After having a VERY bad customer service experience with another transport company before we ever left Oklahoma, Nairn was a perfect blend of friendliness and professionalism. When a series of delays and cancellations changed arrival time several times from 1:00pm to almost 1:00am, we had constant contact. We loved this transportation service. 4 stars just because one of our SUVs was a little late but in Orlando navigating traffic is not an exact science at all. It did not delay our fun at all. The communication was amazing! Excellent customer service. They even offered to have us call them if we wished to leave the park early. No one wants to start their vacation stressed and frazzled so our driver had goodies for us and the kids to do damage control Priceless was responsible for. They are PHENOMENAL!!! Our experience with this company was BEYOND AMAZING!!!! My entire party that traveled with were all extremely impressed and happy as well! Everything by was clean and well maintained. For weeks I had searched for a company that was affordable and had good reviews. I searched tons of companies before discovering this one on yelp. The reviews were all outstanding so I gave them a call! I spoke with Edna from the beginning and she was quick to provide me with a quote (which was better than any of the other shuttle companies I had spoken with prior). There was a total of 12 of us in my party so I definitely needed reliability. 2 days before our arrival the company CALLED me to confirm everything was still a go for our arrival! I was blown away! That was some Th not I was planning to do and they beat me to it! The day of travel I received a text message from our driver Louie stating he would ready and waiting for us with a pic of the van and some fun gifs. Before we even met we felt like a number one priority for them. Arriving at the airport and finding out shuttle went so smoothly. From there, we were taken shopping for groceries then to our hotel. The next day he took us to Disney world and back to our hotel and then finally took us from the hotel to the airport at the end of our trip. We recently spent a week in Orlando with a group of 10-people. We booked Nairn originally for airport transportation, but the service and price was so good that we used them daily for our trips to Disney and Universal. Our drivers, Mohammed and Luis, were professional, intelligent and funny! They had car seats and booster seats for the kids. They never arrived late. And the cars were clean and well maintained. They were cheaper than Uber & Lyft (we had a large group). And their professionalism and driving skills blew the local cab company out of the water. My group had arranged for us to be picked up and dropped off for 3 consecutive days. The first day, everything went perfectly. They picked us up and dropped us off exactly as planned. We paid cash (for all 3 days + tip) on day 1. However, the next 2 days were horrible. There was some sort of miscommunication to where we did not have anyone pick us up, and when we called to inquire, they referred us to someone else who did not answer. We were given multiple phone numbers to try and get in contact with someone, but were ignored every time. This was highly inconvenient as we then had to find new transportation at the last minute. This made us late to our event that day. This company did not/has not reached out to provide an explanation, or refund, therefore I can't recommend this company. read more

We were quoted 250 for the weekend and everything was great the first day. We were picked up and dropped off exactly when we planned. I paid cash day 1 for the weekend and tipped the driver. Day two rolls around and i get no communication. I call and get told to talk to someone else. No one answers. I try calling multiple different numbers given to me just to be ignored. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE COMPANY. My wife and I took our kids/ grandkids to Orlando this last week and hired this company to transport us (26 people) to/from our resort and we paid for two 14 passenger van. When at the airport one of the vans was already there (and not a 14 passenger van) and the other one was in route. The first driver told us were to wait curb side for the next van to show up. Upon his arrival he yeld at us for being in the wrong spot and I told him that's were you other driver told us to wait. During the entire trip to our resort he keep arguing with all of us about it. He also drove over 90 mph since he was very angry with us. On our return trip the first van was not the 14 passenger van like we had paid for and we had to put extra people in the other one in order to get back to the airport. That driver went on and on about how he had 22 people on it just recently. many did not have seatbelts and some had to set on another's lap with luggage as well since it wasn't what we paid for. Long story short, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will short change you in the equipment you have reserved and paid for. You are also charged the tip before any service is even rendered. Note, we travel many times during the year for the last 50 years and I have NEVER written a review. That should tell you something about how our experience was with this company. If you need transportation, look no further! Nairn transportation is amazing!! I visited Orlando with a group of 9 for a Bachelorette party. Our trip was 6 days and 5 nights, with lots of events and activities planned. The group originally agreed on relying on Uber for the trip, but for me, I would rather have something more concrete. I decided to look around to see what I could find. Based upon the positive reviews for Nairn, I decided to contact them, and this was my best decision ever. Edna is extremely friendly and professional. I provided her with a detailed itinerary, and she provided me with a clear and concise quote and was also very patient with me throughout the entire process. Traveling with a group is stressful because of different opinions so I had to modify my itinerary several times. This was no issue for her. She changed it for me each time, with no problems at all. On the morning of my trip, our driver called but I didn't answer since I was busy and disregarded it as spam! Part of the group arrived earlier and was picked up by Tony who was super friendly and professional. He took them to Walmart and to the house as agreed upon. Later that night I arrived with my sister and was greeted by Mohammed. (My cell phone didn't load the text messages he sent while flying so be sure to reset your phone, so you'll have the contact information- We were able to find him after he called, and my phone decided to start working). The van was huge, very clean, and comfortable. The communication was phenomenal with this company. All I had to do was confirm each pick-up time an hour before we were ready, even if we were a bit off from our regular schedule. They were very accommodating and on time. Mohammed was our driver most of the time. He made jokes, allowed us to play music through Bluetooth, even offered us water. We always felt safe and didn't have to worry about being stranded, which is what I was most worried about. Thank you so much to Edna, Mohammed, and Tony for contributing to making this trip a memorable one for us! I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of transportation. Staying at the Gaylord Hotel in Orlando and needed a ride to Logan's Roadhouse for dinner, which was 1 mile away on the same street. Driver did not know where he was going and was going to go the wrong way and run up the bill. I got him to stop and go the right direction. After going that 1 mile, he charged $10.00 for the trip.
