With these minor setbacks, it was still a great property and the pool area was nice I just wish they would skim the pool more as there were a bunch of dead bees floating around. Also the pool water is super salty as well too. It must be salt water and not chlorine but I've never seen water be so salty before. I know the review sounds overall negative but the convenience of the large room, great price, and wonderful location it definitely makes it worth it to stay here.

We immediately went in and met with the inn keeper who offered to let us go see the room before we committed to booking. This is THE cutest little 13 room inn set right on Oak Creek. There is seating down by the creek, on the patio off the main room, and inside the main room itself that all have great views. Our room was very spacious with a 2-person sized bathtub and a fireplace! It had truly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in away from home. My husband was obsessed and wanting to know how we could copy it to have at home. Both of the inn managers were so kind and took such good care of us. You could feel how much they care for the inn and value their guests. There's always coffee and water set out. They have homemade cookies in the afternoon and homemade muffins in the morning. They have a bookshelf with various options for reading and a large selection of movies. On the coffee table, they have binders full of recommendations for trails and exploring the area. It was such a cute and intimate place to stay. I'd recommend it to anyone traveling to Sedona and I'd love to stay here again! We truly couldn't have found a better place to stay for Valentine's Day. We felt so lucky to have gotten a room here.

We stayed upstairs and my husband only bonked his head once (so far). Walked to the shops and restaurants which was super nice we didn't have to drive or ride share after drinking. Parking was free but initially we couldn't find a spot in back- one came available in less than 20 minutes though! Staff said parking after 6pm is easier in assuming because many of the shops close then. (Restaurants are open) We will be back.

The 2 downsides of pet-friendly rooms is that pet owners are often lumped together, so if people talk too loudly or slam doors, it causes a dog-barking chain reaction. The first night here was BRUTAL because my dog (and other dogs) would and could not stop barking. The second downside was how loud the A/C unit is because my dog could not stop barking at it when it turned on. After the first night, my dog was calm because he knew what to expect from the A/C and the neighbors. The hot breakfast is nothing to write home about...it's the standard eggs, sausage, bread, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, juice and coffee offerings. The staff stood out though.
