She answered all my questions and was very patient and knowledgeable about everything. This was not the case at all. I'm pretty sure I'm spending a little bit more than some discounted places but the service is well worth the cost. Mitzi set me up with the best tires she thought I would benefit the most from and gave me a fair price. She set me up with an appointment the same week and also was very pleasant and professional to meet. When I came in for my appointment, she made me feel like I was her best customer and got it going right away. She gave me an estimated time of 1 hour and let me know I can wait at the shop or come back. She would text me as soon as the work was done if I wasn't around. It took less than an hour and I was even able to enjoy a nice breakfast sandwich at Josie's while I waited. The pleasant surprise was that they offer a 3% discount for anyone that pays with cash or a check. Which is great because it helps them with credit transactions fees and they give their customers the opportunity to pay with a better option. What a great business and service. Josh and his wife got us the parts that we needed for the repair, gave us a ride back to Bend for a rental car, and had the complete differential ordered, delivered, and replaced, along with an oil change within a week and allowed us to drive back to Idaho after the family gatherings. His price was exactly what he had quoted, and I couldn't recommend him more at a time when we really would have been stuck. He got us back on the road safely.

Every company I called gave me a no cancellation policy at this point. Mike, happily said he could rebook, no problem, call if you need to cancel. We booked two doubles. When we arrived for our reservation we were greeted with the most friendly, helpful people who quickly got a group of eight set for two snowmobiles. Needless to say they gave us great advice on where to go and we had a blast! The machines were perfect for us and we had so much fun and flexibility with our ride. Upon returning, they were fantastic at getting our equipment and checking us out. For the same price as a tour for two people, eight of us had a blast on snowmobiles for over 8 hours. Thank you!
