Most of the art are paintings, but there are also sculptures, photography, jewelry, and even some furniture. I am one of the local artists, and I have been so impressed by how well they have treated me and all the other artists I've met. Their customer service is beyond anything I've encountered before! They work closely with both artists and customers to create a customized experience, unique to each person's needs. It's definitely well worth your time to check them out!! The artwork is frequently rotated, but you can see their full collection by clicking on each artist on their website. Anything you would like to see in person, they'd easily arrange. They also host a solo artist exhibition each month with lovely complimentary food and beverages. It makes for a great date night!!! While not exactly like a museum there is a small gallery that I found that you can go in and look at the art that is on display here. When I was here there were lots of vendors here selling all kinds of fun gifts of an artistic nature as well as a musician. But despite all of that it took up a fairly small space in the building. My guess is that the rest of the space is for some offices and perhaps an auditorium. This art center is right across (and diagonal) from the Vashon Mercantile so it's fun to just dump your car and visit the mercantile and the art center all in one foul swoop.
