I telephoned Drew and left a message. He returned my call in a few minutes and when I told him about the filter, he dropped what he was doing and was at my house within minutes. As in the past, he quickly found the problem, and even discovered other issues that he also resolved. He did all this in roughly 15 minutes. Isaiah, the owner, was extremely responsive to my texts, showed up on time, and did a very thorough inspection of our pool and equipment. What really impressed me was how knowledgeable he is. We have a saltwater pool with solar heating, and he clearly understands the technical side of pool systems, chemical balancing, equipment, and common maintenance issues. He took the time to answer a ton of technical questions and actually knew the answers rather than giving me generic responses. He also reprogrammed our system to optimize the filter speeds and improve the efficiency of our solar heating. His pricing is reasonable, and because he's an owner-operator, you know who is actually going to show up and service your pool. That matters to me. With some of our previous companies, the service started out great but became inconsistent over time or depended on which employee came out that week.
