They raised their monthly fee and started adding charges for chemicals so it worked out to about a 25% increase. Overcharged for a drain and clean as well. Rebecca was super helpful when I called and actually scheduled to have the tech Mike come out within a couple hours of my call. We had been using Marin pool service for regular maintenance for a few years and had no problems. We decided to do a very comprehensive and costly overhaul of our pool equipment and solar. This is where the difficulty began... The communication between the office and service team was horrendous. Multiple emails and calls with very specific questions not answered. Unauthorized charges a frequent and regular occurrence. Apologetic phone calls with incomplete follow through on promises and continued unauthorized charges. Multiple requests to have technicians knock on our door before coming in (due to our adopting an anxious dog) acknowledged, but ignored. Troubling and frustrating experience. We decided to part ways.
