This jewelry store has excellent customer service. Sarah worked with me to trade in my random pieces of gold for credit toward a lovely Gold Figaro link chain bracelet special order! She was full of great suggestions and even mailed it to my house when I moved. They also cleaned my wedding ring for it to bling even brighter! What was most amazing, she found a unique fluorescence diamond stone in my vintage wedding ring that I didn't even know about! Highly recommend this jewelry store.

So happy with the service we received from Blue Heron! My husband purchased my engagement ring there--they were willing to order in difficult to find settings in to see if I liked them--and gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate! We came back for our wedding bands and ordered his there and had mine custom designed and made to our specifications. Jessica and all of the staff were so helpful and great at helping find the right ones for our taste. I've been able to go in and get my ring cleaned in just a few minutes and come back sparkling and looking brand new whenever I needed. So thrilled with their customer service and workmanship. If only they had loaner rings for when I had to leave mine with their designer...

Pictured: me (so happy) and my wedding ring, which Blue Haron Jewlery went way out of their way to fix in time for my wedding. Thank you!!

My husband got his through the Lashbrook company they sell and they helped us custom order it through Lashbrook and made sure it would arrive on time.

Prices seemed reasonable (and I had been to several jewelers that day on a shopping trip with a friend so I had concurrent pricing). Will definitely be checking back for new pieces. The shank broke on 5/11/2026, and I took it back on 5/12/2026. The lady who waited on me made a loud production about their one-year warranty and how the damage to my ring was outside of the year. It was 3 weeks outside of the warranty. It was unprofessional behavior and there were other people in the business who could hear her admonish me. She said she would speak to the owner and get back to me. I received a text message on 5/13/2026, stating that I could pay $40 for the repair. I picked up my ring and took it to another jewelry store who looked the ring over to give me an estimate. Attached is the picture I took when they explained that the work that had been done was faulty. There are bubbles in the shank and you can see the lines where the metal was added to upsize the ring. So much for over 30 years' experience in the business. I would expect this type of customer experience with a corporate owned business where profit is the goal over everything else, not from a "locally owned business that advertises that you can trust your precious family heirlooms with them." Update/Response: The ring was not bent nor had it been sized before. I hardly wear this ring, and I never wear it for work, around the house or in the garden. I received this from a grandparent, and it was a size 4 or 5. Fircrest is the only jeweler that I have had size this ring, and that was in April of last year. It broke at the seam of the metal that was used to upsize the ring to a size 8.5. The jeweler that looked over the ring was not impressed with the work and there was no discussion about the ring being bent or sized multiple times.

To say they were kind and accommodating is an understatement. They handled my situation with care, and my ring can be resized and fixed when I get back home. Their jewelry was gorgeous to boot! If my husband were with me, we would have been walking out with a new band right then and there. Very highly recommend it for jewelry emergencies or otherwise.

While the customer service is great, they charge a significant premium for being considered "premier" jewelers in Bellevue. I initially brought in a special gemstone with a chip to get repolished. I was originally quoted around $1,000, which felt very high. After I mentioned finding a place in Kent that quoted $300, they brought their price down to around $450. The repolishing job turned out fantastic! Since they did a great job on the gem, I decided to ask about making a custom ring. I wanted a size 10 gold setting with two small accent diamonds. They found three diamond pairs ranging from 1.14-1.33 total carats. Their estimated total for the 14k gold setting and natural diamond pair came out to $14,050-$17,956, which is very high for a ring, in my opinion. When I asked about lab-grown diamonds instead, the estimate dropped to $9,800-$10,300. Breaking down the math: They estimated $5,000-$6,500 for just the 14k gold setting itself. That leaves roughly $4,000-$5,000 for a ~1.33 ctw pair lab-grown diamond pair, which based on my search online should only typically costs a few hundred dollars. That is an enormous markup! I decided to go with another local jeweler who quoted around $8,000 total to make the exact ring in higher-grade 18k gold, including CAD design, setting, and two side diamonds (~0.70 ctw). Overall, the customer service here was great and the store atmosphere is lovely, but the pricing carries a massive markup compared to the rest of the market. Taking off one star purely for the cost.
