My biggest problem was the customer service. The mechanic (whose first language was not English) had problems locating the proper jack fitting for my Tesla. Then he claimed that the tire could not be repaired. It was a simple plug fix but he wanted to either patch or replace the tire. It was only resolved when a manager became involved. Very nice lady manning the front desk but again seemed confused. Might be a one off but I probably would not recommend if other options are available.

They took out multiple dents and unjammed my door. Additionally buffed out scratches and stapled my bumper falling off mt RAM 1500. They charged me an hour for all the work that was done. Any other body shop would have charged me 3 hours of labor and not have been as thorough as they were. Family owned buisness with relaxed, helpful, patient attitudes. Recieved a call telling me my battery was bad, when I told them no it wasn't, they told me they put the meter on it and it wasn't bad. I told him I had just replaced the battery and he reiterated the meter said it was bad, but should be under warranty and should be replaced. I did not change my battery, and 3 months later is still starting every time.

I opted to purchase 2 new rear tires. Bobby at Price offered many choices. I chose Kenda but got little in the way of recommendation or support for my choice. The tires arrived a day later than promised, which spoiled a day of vacation. But they were mounted quickly and expertly. Prices were typical, neither good nor bad. The tires they sold me were second tier models, and more than a year old. I'd have preferred newer ones. Phone communication was very good. There is no waiting room there so one is left to wander the streets while repairs are being made.

They told me they found a nail in the tire but that it "didn't go through" and claimed nothing was actually wrong with the tire. That alone didn't make much sense to me, so I tried asking a few questions just to understand what was going on. Instead of explaining it, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive. Every time I asked something simple like why the tire would be losing pressure if the nail didn't go through, they acted annoyed and made me feel like I was stupid for even asking. As a customer, I think it's completely reasonable to want a clear explanation about something involving your vehicle's safety especially my sons. Customer service matters just as much as the repair itself, and the way I was treated was honestly disrespectful. I left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. I will definitely not be coming back here and would not recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated with basic respect.

woooooorst dealer ever, We gave $1950 down & the car we got since day one had problems. The air…read morewouldnt turn off so it would always run & waste more gas, The signal & break lights didnt work, the car starts shaking after you go over 70 mph, everytime the door opened & the atepbar came out it made a horrible noise, things we didn't notice because we were too in love with the car & found out the next day we bought it. Everytime we called the dealer to make an appt with their mechanic before the 30 days guarantee they wouldn't answer the phone, say the mechanic is on lunch, or they will call us back & never would call back. The car didn't even last 2 weeks until finally the car overheated & had to be towed to their dealer for them to fix, mind you I had to pay out of my pocket to have the car towed there after leaving me stranded at night after leaving work. The car stayed there a week, I had to spend $200 on ubers to go to work. When the whole point if buying the car was to save money on ubers. If it wasn't because my husband & I called so many times to ask when the car would be ready the car would had stayed there longer. When we got the car back they had only replaces the tube that was leaking that caused it to overheat. The manager angel when I told him how unhappy I was replied with a slick remark " the car is used what do you expect" I understand its a used car but no one should have to go through this nightmare this all would've been avoided if they were more helpful & called back. When I asked to make an appt or talk with the manager to return the car they would tell me they would call me back and guess what never would. Until finally I showed up & requested my money back from the downpayment. From those $1,950 I gave I only got back $657... They charged me $45 a day for the car & even had the audacity to charge me the week the car was parked at the dealer. Do not do business with these people, The employees are rude & always have a face that they don't even want to be there working. I will make sure everyone in Miami hears my story about this dealer.
