Previous review was five stars! Blue dragon is now under new ownership, firing all the knowledgeable helpful employees. Now they have employees that don't even know what battery, goes into what mod! They can't even tell me if a coil will work in my tank, when they don't have my normal coil! All I could say to her was what do you know, absolutely nothing! If you're going to work in a Vape shop, if you're going to own a Vape shop, either hire knowledgeable employees, or train the ones you have! This is bad business! Ryan was awesome and patience with us as we tired about every flavor. The prices are amazing on all the products at least 30% less then most other stores. The house flavors all have a light flavor. My favorite I tried today was X rated which I will be back for. The set up is nice, Xbox, big screen TV, football, games and a comfy sofa. Alley had a great time and got a lot of love and attention. I don't know how this shop is anything less than 5 stars. These guys have always given great service, never once have I walked in without being greeted immediately, and always in a welcoming way, no matter if it's at 8am or 11:59pm right when they are about to close. Great supply of house juice, and one of the few places that has a rewards card worth coming back for, and they have never failed to have the coils or glass replacements that I needed. I'm relatively new to vaping. I went to Blue Dragon with some questions regarding the difference between VG and Nic-Salt. The counter person Jill seemed helpful at first but when my partner asked some more in depth questions regarding comparisons - Jill's mood changed and she told us that although she didn't want to be rude, she needed to close up shop. We were there at about 10 to 9 and the times posted on the door stated the shop closed at midnight. Prices were solid and there seemed to be a large selection, though. read more

Just went here for the first time, lost my main mod the previous night so I took my back up to find a new rda. The bearded man that helped me wasn't informative at all, very short with me and made my time there fairly hard helping me find an rda I would like, after I did but the rda refused to rebuild for me because there was only 2 of hem at the shop... With nobody in it besides me, on a Sunday at 1030. I would of never have bought an inbuilt rda knowingly, I don't know how to build very well and now I have to wait for my main Vape to open so hey can fix where this shop lacks in customer service. So do ourself a favor and drive past this bodega and find a real shop. Zero stars if possible read more

I am writing in regards to the Tempe location of this business. I unfortunately bought a vape for my first time here, and Andrew told me that I was getting a different model than he actually sold me. This DIFFERENT model takes a different tank glass than the others. I had to visit four other stores to find out that it could not be replaced. He sold me the wrong model and also told me that there would be additional tank glasses inside the boxes, which was also a lie. I spent $100 at an establishment that I will never visit again. Andrew was uninformed and made a sale without thinking of the customer or what future issues they may have. He did not even give me the right model name. Then, I was refunded a $6 tank glass to make up for a bunch of wasted time and effort. I would not recommend visiting the Tempe store if you can avoid it, or at least, make sure you don't speak with Andrew. read more

This place is awesome. I worked with James and he was super helpful, which was great because I am new to vaping. I must have spent 2 hours in the shop asking questions and trying the different flavored juices before making the decision to purchase an Alien mod and a couple bottles of their liquid. The Valkyrie (Strawberry milk) was by far my favorite, closely followed by the Frostbite, which tastes like menthol. I really appreciated how friendly the staff was and how they were willing to take so much time explaining things to me. Will be back soon! read more

My boyfriend and I have been coming here for some time for his vape fluid and supplies. We even continue to shop there even though we've moved further north in town. They always have attentive service while remaining super chill. They have a good selection of fluid flavors, which they seem to rotate regularly in addition to their in-house brand, and they also have a range of vape equipment, coils, parts, etc. They're very knowledgeable about all their products. If they're out of something, they can usually tell you who else has it. Prices are also reasonable. All around good spot! read more

I think I found me a new spot. Similar to Red Star Vapor they mix custom juice and have there own line of signature juices. The prices are a few dollar different compared to Red Star. 120ml @ Red Star will cost you $21 with a new bottle and $20 if you bring back your empty bottle. Blue Dragon offers a 120ml bottle optional glass bottle or plastic at no extra cost. I find that the glass bottle are more superb than the plastic especially if you left in your car in this AZ heat who knows how the chemical would react in a plastic bottle vs the glass. Also I love how they have these information printed and labeled on your bottles. It looks really professional compared to redstar. Flavor name MG of nicotine Also a sweet black and blue dragon. I only wish they offered a bigger bottle. 120ml is the biggest one they offer. Red star has more option if you want bigger bottles up to 1000ml of juice for $140. Overall I think they need to speed up the juice making process because there seems to be a line to request the type of juice you want made. I would suggest an area for sampling the juice smell or even drip to separate the line from people who is actually ready to order and know what they already want. It was my first time and it seemed like a hassle just to figure out what I wanted. Overall the custom juice price here beats Red Star Vapor! read more

Best vape shop I've been in. Hands down! I love the atmosphere and with me being pretty new to vaping, I didn't feel pressured or looked down on at all. I always get slight anxiety when I go into a new shop, and at first I was nervous. These guys make me feel comfortable and at ease! I was just expecting to go in and buy a couple flavors. Walked out with four new flavors and ended up staying for over an hour hanging out and playing games. They have custom flavors, a big board of standard flavors, and can make your own. First time in this particular vape shop as I was running errands. The two employees that worked there were very kind and helpful. I went in looking for a new box mod and one of the items I liked was a floor model and was the last one. I asked if they would be able to provide a discount due to the fact that people had handled it, taken on and off the back, etc. The owner was there at the time and the employee said he'd have to go ask. He asked the owner who was visibly annoyed, the owner stated wait, what does she want...employee hesitantly stayed again, and owner angrily and rudely said NO absolutely not it hasn't even been out of the box for that long. Since the owner was angrily loud enough for me to here when the employee walked back awkwardly I said you know what don't worry about it I'll go elsewhere...if you can't discount a floor model that's fine...but when the owner of an establishment flips out it's disturbing...a good customer service experience would look like this...mam I'm so sorry we are actually unable to discount this product because of ... I can throw you one of those little rubber tank protectors or take a bit off this juice...Again, the two employees were super nice but I feel really bad for them...I hope the owner was just having a bad day and isn't typically an angry abusive individual! read more

I had the greatest experience here! The manager was so kind and informative. As someone who came in not knowing much about anything she got me into a kit that was perfect for me. I decided to vape in order to cut back on cigarettes and eventually quit. I wish I could give this place 10 stars! They were busy but so attentive to everyone who was purchasing items. They have a lot of juice here(hundred and hundred of flavors) which is the only reason I keep coming back. I have NEVER not even once gotten help. When I ask for help picking out some flavors, they always tell me "it's preference." obviously it's preference but you can also give me some advice. What I hate about this shop is how long they make you wait, as well as customer service. They ALWAYS make you wait until they finish whatever they are doing to help you. (Including phone calls, and bullshiting around.) I have been here 5 times and every time takes me atleast 20minutes to an hour. Not because it takes me a while to pick a flavor, but because it takes dude with the beard an hour to make the juice I want. You guys have amazing flavors and a good shop. Just try working on customer service. Not everyone who goes inside the store wants to "hangout and chill." Some customers want to be in and out. read more

I stand by my first review. This place is the $hit. The owner gave my father a free tank in attempts to encourage him to quite smoking cigarettes. Obviously this means the world to me because I would love to see him quite. Oh, he also threw in a free e-juice. No exaggeration. My favorite juice is their house fruit loops brand. So blue dragon vapor is definitely far from me but I've been there 4 times and that's because the shop is great...it's a big wide open shop they sell house juices that are made in house but there house juices are amazing great flavor and vapor you can get 120 ml bottle for 18 bucks!!!! Normally that would run you 60 bucks so that's a bargain they have snacks and drinks for purchase at a good price there mod and atty selection is top notch tons of options for you they also have vaping shirts for sale 20 bucks which us good they have a nice couch and a big tv with an Xbox 360 with live so you can play online watch Netflix just hang out and relax there the staff is nice the establishment is high end very clean the ventilation Is good the air flow is good I recommend blur dragon vapor I'll be stopping by least once a month. read more

Back in November I bought a new vape unit along with replacement coils and their largest bottle of juice. My brother bought the same model as I did. His unit works perfectly. Mine is defective and leaks constantly. I immediately went back to talk to someone and was shrugged at and told I couldn't be helped. I dealt with the leaking another month but it's now so bad that I can barely use it. I went back today to try again to speak to someone about getting the faulty ring replaced. A man claiming to be the manager stood behind the counter vaping for a full 5 minutes while I patiently waited to be helped. He didn't appear to be busy with anyone which was confirmed when his coworker told him I was waiting and to go help me. He then sneered at me and proceeded to hit his vape 3 more times before finally coming over to help me. When I explained the issues I've been having, he first tried to say I wasn't changing my coils enough. I've been told before the coils are good for a week. I've been changing mine more frequently than that and also had a brand new coil in it. He then immediately jumped to how it's printed on the receipt that they don't take returns and refused to help us. We tried getting him to swap out just the broken part, which couldn't cost more than a few dollars, and his response was, "What, and we eat the cost?" You wouldn't need to print disclaimers on your receipts if you knew you were selling reliable products. It is your responsibility as a vendor and a business to take some ownership over the products you sell and the service you provide. Blue Dragon Vapor Shop is the worst vape shop I have ever gone to. Wow!! My husband and I visited this store for the first time today and couldn't be more excited about the experience. They were SUPER busy when we first walked in, but it was WELL worth the wait. Great customer service!! I picked up a Smok Alien yesterday (Got red!!) and they offered me a receipt and I didn't even think about grabbing it (stupid me). All it took was to upload the firmware and then I had a brick on my hands. Called Blue back and the guy found my receipt!! Plus the juice is good and definitely reasonable!! The price of the Alien was also cheap for in town (eBay price!!) and I 100% authenticated my mod!!!! read more

Beware of burning throat, because that is what happens when you BUY bad, exposed vapor juice. Spent $47 for two bottles of juice at 3mg, larger sized bottles and the juice burned my throat and my husband's throat. Blue Dragon refused to give any exchange or refund, saying it is not their problem. Hmmm, really? I tried to rationalize with female manager and said owner but they gave nothing for my $47, except a headache and an obviously a horrible review. Don't waste your time OR $$$$. I love Blue Dragon Vapor. I've been shopping here for 3-4 years now. They have the best juice in the valley. I've shopped at 8 different locations across the Phoenix Metro area. This places juice does not burn my coils fast, this juice can last me days on end. The staff are fantastic. The longer employed team members are super knowledgeable, there's a few newer guys/gals too that are knowledgeable. They know me by name because I come in daily. They have the best deals in the valley. Today was awesome. I came in for a replacement tip for my super tank. The one it came with was no longer screwing on. I was debating on switching to my old tank, the guy said the old tank was okay but the super was better. He said you are better off with a new tip. Made sure the one I was getting fit. It was a cool design. Went to go pay, and he said it's on the house for coming in. I spend lots of money here weekly. I always special order. This was an awesome gesture. WORST EXPERIENCE START TO FINISH avoid at all cost! We spent $200 on new vapes and it wasn't until the transaction was complete did the girl tell us there was a no return policy. She then followed it with if we brought it back they can normally help out as long as there is no damage. We came back because Brett Bradley tank instantly exploded. When we got there the first guy was nice and passed us off to someone who was supposed to help and was HORRIBLE. He was rude from the start, no eye contact and fought his fellow employee in front of us. Didn't try to work with us at all and told us if he let us exchange it for a different vape "it will come out of my pocket and I only have a $1." Reluctantly called his manager and never returned. The manager was fine but they left us with just changing a coil. Now we have an $80 vape that we want nothing to do with. Again. AVOID at all cost! So glad I wasted my 25th birthday fight for a POS we don't even want.... read more
