I admit first off, their lattes are pretty higher priced than average but I enjoy the variety of flavors they have so I don't mind it. They also have quite the variety of pastries and desserts (cakes) that go well with their coffees. I love croffles everywhere and this one also hits the spot. I will always order their Cookie Butter latte and my fiance will order the Lavender latte. I have more of a sweet tooth than my fiance and he's more on the mild sweetness side. I'm so glad it's close to home and they offer stamp cards and after 10 orders you get a free drink! I don't know when this place opened, but it was a surprise that I've never been here! It is located in Suwanee across the street from Umaido and close by to Horizon Theater and Anatolia. I love the vibes here. It's filled with lots of natural light and they have great choices for lattes and desserts. I don't really like to compare places, but it was kind of like the yin to the yang to Cafe Blue. I like Cafe Blue, but it is a little dark inside and dimly lit compared to here. I tried a cookie butter latte and we got a croffle. It didn't taste like cookie butter to me, but it was still a great latte and the chocolate croffle was amazing! I come here often with my parents and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. The baristas are very kind and informative about the menu options and quick with service. I usually get the Rose latte with oat milk and the strawberry fields pastry. The aroma of the rose latte is pleasant and potent. The flowery flavor is very vibrant as well. It's a great choice, especially during the colder seasons. The strawberry fields are delicious and fresh. Its texture and consistency are always soft and creamy. The top glossy layer gives the entire pastry a kick of intense strawberry flavor but the rest balances it out. The peach ade is another favorite of mine. It's refreshing and the carbonation is just as strong as a McDonald's sprite. Overall, it's a nice study environment or place to socialize in. Ive begun to frequent Blue Mountain.. I dont think I've had a single bad drink there before. Ive tried the hot lavender latte, iced brown sugar latte, hot rose matcha, hot rose latte, iced strawberry matcha, french vanilla latte, strawberry ade, and their white ruby iced tea. Literally all of them were amazing. The hot lavender latte and iced strawberry matcha are my favorites. The environment here is so nice and calming and its one of the first cafes i've been able to locate near me that doesn't play grating pop music. Usually when I come here they're playing some relaxing piano covers of pop music instead, which doesn't disrupt the atmosphere of the cafe. The décor is nice, modern, and attractive.. The couches have little pillows to make you more comfortable, and almost every table has an outlet. The service is insane; Ive honestly never been to a place in my life where the workers look this happy.. I apologize to them if this is a convincing facade, but they always look like they're having a good time and smiling. They aren't messing around and doing nothing either, they're efficient and helpful. Its actually a little weird how nothing is wrong with this place. Even the bathrooms are perfectly clean and well-decorated. I want to assure anyone reading that I'm not a paid reviewer or anything, I just like to leave good reviews when a place deserves it. I am counting on the longevity of this place, because its the only cafe Ive been to where Ive been able to get any work done!! When my brother and I visited on a Sunday mid-afternoon, the place was packed! Located on the opposite side of Suwanee H-Mart, Blue Moutain Coffee Roasters is a brightly lit coffee shop that is a great place to catch up with some friends or get some work done. The interior is beautiful, I appreciate all the decor and effort that went into making this cafe look so aesthetically pleasing. They also have plenty of plants near the glass entrance, making the shop feel more homey. They have three different kinds of beans in-house. Hawaii Kona, Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, and Jamaican Blue Moutain (hence the cafe name). All very good quality beans. I believe I also saw a roasting room near the back of the store behind glass windows, but I didn't get a chance to take a closer look. I'm sure you could specify which bean you want to use in your espresso-based drinks, however, we forgot to do so when ordering. We ended up getting two lattes, one iced the other cold, both with a flavoring. When asked what bean was used, our barista said it was the Ethiopian bean. The drinks came on a round tray and came in a glass or mug. I can't remember a time post-COVID when I had a coffee drink that wasn't in a one-time use cup! My brother described his iced caramel latte to be a good cup of coffee. "It's the kind of drink that you could just keep drinking throughout the day." I enjoyed my hot vanilla latte as well, however we both agreed that there was just something missing, but couldn't quite put our finger to it. Perhaps we will prefer the other beans over the Ethiopian! We'll just have to come back and try next time. We didn't get to try their baked goods this visit, but they seemed to have a good variety ranging from cakes to macarons, danishes to brownies. They also have a rewards system where after the 9th drink, your 10th drink is free which is nice. We will be back to try more coffee soon! read more

There is free wifi available, and even bag hangers you can borrow so you don't need to buy your purse on the floor or take up an extra chair. They have a variety of drinks and desserts available. However, no more macaroons. Matcha Latte: it was more sweet than what I typically like. My mom ordered a lavender latte said it was a bit too sweet too. Also felt like their cup sizes seem smaller, lol or maybe I just wanted more to drink. Sweet potato cup cake: loved the packaging, it's really cute and comes with a little spork. Not too sweet and very light tasting. They have other flavors as well! Raspberry white chocolate cheesecake: not sweet and has a hint of sourness to it from the raspberry. I would've preferred for it to be a little harder instead of it being super soft. The bottom part is looks like a biscuit/cookie is also soft. (Sorry I cut into the cake before I remembered I didn't take a picture yet ) You can also request to have certain pastries heated up I did have everything to go this time. As someone who basically lives out of cafes, I have scoured Gwinnett to find the best places to study, mingle, chill, and to enjoy great vibes. Blue mountain coffee roasters is by far my favorite cafe to study and hangout since they opened a few months ago. Here's a few things I absolutely adore about this place: 1. Beautiful environment to be in, the decor is so detailed and I always find more to appreciate every time I am here. 2. The staff is awesome! Idk if they made it a requirement to be super cool to work at this establishment but I always feel so welcome and taken back by the friendliness. 3. The music is so relaxing and although it can be a bit loud sometimes, I find myself swaying to the music and asking Siri to find what song it is. 4. Their drinks and food that they provide are great, I basically end up spending all my money here! I come here almost everyday, and I see no reason for me to stop coming here. I recommend coming earlier in the day or later in the night if you are looking to avoid crowds. I also recommend as this establishment is usually quiet, to avoid being too noisy if you are bringing a group. read more

Blue Mountain does a great job. High level coffees, like Jamaica Blue Mountain and Kona are available as well as American and Korean style desserts. Mist tables have or are very near wall plugs/USB for charging. The soothing, light Jazz that's always playing completes the calming mood. Unisex restrooms have always been clean when I've been there. This is a new coffee shop that opened up in Suwanee and I have to say I was impressed! They roast their own coffee and there are multiple roasts you can choose from which is nice. I wanted the least sour option so I asked the cashier for recs and she recommended the Jamaican roast - they were offering 30% off for their soft opening. The coffee was really smooth and the iced americano was perfect for my tasting - I was really impressed with the flavor of the coffee - I will definitely be back. My friend also tried macarons and the brownies. Macarons were pretty good but I was really impressed with the brownie - so warm and tender. Overall, I was very pleased. Came to this place a while back. It's fairly new but not recently new. It's located in a small shopping area. Free parking although I can get tight if the other businesses are busy. There's plenty of sitting room but there is a low rumble and you may need some headphones. It's a good place to study, grab a drink, hang out with friends. I've been here a couple times since the location is near a lot of good restaurants. None of the drinks I've had were good for the price point. I was mostly disappointed with the cookie butter latte. The cookie butter flavor was barely there, mostly milk foam, and the fact that i paid $7 for a 12oz cup, I wished I went to Starbucks and got a venti for much more. The interior is nice with plenty of seating but I just can't justify coming and paying for overpriced flavorless drinks. One of my favorite part is you can make your drink with different types of beans. There is Ethiopia, Jamaica blue mountain and Hawaii Kona.
