On the flip side though,the staff definitely try to accommodate you as much as possible... For instance, I lost my card, well someone picked it up, and the lady who worked there went as far as to have the owner review the cameras when he came in... Luckily after asking around the guy returned it before having to go through all of that 1st... Overall I do feel safe there, but could there be a few adjustments, by all means... Could be a really good place to go to wash with a little more thought put into it!!!!

After text back and forth, he said he would pay for the items after 2 bounced checks and dodging phone calls and text messages. I have been trying to work with this business, and he has grossly failed at communication and repayment resulting in legal action. all he had to do was answer the phone and communicate. To this day he still is not communicating empty promises don't solve anything!!

So if someone else is using those dryers, I'm SOL. I'll probably continue doing my laundry there, but I wish they'd get the washers and dryers working and showing up on the PayRange app!

The top-loading machines are almost never working now, and lot of the front-loading machines are out of order too. Several of the dryers don't work either. I liked when I could pay just one quarter for 15 min of dry time because sometimes that was all i needed, now its 75c for 30ish min. Also, the vending machine for drinks doesn't work, the snack vending machine always gets food stuck and no one has the key for it so you're sol if that happens. The owner flat out refused to turn on the AC when it was over 90 degrees outside. The employee that works there is a total sweetheart though, she deserves better.

I am always pressed for time so doing one load at a time at home is the pits. I come to the laundromat to get a lot done at niece and this place makes that possible. Semi-Large machines are a bit pricey ($4.75 per load) but they hold about 1 1/2 to 2 times a normal machine and are done in 21 mins. But don't fret this place has machines of all sizes - even one large enough for a average size person to crawl into. There are even a bunch of top loading machines for you old school types. Dryers are huge and not that expense. $.25 per 8 minutes and even my large loads of towel only need 40 mins to dry in these machines. So big I can often combine lights and whites in a single dryer to save money. I've been a few times and never had to wait for a machine, never had a machine breakdown on me, machines are clean and smell like they should and always plenty of quarters in the coin machine. 90 mins or less and I'm done with 4/5 loads of laundry. Great place and time saver for me.

They have those: Super Big Boy for $9.00 dollars and yes you still get to dry for free. They have Big Boy for $7.50 Not sure what the last two are called but they are $4.50 and $3.00 dollars. This is a black owned laudromat and they have a big ballon on the top of the building to let you know...lol I just wished it was represented in away that was more presentable. He really went above and beyond to help me and my son with the washing and drying process. We had to call on him a few times lol. With his help, we will be smooth sailing next time. We have about a month of no washer/dryer access as my basement is being renovated. I plan to come here during this time. It looked and felt clean and the people too!
