They told me they could fix my ring. Instead they cracked the stone. They didn't admit it and I…read moredidn't realize it until I was out of the store. When I told them this they sent the $20 fee through Apple Cash, and they did offer to replace the stone if I sent it to them. After what happened I didn't trust these guys to replace it with a stone of equal quality. I called and "Andy" yelled hystericlally at me for several minutes, accusing me of breaking it myself. Then he hung up. It was really weird.
