Both of these contributed to the field supervisor finally showing up and doing the best he could wrap up the lifting from what had already been done. Unfortunately I paid full price for a "training session", and ending up with mediocre results. As a consumer, 1)do your homework on your project 2) ask lots of questions 3) don't settle...
