Each room has a large one-wall mirror and ample spacing between apparatuses. Each room has mood lighting, fans, and a sound system. The instructors are lovely, positive, and helpful. Class options are varied enough for the 2-3 class times on weekday evenings and several class times on weekends. They have beginner classes and more intermediate/advanced offerings. Classes are generally 60 minutes long and include fun offerings like floorwork, flow, heels, sling, aerial pole, lyra, basework, flex, spin, tricks, etc.

Veronica ended up being one of the best pole instructors I've ever experienced. She was so fast to connect to me and my goals and understood instantly my ability and previous experience on the pole and in dance. She then was able to teach the techniques she laid out for me in a way she knew I needed to learn them, and installed the exact concepts and methods she knew I needed for were I wanted to go. Unlike many other experiences with classes and studios, this experience left me feeling like I just walked out with a super charged download of pole skills versus the usual feeling of wasted time and little progress I've felt with other trainings. The studio itself is set up so perfectly too. The whole design and layout of the dance room is really interesting bc it's so warm inviting and elegant yet intimate and professional at the same time. Every little detail of the whole studio is done to perfection. For most of the class she was just showing us different moves to do on the pole and then telling us to just put it all together into our own routine. Which when you're starting from ground zero, with no prior pole knowledge, can be difficult. Something i would have appreciated is learning some kind of routine that's more structured since it was a beginner workshop. It would have given the people in the class something to work toward while in the class, then we could have preformed it at the end and taken a video to show off what we learned. Over all the class was fun and the studio was beautiful i just felt like more structure would have been nice for a beginner level class package.

I got a good sweat on and was able to keep up despite being a first-timer. Kudos to a great teacher who set me up for success! Upon the class ending, I was once again greeted and asked how class was. The instructor made sure we all had the right setups and tested all of our connections before getting started. So everything went pretty smooth hanging up there on a scarf and maneuvering around like a little a swan. The overall experience was fun. Very relaxing and peaceful wind down at the end. When the lady got done, Lydia suddenly bursts, frantically, "I need to go ahead of of you- I'm in a hurry." as she cut in front and had already begun putting her items on the belt. I was just stunned to be honest and didn't know who she was until she cut up ahead and I saw her. It was none other than the lady that literally owed me a $200 refund for selling me a 10 class pass for pole lessons WHICH SHE NO LONGER OFFERED. How can you forcefully cut someone in line (Who does that?!) who you also have stolen money from? Insane and biggest coincidence ever. Then again, I see she's stolen money from many people, refusing to give a refund, so for her to bump into one of them isn't actually unlikely. Thankfully, my bank agreed with me that she was in the wrong and took my $200 back from her, returning it to me. Do not do business with this self-centered, RUDE, and greedy human.

When a party of 8 girls showed up, there were only 3 silks and 5 people were to just stand around the corner while 3 people went one at a time. That's not how a group class works. We asked for a refund as this ended up being at a BASKETBALL COURT instead of a studio (as shown in pictures), we were not informed that we were going to be doing nothing for the majority of the class. We were told we do not have to pay the balance of the fee, but we did not get a refund of $150 even if we didn't take the class and was misinformed about the whole thing. Please go somewhere else.
