purchase a 2017 R-Pod 172 from Blue Dog in Spokane Valley and pulled it to my home in Tri-Cities, WA. I wanted to add a number of items to my rv setup including an e-2 anti-sway hitch, rear camera, but I didn't need a brake controller because the dealer gave that to me gratis in my purchase- thanks Blue Dog. The service manager in Pasco guided me to the other two items and had his crew install it at the time of purchase. I bought the trailer used ( 1 yr. old), and the previous owner had broken one of the accordion shades. Since it was sold used, as is, the shade could have been something I was going to have to pay for, but Jake researched and called the dealer that sold it to me and they agreed to pay for the whole process- item and labor. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BLUE DOG RV!!!!!! I purchased a 2021 Travel Trailer from the Pasco location. Sales process was fine but the from the minute I left with my trailer it became a nightmare. There were some minor warranty issues but that was not what turned out to be the problem. During the initial walk thru some items were noted that would need to be addressed. As soon as I got it home I noticed another issue with the metal skirting so I made an appointment to get it back in for warranty work before ever using the trailer. The trouble starts here. After dropping it off I received a call from the service tech, Christian, that said they were working on all the issues and would get back to me. A few days pass with no call. I called multiple times and left messages that were not returned. We had a trip planned so I finally got ahold of someone else to let them know I needed to pick it up. After 10 days in their shop literally nothing had been done. I then made an appointment to return it to them. I never received another call from them. I waited a few days and it took multiple calls to finally get Christian on the phone. At that point he told me almost everything had been repaired and that he was just waiting on approval for one item. No calls so after another week I called and called finally getting another tech to answer. He pulled the file and proceeded to tell me that everything Christian had told me was complete was NOT. I informed him that I had another trip coming up the following weekend and I needed it completed by then. He assured me would talk to Christian and make sure it was complete or at least ready for me to use. Well the week passed and still no calls. I tried multiple times but finally had to just tell a receptionist that I needed to pick up my trailer. I arrived to pick it expecting to find at least some items completed after being in their shop for 2 1/2 weeks. What I found was worse. Not only did they not complete the items on the list they actually damaged the metal skirting which was obviously hit multiple times with a hammer. In that 2 1/2 weeks the only items they actually completed was gluing on 1 trim piece and moving the faucet over so it didn't hit the fridge. Worse yet when I went to hook up my trailer the electric jack did not function. So I went in to talk to the tech that was there. To be fair I had not dealt with him until this point but Christian was nowhere to be found. I explained that the batteries were obviously dead. What he said next sent me over the edge. He asked me if I had disconnected the batteries when I brought it in. I replied no as that was never discussed. He then said it was "not their problem". WTF!!! So I said that I bring a brand new trailer in here that functioned properly when I left it and come back to dead batteries and you don't think its your problem. I made sure he understood that was the stupidest thing any tech had ever said to me. I explained that it had been in their custody so ANYTHING that happened during that time was indeed their problem. We walked out to the trailer so he could verify the batteries were in fact dead. Upon verification he asked me what I expected him to do. At this point I was furious and told him to go get a manager. Instead of a manager coming out he came back with 2 new batteries and replaced them which is the only thing they did right in this entire ordeal. Once installed I told him why I was so pissed off and that I wanted the rest of the s**t taking care of. At that point he told me I could not curse at him and started to walk away. I tried to explain I wasn't cursing at him but that's the way I talk when I'm pissed off. I told him once again to get the f**king manager. Then they played the make me wait game. The manager came out 20 minutes later. I said I just want this to get taken care of with a few colorful words mixed in. Well apparently they are all snowflakes there and cant handle a curse word. He walked off and said he was calling the cops. Had to laugh a bit as to why but couldn't help saying a few more very choice words. I proceeded to take pictures of the trailer and the damage they caused as well as the items that were not completed and then I hooked up my trailer. I sat in the parking lot researching Blue Dog corporate information and made a couple of calls. As the cops arrived we had a great chat. Told them what happened and I got a huge surprise. One of the officers told me that they have been there a lot. It seems that any customer that they don't want to deal with they call the cops and have them banned from the property. Quite the business model, instead of just doing your job and taking care of the customer, you have them removed. So I left and made a few more calls leaving messages and wrote an email. To my surprise I got a call within the hour but it soon turned. When we first went to Blue Dog RV in Pasco we had a good sales man. He had went on vacation (he told me this) and left our business in the hands of one of his co-workers who did not follow up with anything. They tried to help with financing and I had to keep calling over and over to follow up. They tried 3 banks and just took the no and did nothing I even asked if we could put more money down if the bank would change their mind. He basically asked how much I stated 1k IDK what ever they want so we could figure it out. He never did anything from this point forward except send me a purchase order to take to my bank because I was on a time limit to get the trailer so I got my own financing. When I got financing they scheduled me to come do paperwork at 5pm and I sat there until 730 before I was able to sit down with the paperwork guy because no one put me on his schedule. I work 15 hours 5 days per week so I was on a time limit and didn't get home until 9 to feed my kids. During the signing they offered me all the extra warranties and it was over 3k which I would have bought but because I didn't know about these things to add it into the loan I was not able to buy them. The bank I went through wouldn't let me add it to the loan. I wish they guy who sent me the purchase order would have included these things so we could have had the bank add them in my loan. The following Friday we are supposed to leave out of town and get our RV at 8am. The day before they call me and tell me that we can't get it because they can't get the slide out and all day they worked and figured it out we picked it up at 10am because they couldn't do 8am. Take it on our trip and things are fine our bathroom door was not closing like it should and we figured it was that it was not leveled out and would hope it would work the next time. About one month later I get an EMAIL telling me the parts for my bathroom door are in and to schedule a service. I was never told something was wrong with my door!!!! Then I schedule it to be fixed today and dropped it off Saturday. The wrote down that it would be picked up today at 415 they close at 430 my boyfriend and I switched vehicles and he was getting off work early to go get it. I had not received any phone calls telling me it was done and called them to find out that they had a lot of orders and mine did not get out to the tech they didn't see the promise to be done today and it would be done tomorrow. I have never had a worse experience buying anything every! I would not recommend going to Blue Dog RV in Pasco WA. I would not even give a 1 star because they don't deserve it!!!! read more
