I shopped around and decided that this was the place to get for new tires. Safety is my number one priority for my family. When I came into Central Tire , I was treated with respect and professionally. I explained my situation about getting four new tires and the price I was looking for. One thing I was happy to see was the wide variety of tires that they had. We came to an agreement on the price of the tire and within a short period of time the tires were installed. The price I paid was exceptional, compared to some of the other places. If you are looking for tires, I would definitely call Central Tire.

After 90minutes, was given options to replace the tire that wasn't fixable. I chose replacing only the damaged tire. These are new tires! They said it would be quick since the tire was already off and cost would be $300. After a long hour, they were ready to check me out. They replaced both rear tires and charged me $600. Id been there nearly three hours, at the end of a long day. I didn't have the energy or documentation to appeal. Les Schwab scammed me. They beat me down, did not follow my instructions, did not have me sign anything indicating my instructions, so basically up charged me. I will not be going back to the 3rd street Les Schwab. For future work at other locations, I'll ask for a written work order printout. I feel scammed. Maybe cause I'm a woman? Are tire techs on commission?

And waited. And waited. "Someone will be right with you!" Waited another 5 min. Saw same guy walk back into bay and ask another guy, "Has anyone helped this guy get?" Finally get a guy over to check my tire. It's got a leak. Park it and check in inside. Here I am 90 minutes later (the lobby has 3 people including me) and my car is still parked in the lot. No timeline was given other than "We'll get right to it." Just asked about the status and of course the answer was "Oh, you're next!" That was 15 minutes ago. Spoiler Alert - I wasn't nextMeanwhile, no fewer than 4 employees standing around in the bays, BSing. I'm done with Schwabs, my biz is going to Point S and Costco from now on.
