Then security came and stood next to me as if I had done something wrong, despite me remaining calm the entire time. This employee has had a horrible attitude every single time I've come in, but this crossed the line completely. No customer should ever be cursed out, disrespected, or made to feel unsafe simply for asking someone not to mishandle food they paid for. The level of disrespect and hostility was completely unacceptable. Businesses that tolerate employees verbally abusing paying customers will continue to lose loyal customers. I will never return.
