Not only were they super nice & helpful, but we got zero judgement at all. They helped my Wife and girls out with the necklaces they wanted to get and were a joy to deal with 100% of the time. Prices do range from under a hundred all the way up to 5 figures as far as I saw maybe even 6 figures . So they carry something for everyone's price range. She took it to the Swarovski store, and they sent it off to the factory for lifetime warranty repair. The following month we called the store to inquire about the bracelet. Surprisingly, the store has no way to track what was sent for repair to the factory. We were assured, however, that it was a good sign that we didn't get a call. Three months later on my mom's birthday, we received it in the mail with the following letter: "Dear Swarovski Enthusiast - Thank you for the opportunity to evaluate your Swarovski repair. Unfortunately, we are unable to restore your design to its original sparkling condition. We assure you that this is a rare occurrence and hope that you will remain a Swarovski enthusiast. The ring that my girlfriend and I were shopping for today turned out to be amazing. The quality was great, and it was exactly what we wanted her promise ring to be. With that being said, the quality of the customer service was horrendous. The young lady who helped us out said a total of less than 15 words to us throughout the entire transaction. When asked for more information regarding cut, size, and style of the ring we were buying we were given a general response about Swarovski crystals. We could tell that although the box she was pulling for us was damaged, the other employee waived it off as if it weren't a big deal. It may not have been a big deal to those two, but to the customers in front of them it would have meant the world if they had gone so far as to simply switch a damaged box out for any other one. Although the quality of the crystals reflect that brand's renowned name, the shocking lack of care on part of their employees is reminiscent of other higher-end brands that sit just a few floors above them at the same mall. read more

I love Swarovski and their stores. Everything is so pretty and sparkly! This store carries a nice selection of jewelry, accessories, and gift items in all price ranges. I am a little disappointed they don't use any solid gold in their jewelry, only gold plated. Every sales girl I have dealt with has been friendly and helpful, although the gal I spoke with today did come across as a little pushy. I like the fact that a retailer stays true. There are many stores out there, "specialty stores", that start to drift from the primary product and start carrying other things in their stores.., not Swarovski. The Swarovski store at Fashion Square is amazing. I love that the store is so small and the clerks are always so polite and friendly. I walk in, look at stuff, they get stuff, I look more, they get more... Yadda Yadda. A very nice, though small, Swarovski store. I like the newer "crystal garden" white and steel theme that replaced the classic blue and red visual package. Their selection is larger than the now closed store in Chandler. A wide variety of crystal accessories, home items, and of course figurines (including giant ones) are displayed behind glass here. They carry a small selection of men's items, as well as watches. While not super cheap, their quality is high (for crystal and costume/fashion jewelry). One of the crystal-filled pens they sell at the register made a great gift for a colleague. No gift wrap needed thanks to their fancy packaging and shopping bag! Swarovski also sells small mirrors that you can display your crystal figurines on for a small additional charge. Sometimes you have to ask for them though, as they're kept in a cabinet and not really advertised at all. I do wish Swarovski would make new white crystal mice figurines though...and not rehash old styles in new colors. read more

My girl loves the jewelry here. I just got her a heart necklace for valentines day and she loves it. She got a different necklace in the same store in New York and wanted the rest of the set but was sad when we came here and were told she couldn't get the rest of the set in yellow gold, she'd have to mismatch with rose gold. After a few minutes of thinking about it she came to the conclusion that she really hates rose gold cause it has a fake gold look to it so she ended up wanting another yellow gold necklace . This place is awful! Wish I could give them a negative star or more. I received a ring as a gift about 5 years or so ago. Well, three of the crystals have fallen out and the band has tarnished and is now more of a gold/bronze color rather than silver. Great, I have a lifetime warrantee so let's take it to the Scottsdale fashion square store since the Gilbert one closed (gee, I wonder why - because this company has deceptive practices). I take it to the store a couple of months ago, and Rebecca tells me that they no longer have a lifetime warrantee. Ok, hold up! Mine should be grandfathered in from when it was given to me and that's what they were sold on was the lifetime warrantee. News flash Swarovski, but if you tell your customers they get a lifetime warrantee - you need to honor it and stand by your contract. Rebecca says "I'll send it in but they probably won't fix it". Wow, customer service sure is your forte Rebecca, hope you stay in this industry since you are so pleasant. So, I wait for a month and I don't hear anything, I contact Rebecca and she says we don't have it here at the store, it's still at the repair center. So I call the repair center and Jodi says they don't have it. Umm, well, where is it Jodi? She says its at the store, I said oh it's not as I just talked to Rebecca (the same dimwit as before) and she said you guys' have it. Jodi says let me call her and put you on hold, after waiting for somewhat forever, she comes back on and says they have it and it was not repaired. So, wait, Rebecca lied to me? Again, gotta love her "exceptional" customer service! I said why wasn't it fixed, I want my ring fixed! She said that they would send it back to the repair shop and when it was finished they'd mail it directly to me! Great! Except whatever happened to a single resolution? Clearly that concept is too much for Swarovski! Well, here today I get my ring in the mail. I'm SOOO excited to get it back....except it's still missing the stones and is still majorly tarnished. A note is enclosed saying my ring "is sparkling and as good as new". Is the repair person blind? Just saying. This company is without a doubt so deceiving to their customers. I'll NEVER purchase anything from them again. I'll tell everyone I know and make sure to blast it on social media. So sad. read more

After a traumatic robbery at my house ( I lost a Swarovski jewelry collection that I have been collecting for 25 years) I called the Scottsdale store with style numbers of items that were recently retired and asked if he could check the system to see if any stores had any stock left. He was more than accommodating and generous with his time and made me feel that I mattered. He located 2 of my bracelets in opposite ends of the country. I am pleased to say that they are both on their way to me as I type this review. I felt compelled to let someone know that Jessie was a great representation of Swarovski. The people below me who complained are ridiculous. This isn't Verizon, without proof of purchase you don't get to be "grandfathered" into a warranty. Also, you're not buying diamonds. It isn't IMPOSSIBLE for crystals to fall out, but it is more than likely due to lack of proper care. I have pieces that are 10+ years old and still look as beautiful as the day I purchased them because I take good care of my jewelry and take my rings off before washing my hands (as you should do with ALL rings including diamond rings!) . The employees are honest which in retail is greatly appreciated. Also, people tend to forget: the employees are just EMPLOYEES. they don't make the rules, they just have to enforce them. Getting angry with them is honestly just a waste of your time. If they know a piece is not able to be repaired, it's probably because they've seen the same issue before and It wasn't repaired. If you want to complain, call corporate. The employees are just doing their jobs. They are absolutely amazing and will try their best to make your experience everything and more.
