I called the number on the truck and it went to, what I can assume is, the person I just saw driving. When I told them what happened the reply was simply "Ok." James met with us and came across as extremely knowledgeable and creative regarding our project. He very specifically outlined every aspect of the plan which included a resurfacing of the interior of the pool as well as installing a travertine patio and updating our built-in Barbecue Grill and Firepit. We have built and updated our pool and yard at previous residences using other contractors and I would say that our experience with Blue Dot and James was by far the best. They made it very easy to select materials to use for the pool and hardscape and made wonderful suggestions as to what would work and inventive ideas to make our backyard space look perfect. In addition, James and his team placed an emphasis on safety as we updated not only our pool, but also our BBQ Grill and Firepit. The different crews who worked on this project were all professional and hardworking. Scheduling of each phase was precise and there were no delays - our renovation was actually completed earlier then projected. James has been a great resource to us even after all construction was concluded. He is always available to answer questions we have had and is a fantastic person to work with and to know.

As Murphy's Law works, our neighborhood ran out of water on Sunday morning. We first called another…read morecompany that we had used in the past and they must have thought the Apocalypse was underway and priced their water accordingly - including a $50 weekend surcharge on top of a ridiculously priced delivery. We called Water Express and talked to Danny (we later discovered he's the owner) and he couldn't have been more helpful. He said he would take care of us and within a short amount of time and delivered 4000 gallons for HALF THE PRICE and NO surcharge for it being a weekend. Obviously, they realize the aquifer knows no day. As a result, we will no longer be calling anyone but Water Express in the future. Customer Service is always KING.

I contacted the Arrowhead and they sent out Scott who took measurements and explained what they would do to transform our deck from 2000 to 2024! Scott gave us a very fair quote and we decided to go along with Arrowhead to do our project. The next person that I was introduced to is Cory, who is the Project Manager. Cory was friendly, always smiling and gave us a fresh, relaxed feeling about our project. We were very apprehensive, but Cory explained everything they would be doing and calmed any apprehensions that we had. Cory was very thorough at how the process goes from how they will cover the pool water and tape all the surfaces off so they can concentrate on the work that they do. The first process was to remove this big boulder that we had on the deck and a bunch of small stones that were embedded in concrete. The crew came out and hand removed all embedded stones and a hand chiseled this huge boulder away. It took them all day, but when they left, we couldn't even tell that they had done all this work because the yard was SO CLEAN and area fresh concrete and it looked really beautiful. Cory stopped by to make sure everything was OK and said that the next crew out would be the "Pool Brothers"! Juan, who is the supervisor of the Pool Brothers, came out and said that his crews are the crews that will grind off the existing surface and then reapply all the various layers to complete the project. Every step of the way, Juan would ask if we wanted to come out and take a look, even though it wasn't necessary, which I thought was very professional Then we got to the point where we had to pick our colors and Juan took his time and didn't rush and showed us pictures of previous jobs they had performed and give us his thoughts of what would look best with our house paint color, and our pool color and landscape. When they were done, Juan had us come out and take a look and we were just blown away at how beautiful our new Deck & Patio was! Juan explained the process that we had to stay off the deck for 4 days and Juan said not to put the furniture back on the surface for another 3 days for a total of 7 days. My wife and I are so happy and ecstatic at how Arrowhead Deck & Pool has taken our old tired deck & patio and transformed it into a new deck & patio. Don't even consider another company, save your time and go with Arrowhead Deck & Pool! Tell them Jeff & Geri told you to call! And you want to deal with Scott, Cory & Juan! AND, they also offer financing!

The quality of…read morematerials and the installation team actually did a fine job (thus the 2 versus 1 rating) but there was no communication or project management from the office staff and the owner took no responsibility for the minor leak that the installation team caused during the 3 days of installation and he was very rude and unprofessional. I am glad to see others and very good outcomes despite the owner having issues with other clients. I hope he treats his employees better than he does his clients.
