My husband && I visited Blue Dragon Vapor for the 1st time on the 8th of Oct. While in search for a main (&& only) vape shop for my husband, we've been to tons of them. yes, some shops had great varieties of juices, mods and equipment's BUT BLUE DRAGON VAPOR had the #1 thing we (in our opinion) had && that was CUSTOMER SERVICE! when we 1st walked in it had this very kicked back vibe and a section for its customers to hang out and play some games! we were actually welcomed by the owner himself, David (Dave) and it was just the best experience you can get/receive when looking for a place to shop (or call home). he stayed with us from the time we walked in until the time we left and was just very awesome and helpful. this is actually the 1st shop that told us if we have kids (which we have like a brady bunch lol) that they are welcome into the shop and enjoy all the goodies (drinks and snacks they sell) while we get what we're looking for. this is a very family-oriented shop and will definitely make you feel so welcomed! on top of all that, they custom make every juice even down to the VG/PG, just how you like it. Dave took very good care of our needs and questions we had. unlike other shops when you're done buying what you need that's it they're done with you and can make you feel like that's all your worth. Blue Dragon Vapor makes you feel wanted the whole time and everytime you visit their shop. so i think there isn't anything else i need to stress about this shop BUT for you to go and experience this awesome place for yourself! In my quest for the perfect Vape shop, I found myself in Blue Dragon vapor not too long ago. The shop was inviting enough and had a good selection of hardware, although I only knew what half of it was as everything else was way above my knowledge level. I was greeted by an older gentleman upon entering with a couple of other young men standing behind the counter ready to assist. I noticed they mix custom juice here and started sampling flavors. When I found a liquid that I liked, I ordered a 30ml bottle from the larger guy with the beard and he mixed it for me. Later that evening I went home and filled up my tank with the new juice. The flavor (rampage) was fantastic! Very accurate portrayal of red vines/licorice. So I proceeded to replace the cap to the bottle, and noticed there was a long black, wirey strand of hair stuck between the cap and the bottle. I removed the nipple top to the bottle and proceeded to remove a 6-7 inch long black hair from my fresh bottle of juice. This disgusted me to no end. I threw away the bottle and dumped the tank out and cleaned it several times in hot, soapy water. I thought about telling the store about this incident, but after this fiasco, I have NO interest in ever stepping foot in this store again. Buyer beware!!!! read more

This is a solid vapor shop with caring and helpful staff. The owner (David) is a down to earth type of guy with a very humble attitude. I believe he created this business on a good foundation. Now, on to the store itself. The store is clean and has plenty of room inside, plus it's in a good area. The products are solid with very fair prices. They have a laundry list of juice flavors at a very good price. The two juices I have tried was Drift and Hunny Pear, which are solid flavors that do not taste of chemicals or taste off putting. I would recommend to stop in and give Blue Dragon Vapor a try, or at least the juices above for that matter. The store has a relaxing chill feel to it. The store has wifi, video games, candy, and drinks. I am sure I am missing stuff that the store has, but its a good store I think you just might enjoy it as much as I do. This is a great place to grab some good juice or whatever is your vaping needs are (i.e. study, work on a project, or just hang out). For all you caffeine junkies, there is a Dutch Bros right in front of the store, not to mention the store itself is stocked with energy drinks too. I just have to say, I'm impressed. My first impression when I walked into this place was it looked like a living room and a bachelor pad with the couches, TV, and the mini fridge. But it's was actually a really lovely place. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. The gentleman here are very sweet and actually care about a good vamping experience, instead of just trying to make a pretty penny. I have been coming to this still establishment for about two months once every week or two. The gentleman behind the counter always replaces my coil for me because my dumb self would probably find a way to screw up such a simple thing. They have every vape flavor you could think off, all made in house. I continuously had complaints about my leaking tank, and they got me a new tank. I don't know too much about vaping, new to the concept, but they told me about all the tanks and informed me about the best tanks, the economical tanks, and everything in between. I ended up getting a "Smok"? tank, and my first hit I was in love. Great recommendation. My favorite part is they all used the tanks they sell, so that's pretty much a green flag for me. It will take you back to being a child on Sunday morning; just ask for a sample. #2 If you don't know much about vaping (like myself) they will make you feel completely out of touch with the questions they ask, hesitate for a second or ask a question, and they will explain everything very simply- we have been back 3 times and now feel like a 'pro'. #3 Customer service is amazing (see #2). I have been going to blue dragon for awhile now, and always had a great experience. But this specific time I went was worth writing a review . A couple weeks ago I went to blue dragon to get some juice for my ecig. I was getting just the small bottle that they sell for $3 because I had been struggling financially since COVID started. But when I tried to use my card it was declined and I didn't have any other money. I was completely out of juice and I must have had that sad look on my face thinking that I would have to go without till I got paid. But the young man whose name is Hunter said don't worry, it's on me! And handed me the bottle. That little act of kindness was huge for me and it made my day! I was introduced to Blue Dragon Vapor by my daughter and her boyfriend. They were aware that I wanted to quit cigarettes so they brought me down to the shop. The staff answered all my questions and were so helpful and knowledgeable with all their products. They have hundreds of flavors that you can try before buying and can even make custom juice if you have a flavor that you like from another shop. This is my favorite vape shop in the valley! I used to drive from Surprise to Tempe just to go to them! They now have a store in Glendale so I only pass 5-6 vape shops to go to the best now! Coolest shop I have been to by far. Its set up with drinks, games and even an x box with a big tv. Since finding this shop and seeing all the flavors they make as you order it I will not be going elsewhere for anything vape related. the owners and staff know a lot and are glad to help. They have samples of some of the flavors they make and I think everyone should give them a shot! I spent over an hour just hanging out when I came in. Bring your friends its a cool place to chill. I love this place. Cannot emphasize how much I appreciate the customer service aspect, me being in customer service as well, and the prices. I've been to other shops that do the mixing for you in front of you but their juice tastes of better quality. The prices are the lowest I've seen in any shop. 5 dollars for a 15ml and 8 for a 30 ml are great. The hardware selection is pretty impressive and they keep up to date with what's popular. I had a GeekVape Aegis Legend die after two years and needed a new mod immediately. I looked up vape shop near me on google and ran over to Blue Dragon. Wow. I lucked out! First off Chris is AWESOME! We must have talked for two hours. He hooked me up with a new mod that ended up being cheaper than I could have gotten it on FastTech; ( I looked it up) 1$ cheaper than ordering it from China. I found my new shop! They are extremely knowledgeable about vapes and all the ins and outs of the working parts. I went to three different shops looking for coils for my sigieli and they were able to help me find the right fit. Also prices are very low. Example, I bought a 30ml at another shop it was $20, at Blu Dragon its only $8.99. Try the Sour Strapz, its my new favorite! Fat guy with the beard has terrible customer service . never greets customers , is neither friendly or helpful, sits and talks to people while you just ssttaannddd arounddddd waiting for him to finish showing his buddies pictures of stuff , not always appropriate , off his phone . personally when I pull up and see it's only him I get back in my car and go down the street.
