I was notified via email from GN that my cancellation request was being processed (which I never requested). So I contacted Rancho Manana's pro shop to ask what happened because I did not request to cancel my afternoon tee time. Then Tom at the pro shop told me he received a call from GN to cancel my tee time, allegedly. And of course, the tee time was booked up within an hour. So Tom tells me I can book for other open tee times instead. The resolution was for the customer to lose their original tee time, and then rebook a different tee time because the pro shop canceled my tee time erroneously. Ultimately had to book an earlier tee time and I requested for Tom to hook me up with a cheaper rate due to their mess-up. So Tom agreed and gave me a discounted greens fee. I suppose that was nice but it would have been better if he offered it in the beginning after acknowledging that he cancelled my tee time without verifying the caller who called in to cancel my tee time. Course: 4-stars - Challenging, fun tracks with decent greens. I'd say the only reason for the minus 1 star is due to the driving range being kind of small and cost of range balls - $10 for a small bag of balls? Come on - just feels like they're taking advantage of the players here. Overall: 3-stars - Had a great time with the boys and definitely would love to come back. Just sucked to have to deal with some BS the morning of my tee time. If I hadn't called GolfNow's customer service to clear things up and if Tom didn't make it right for his mistake, and me and the boys didn't have a great time, then this would be a 1-star review. But luckily, all the golfers in my group (6 players) were able to make it to an earlier tee time(s) and we worked it all out. So 3-stars for having a fun set of 18 holes.

My daughter loves the pools and enjoys the child care well enough that I don't feel guilty when needing her entertained for a quick sanity-driving spin class. We're really lucky to have such a wellness-minded, family-focused space in our neighborhood, especially since the price point is still manageable.

James met with us and came across as extremely knowledgeable and creative regarding our project. He very specifically outlined every aspect of the plan which included a resurfacing of the interior of the pool as well as installing a travertine patio and updating our built-in Barbecue Grill and Firepit. We have built and updated our pool and yard at previous residences using other contractors and I would say that our experience with Blue Dot and James was by far the best. They made it very easy to select materials to use for the pool and hardscape and made wonderful suggestions as to what would work and inventive ideas to make our backyard space look perfect. In addition, James and his team placed an emphasis on safety as we updated not only our pool, but also our BBQ Grill and Firepit. The different crews who worked on this project were all professional and hardworking. We had 25 boys at our house and he kept the kids from getting hurt by stopping any dangerous horseplay by blowing his whistle and giving clear direction without being mean or intimidating. He constantly kept a watchful eye over the kids in the pool while I enjoyed our party and our guests. Knowing that the kids were all safe in the pool was priceless!!

The tech Richard was very patient as he explained to me. What needed to be repaired and got it all done the same day as the initial visit which worked out because he didn't have to order parts.
