Unfortunately, the cleaning solution bleached the cushion covers beyond repair. The throw pillow inserts also had to be discarded because they were not salvageable. Looking back, I wish the crew had reminded me to remove the cushions before they started, as replacing them ultimately cost me more than the cleaning service itself. In addition, the windows were left with a noticeable film, several areas of the siding were still dirty with pollen, and the gutters still contained pine needles and other debris after the work was completed. After I contacted the company and shared photos of the damage, I was told that I should have read the fine print. The company offered me a small discount. I was also told that if I hired them again in the future, the job would cost several hundred dollars more because my house had been underbid. My usual painter painted the front of the house and side of the garage but could not go on because of time constraints. It rained the week they were to start and they came a day later. I asked if it was dry enough and they said no problem. I had talked with Cabot Stain people and explained that the house had an oil stain on it and they would have to prime with something that would make paint adhere. The men that worked were very nice. One year later the paint was pealing off in sheets and continues to do so. Josh, the owner tried to blame it all on bad wood. Not so, it is ultra expensive cypress meant to last lifetime and any wood that had to be replaced was fixed before they began. The saleman they use advised me to blame it on the paint. The only place their work is not peeling is where my other painter had painted. That should tell you something. Bottom line the reason the paint job failed and continues to fail is poor preparation not using a separate primer and possible moisture from the rain when they rushed their schedule. Josh does not answer any e-mails and the salesman said "I thought you said you were selling the house in 3 years" That ought to tell you something.

For backstory: We had a leak coming into our home for a few months before their service. Since they offered a complete evaluation of the roof and gutter area, I decided to go with this team. When they finished, I reached out to receive their report via email. It came back saying everything was in good shape, so we had a contractor come out to take another look. Turns out the repair needed was so obvious to the contractor (from two stories below) that he didn't even have to use his drone to evaluate the damage. It's hard to wonder how these professionals missed such a glaring problem. Just yesterday, we had a handyman come out to do the repair and while up on the roof they noted that we even had a tile completely broken in half just above the damage to the soffet and fascia (of which you could see from below). In a sentence: This team cleans gutters, if you are in need of a reliable inspection/maintenance evaluation--I suggest you go with someone else.
