Horrible. We were picked up at Epcot Rideshare. We do this a lot without reserving a ride. There's always a taxi waiting. We always get a metered taxi to the same hotel. We've done this for years. This specific trip, we'd already done Epcot and to our hotel (Waldorf-2.8 miles away) five times. Never over $13 with a taxi. We usually just go with the first taxi that approaches us and confirm that they are metered and a taxi, versus a chauffeur or something else. NEVER in years have had an issue. We get into the Blue Horizon car: not advertised anywhere: just says "Taxi." And I asked if he was a metered taxi driver, he said yes. We started noticing the meter was over $37 when we turned onto the main road our hotel is on. I asked wtf was going on and who he worked for. He made up some excuse about fees and high meters on Friday. I said this is a huge scam and he acted as if this was my first time and told me "he'd get me if I couldn't afford it." We paid him $37 in cash and told him to quit scamming people and lying. I also reported him to our hotel and made a written complaint to Disney to, hopefully, ban this company from entering the property. I really hope this helps someone. We're pretty seasoned world travelers and big Disney goers and I've never been scammed like this after asking if someone is a metered taxi driver and they gave a sign stating so. read more

We used this company 2 years go when we came out for our Disney World vacation. So when we were planning our trip last week, they were the only company we called. Joey is fantastic, punctual, reasonable pricing. He picked us up from the airport and went to our resort. We used him to get to and from the parks on the days we went. This was the worst experience out of my whole trip to Disney World FL. They don't have prices listed about their transporting Services. I got picked up from the airport to be transported to my hotel. There was no price-listed for the miles or flat rate. When we got to the hotel the driver wanted me to pay for my return trip to the airport. Then I was given a receipt for my trips to show other drivers that I paid for transportation. Next, I reserved a drop off at the Disney park for the next day ask the price for that trip. Driver told me the service was included. Then got to the Disney park and then the driver request payment. Showed my receipt for transportation from the prior driver and was told that was payment to him not for my trip to drop off today. finally got picked up after the park to go back to the hotel and the driver wanted 3x the payment for drop off. Then I tried to communicate with dispatch about the miscommunications amongst the driver. Dispatch had its own set of rules about the transportation and payment services. read more

This company is wonderful! They were so accommodating and easy to work with! We just spent a couple days in Orlando and they were very helpful from the beginning. Our flight was delayed due to weather and they took it upon themselves to make sure they were there when our flight came in so we wouldn't have to wait anymore. They picked us up and dropped us from multiple locations. They were always on time and gave us great tips about the area. They dropped us off at the airport after a day at Disney and they were able to pick up our luggage on the way to get us to save us time and allow us more time to be spent on vacation! I got their phone number from the front desk at the hotel I was staying at after uber would not book me a reservation for the next day at 4am. I had to be at MCO by 5 to fly back to California. Not only did they have great customer service when I called, but the driver showed up 15 minutes early the next day to take me and my 8yo son to the airport. Oh did I mention there was a hurricane going on at the time he picked me up, despite that they did not cancel my ride and my driver Muhammad was very helpful and professional. I made it home safe ! Thankfully, I found their name in my phone, when I was trying to remember who we used last year when we went to Orlando. We had a perfect experience with Blue Horizon last year and I should have given a review at that time... I loved their very simple way of doing things with the tickets, and prepaying and scheduling pick up times, so we weren't having to deal with calling ubers and explaining ourselves over and over. Communication was good. Drivers were courteous, making everything as convenient as possible for us, even when we left them waiting a bit too long a couple times. We got to know the drivers and hope they are still driving this time we visit! Vans were clean and spacious. I will be contacting them tomorrow to set up our transportation from the airport to our hotel and to and from all our destinations when we are in Orlando in a couple weeks. If you are in Orlando you cannot go wrong using this company. They always arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup to ensure we were at our destination at the desired time. Traveling with young adults we occasionally were 10 minutes late getting out and they waited patiently, and were so pleasant! They were quite a bit cheaper than quotes from Uber or Lyft! They dropped us off as close to the park entrances as possible. They also always had vehicles big enough to comfortably accommodate our party and ALL of our luggage. I cannot say enough great things about our experience thanks to them! I never worried for a moment about getting anywhere! read more

The vehicles were always clean, ac going and had more than enough room for us all. Used Blue Horizon during my stay at the Sheraton Vistana Resort in Orlando. I highly recommend this company!!!! Everyone I dealt with from Sam the dispatcher to my regular morning driver Hassan to my night drivers Mohammad, Jersey and Steve they were nothing but courteous and professional and I developed a great rapport with all....even though I was only there for a week I used the service every day to go back and forth to Disney World. Blue Horizon provided our group of 8 with a week of excellent service to and from the airport, and back and forth each day to the various Disney Parks. They were a welcome relief from previous trips where we depended on hotel shuttles and Disney's monorail, and where waits, time delays, crowds of guests, and having to plan according to set schedules at the parks, wasted a great deal of our trip's time. I simply contacted Mac in advance from our home in California with a basic itinerary of what we wanted to do for the week, provided our flight info for arrival and departure; and Rashad, our main driver was waiting in baggage claim with our name on a sign. Best of all, each day of our DisneyWorld visit, all we had to do was let them know half an hour before we wanted to be picked up, both going and coming home from the parks, and Blue Horizon was promptly there for the pick-up - at our hotel rooms in the morning, and right at each park's entrance when we wanted to leave. They are great folks to work with and fun to talk to, and while they advertise as a taxi service, they were able to provide an 8 passenger van that met all our needs. Another big plus, they provide transportation for the Vistana Resorts which allows them full access to Vistana's properties and gives them the ability to pick you up and deliver you to your room, not just the central hotel lobby, which can be a long walk away. Anytime we're in Orlando and need transportation, we'll definitely call Blue Horizon and ask for Mac and Rashad. read more
