Our business park, which covers a large area, had a leak deep in the ground from our irrigation system. They saved me. I was hemgmoafing water and dollars. They were able to schedule me in 2 days from my request and showed up exactly on time (to the minute). They were extremely professional and answered all my questions as I watched them do the work. They found the leak almost immediately but continued to test all the lines to make sure there wasn't another leak. Excellent service. Very friendly. These guys are very responsive. I had a leak in my pool skimmer that they detected . I tried to repair it myself. They pool continued to lose water. Jonathan, came out again only to find it was still leaking, and they repaired my handiwork properly. After about a week and a half, the pool still was slightly losing water. All I had to do was text them, and they came out and discovered an additional leak in our other skimmer and repaired it. Responded quickly, showed up on time, he and his team (his son plus another young man) pressure tested my whole pool plumbing system, found the leak (between skimmer housing and tile) and fixed it, in about an hour. Our in-ground pool had developed a leak over the past year, proven by yours truly doing "the bucket test"--look it up on YouTube). Rather than trying to then find fix it myself (a proud Mechanical Engineer, but do not have all the gear to plug, pressurize, and monitor the system for leaks, nor the valued experience to do this quickly), I checked with several pool supply and service companies that operate on the mid peninsula. Rolando and his team were great! He squeezed me in his schedule the very next day, was responsive in texting me back with his expected arrival time, and came right on time. As soon as he saw my pool, he suspected it was the crack that I had on one side of the pool where the epoxy (that my husband and I did ourselves) wasn't holding. His team proceeded with the pressure testing of all of places where water could be leaking - in the jacuzzi, pool, skimmer, drain, around the lights, etc. just to make sure there were no other leaks. Meanwhile, he put on his scuba gear and started redoing the epoxy on the crack - the crack was about 4 ft long and though just a hairline thick, I was still losing about 2 inches of water a week, even after my husband and I put the epoxy in place. Although I seemed to be losing less water than before, I couldn't figure out why I was still losing 2 inches a week - I did the dye test all over the length of the epoxy filled crack (wherever I could reach from the surface) and could not find any hole where the dye seemed to be sucked in.... Rolando's epoxy work turned out really nice - and the epoxy was flush against the surface of the pool - unlike the amateur work it was before :) And voila - no more leaks! No more guilty feelings considering the drought we are in! It was also good peace of mind to know that I didn't have anything else that could be contributing to the leak. Rolando is knowledgeable, has all the right tools and equipment, and his team was quick and clean. I was able to make it to my daughter's parent teacher conference in time (and that was scheduled for just an hour after his arrival). If you suspect a leak in your pool, I recommend these guys - I watched you-tube videos on how to seal cracks in a pool and although helpful, there's nothing like a professional's touch. If you've ever tried pushing epoxy against a crack while being underwater where the pressure of the water and the wall of the pool seems to push you back harder than the force you are able to exert to flatten the epoxy against the pool wall, you know what I mean. =) read more
