I remember 3yrs ago i was desperate for some iced coffee after Xmas day & wow, i must say it was meant for me to find it on this exact day. I pick up morning coffee almost daily, some of people has come and gone but overall friendly staff. My iced Caramel macchiato NEVER fails me. Sooooo good. I tried matcha couple times with lavender coal foam and it's yummy but it can be a hit or miss unfortunately. Come check em out, beautiful inside too.

I met a friend here for coffee when visiting Buford. I was greeted warmly by the staff and was given recommendations when asked. I really liked the coffee I ordered and the cheese pastry was delicious. Several really nice seating areas and they seemed very busy. I really liked the garage doors that could be opened on a nice day. I would definitely visit again if in the area.

What a cool, quaint little place! Friendly staff who was willing to help guide me through the menu options. Comfortable seating, great coffee and snacks as well!

Tchin Tchin Coffee Roasters has some solid beans and a quality product that we are happy to keep in our home. Store is clean and I love the open air concept and the friendly customer service. Prices are fair and parking is easy. Doesn't get much better than this. 5 stars and thank you!

Wow !!!! Seriously this place is coffee love. Being in Georgia for a few days and I'm highly impressed with this coffee house. They roast their own coffee beans and make some amazing drinks. I love the whole vibe. They made my son a excellent wild berry smoothie which he enjoyed. I ordered a lavender latte which was just right- not to sweet and just strong. I had to cut my visit short since I had to call someone back - but I'll back here next time in Georgia. This is located near downtown Buford and gives you community loving coffee feels. The aesthetics to chill and relax are there. It's a must if you are in the area. Fairly new - opened a year ago and I wish them well :)

Wasn't anything special. Workers are kind. Nice area. Fast service. Matcha was decent

This was the most adorable coffee shop. We rented it out on Sunday afternoon to host a bridal shower for my daughter. It was the perfect event space and Caroline (our barista) was amazing!! Very affordable and the coffee was excellent!!

I have been lucky to have able to experience so many awesome new coffee shops lately! Tchin Tchin is close to historic Buford and is an area that is still under a lot of construction, but it's like a secret gem. I actually came here for a networking event and it was my first time at that networking event. The staff was warm and welcoming of us and there was ample space for us to spread out. I love their space with their big tables and the coffee was amazing. I got an iced oat lavender latte and it was great. I will definitely be back here.

This is a neighborhood coffee spot. Coffee smells delicious when it's being roasted or brewed. A hole in the wall that's a delightful surprise. You never know what you're gonna find in Buford.

I've been going to see Brian for years now since he was 'Bridge Monkey' at the other location. I…read morehave to make sure I give myself extra time even if I'm just grabbing a cappuccino, frozen coffee or a bite to eat because, I always end up doing more or talking more than I had planned. Obviously the food and coffee and everything here is wonderful or I would not give it a perfect rating. The dining and gaming areas are not right on top of each other so you don't have to worry hearing the games while enjoying your scrumptious meal. However if you do decide to check out the games you can do so in many ways. You can just do an hour or two, all day, or even all weekend. I know he's open til like midnight on Fridays and Saturdays which is great. I believe he has all the game systems and tons of games for them, not to mention super comfy chairs that I kinda want to take home with me. In terms of the computers, his are incredible ! He's got tons of various games installed on them, pretty much anything you play will be on there and not just the online ones. I'll be honest, I was always rather sad going home to my PC after spending a few hours on one of his. That being said, my fiancee and I were once again dealing with some dumb name brand PC's messing up on us after only like a year. He tried to help us over the phone, but it eventually became apparent that they were just goners. With dead PC's we kinda wanted something fast and were wary of getting a custom built. However as we talked it out and spoke to Brian we realized how much better it would be. In stores I would have just been getting one out of the box, but I realized I still had a great monitor and such. I talked to Brian and realized I could get a really nice tower built for the same as the "out the box" one and that not needing a monitor allowed me to make a rather impressive one (well, two). He gets information about what you do/plan to do with your computer in order to build the best one that suits your needs for the price you've said. It was so nice to turn on the computer and it basically be ready. He had thoroughly tested it in every way he could think to. I did not have to spend forever getting rid of unnecessary programs because a custom built doesn't come with all that crud they have companies trying to sell you. It did take him 2 weeks but that was because we had wanted to try this brand new board that had just been released. Turns out that it was flawed and so we lost a week there. You'll just have to ask how busy he is and what time frame you're looking at. He won't take any offense, I think he realizes that we all wait til the last minute to replace a PC. He custom built all the PCs you see in his place so you'll be able to see what he can do. It's so nice not to feel sad when coming back to my own PC anymore. And it's also nice to know that after talking to a few of his customers, that I could expect it to last 2-3 times longer than a major name, slapped together one. I should also mention that I see him always doing some sort of event. It might be a Magic Booster Draft, Xbox tournament, World of Warcraft "night" or something else entirely. As you could guess by my long glowing review, I highly recommend that you go see Brian and his wonderful wife over at T3 cafe. Even if it's just for a great meal or cappuccino. - Colton

For $30, you can buy a membership and get 6 hours in addition to joining a monthly raffle an entry into their tournaments, such as their League of Legend tournament later this month. I went ahead and did that because I love supporting local businesses especially ones like this that resonates with me. The only food they have is snacks and candies like little crackers and M&Ms. They have a variety of soft drinks and "gamer fuel", Red Bull and Monster. The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. There are still some Kinks to work out, such as time constraints to pay for and interrupting you during your game. Make sure you pre-plan for that so your game does not get interrupted! It is for any ages although kids under 16 must have an adult with him. Their computers and Equipment are really nice. Though I they lack a cam, you may be able to stream from here. I did not ask, but I'm pretty sure these computers can handle it. I am unsure if they have the software for it. There have been a handful of places like this in the past 10 to 15 years in the Chattanooga area. Weirdest place to succeed, I hope they can offer something unique that you can't find it home and enhance that experience. Most people in Chattanooga that are into PC gaming already have great internet connections.

They also make copies. For me, the $3 charge (for 1-30 min of computer use) is somewhat unreasonable because I only go to this place to print or fax and it literally only takes me a minute to print or fax my material coming from my USB or email. Then I'd have to pay for the printing or fax too. Kind of a rip off but hey, they place into my convenience factor when the library in closed and plus I live nearby. VOLCANICA 7/5/24…read more EAST AFRICAN COFFEE STATUS & OUTLOOK Based on the USDA's latest outlook, Africa accounts for 11-12% of the world's total coffee production, including 10.5% of the Robusta crop and 12.5% of the 23/24 Arabica crop. There are 54 countries in Africa, but only about a dozen produce coffee. While Ethiopia accounts for most of it, the high-quality specialty grade Arabica coffee production is limited to 6-7 East African countries, including some very small countries with problematic histories. Located in the equatorial coffee belt, East African coffee benefits from ideal coffee growing conditions, including volcanic soil, high altitude, climate, access to fresh water and tradition. Conscientious processing, disciplined coops and dedicated smallholder farms also play a role. Coffee is a subjective topic and while good coffee can be found throughout the equatorial belt, the acid rich East African coffees are recognized as the world's most distinctive. The traditional varieties and grade from Ethiopia (Yirgacheffe) and Kenya (south-central highlands) are particularly noteworthy and often compared. While some would include 100% authentic Kona (miniscule production, hard to get & subject to fraud), the best Tanzanian and the crazy expensive Geisha (Panama & elsewhere) among the best, the coffee from Kenya and Ethiopia is widely viewed as the world's most consistent, distinctive and recognizable. Regardless of source, it is important to note that countries producing the most distinguished specialty coffee also produce average or worse coffee. In a way, East African coffees are like finalists in a beauty contents, it's hard to pick the winner. The contest is also dynamic, i.e., this year's crop winner could be next year's loser. While the demand for specialty coffee continues to grow, small coffee farmers have been burdened by an exploitive value chain. Living on a few dollars a day, Africa's small coffee farmers have had little incentive to produce the low yielding crop. If impoverished farmers do not get a bigger piece of the value chain's pie, higher prices and a shortage of high-quality coffee seem likely. FINDING REPUTABLE RETAIL ROASTERS When purchasing country of origin coffee, the quality will vary by crop year, terroir, region, sub-region, botanical variety, grade, processing, storage, logistics, roast and freshness. Excluding effective auctions, higher prices may not guarantee a better tasting coffee. Storage and freshness are key because coffee does not age well. Indeed, assuming the flavor has not been compromised by logistics and storage, fresh green coffee has a 6-12-month shelf life while fresh roasted whole bean has a 30-day window. As the importer of these potentially fine coffees, IT IS THE RETAIL ROASTER WHO DETERMINES THE QUALITY AND FRESHNESS OF OUR COFFEE. Finding a reputable retail roaster with good customer service, a good menu of single origin coffee and consistency is a Herculean task. Given the limited shelf life, always looming new crop and roaster inconsistency, the ongoing journey never ends. Organic, free trade, direct trade, sustainable, certified, relationships and consistent buying all make sense, but coffee that shoots the lights out on the cupping table is really what the specialty coffee game is about. While there are exceptions, roaster websites are not generally well developed or organized and many do not disclose all the information required to make an informed purchase, including the origin, roast, ounces per bag, processing, etc. Some lack contact information while others fail to follow up on inquiries. Many also use a poor choice of colors and fonts that make the websites difficult to read. Fortunately, many roasters specializing in East African coffee provide more detail and organized information, including the granular source, varietal, processing, roast and roast date. Blends are being hyped by roasters and while they might be relevant to coffee drinkers, they are not very relevant to coffee lovers that already know what they want. Affordability is another issue because there are high-quality single origin coffees that are affordable and offer real value. Indeed, many blends are priced higher than good single origin coffee. VOLCANICA EAST AFRICAN COFFEE: As Good As It Gets Volcanica is currently offering nine East African single origin coffees, including the Kenya AA (Nyeri Hill Estate), the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe and the Tanzania Peaberry (Nitin Estate, Ngorongoro Crater). All are washed and roasted light or medium light. In addition to being among the highest quality East African coffee on the market today, they offer real value. Indeed, Volcanica's 16 oz pricing is less than what many of their competitors are charging for 12 oz. Volcanica's website is also developed, organized and provides granular details appreciated by coffee lovers. JBC has also done a good job with their website development and disclosure. I have chased
