This is my fourth pool installation and the quality is the poorest. The gunite is rough, not even, and has poor transitions to the tile work. Seats in the pool are uneven by up to two inches. The deck is permanently stained from their crew. Baja shelf is not graded properly pooling during winter closure causing staining. Within one month of completion one third of the deck sank. Within 14 months the pool was cracked mid pool almost all the way across. No responses to notification of issues. Best of luck using them

The first time we used them was in 2021 when we had a pipe leak under the concrete deck of our pool to our plumbed-in slide. They had to remove part of our pool deck, remove the pea gravel and repair the leak before pouring fresh concrete. We have not had an issue there since. This year, we noticed that we were losing water in our pool at a rapid rate and couldn't figure out why. Chris came out and not only found a small hole in our liner, but found out our pump wasn't functioning properly and that was the main source of the leak. A small patch and gasket replacement later, we were back in business. Chis was responsible, reliable and friendly. I think when you have a pool and not a ton of knowledge, it can be easy to get taken advantage of. The integrity that Chris and his company has shown, speaks for itself. They're the only company we will use for these kinds of issues in the future.
