I did not get a good massage and it was not relaxing at all as I can hear her taking calls while massaging me and she went out several times! Ugh. This was my first massage experience and will not be my last! I paid $50 for an hour with a $20 tip because that to me is fair for the effort they put into their work. The masseuse was always caring toward each step - making sure to ask if the pressure wasn't too much, or if the rocks were too hot. She did my entire body, head to toe. It felt as if she already knew my aches and pains because she targeted each one perfectly. They must really know there stuff I'm assuming. I've been in some pretty major car accidents and have 4 herniated discs in my back. The first time I came here, I was working 6-7 days a week and desperately needed a relaxation day. My husband also works construction so his back is pretty trash. So my husband and I came here for a cute little couples massage date. It was a wonderful experience, I had a difficult time understanding their accents cause I'm basically a banana lol and so when they asked male or female, I thought they were asking about my gender haha when in reality they wanted to know our gender preference for our massage therapists. Other than that, I had never felt so relaxed and my back felt great even days after which is usually never a thing. 12/10 would recommend. What a horrible experience. After a full day at Disney, my 3 friends and I thought a massage would be a great idea. At check in.. the lady (the owner it seems, Bo) at the counter kept telling us to pay first before asking us what service we wanted, which was odd. Only one of the masseuse had ask about the strength level. The other 3 just started digging in with their elbows. Didn't ask a thing during the massage. We all had the combo which was foot and body... they barely touched our feet. One of them was a beginner it seemed like... because the other masseuse (Bo ) went over to her a few times to teach her what to do which took time from the the one she was working on. none of us had a good massage. It was the worst experience we had. Upon leaving they all stood at the front (like a barrier) and DEMANDED a 20% tip. No where on their board does it say tip is required. With the service received, I really don't think they deserved a tip but didn't want to cause trouble. So tipped them and left. WILL NEVER GO THERE again! I came in on Valentine's Day. I asked the lady during the massage to go easy/ soft and she laughed and told me "no medium/hard is better" . I responded back saying "soft/medium is okay but more soft please" and she responded saying "hard is okay". Couldn't believe this lady was fighting me on my own preference. The entire time of the massage I was super tense and didn't enjoy it unfortunately. Spent two days walking the Disneyland parks out feet were sore. Pulled up this place. Overall we enjoyed the massage. Three stars because the young lady working the counter charged us extra $50.00. They ask for payment first so I was like that's not too. Because I'll tip afterwards she tired to tell me that was right. So I had to pull out my calculator and show her. The place is located off Euclid / Crescent in the same plaza as Jollibee/ 99 Ranch Market. Find the 99 Ranch, find the Dental place, and its next door. The other Yelpers weren't kidding when they said the staff's English is minimal. The lady who helped me spoke barely and English, so we did a lot of charades. There's new protocol during the COVID time. - First, you fill out a disclaimer paperwork, writing that you understand you have to wear a mask, and that you're not sick. Yes I wore a mask while getting massaged.... - Then they take your temperature. You write the result in the paperwork and sign your name Next step: you tell her what service you want. I chose the 90-minute massage, and apparently during COVID its private room only. You have to pay up front for the service, and get a few bucks off if you pay cash. I thought she wanted tip too, but I must have insulted her because she waved her hand, gesturing "after the service". The woman directed me into the private room and said "take off" and pointed to the hooks to hang my clothes. Apparently "take off" means just your shirt and pants... because when she walked in, she nearly screamed when I was lying there (covered) but "butt" naked. No, no! She exclaimed... Keep underwear. She was standing there freaking out, so I hopped off the massage table, not knowing if I should be modest and cover myself with the sheet, and put my underwear back on, or just flash my nakedness and put my underwear back on. Note to self: Always ask what "take off" means... naked? or keep the underpants on? For here, ladies, its bra off, but panties on! The 90-minutes massage was amazing. I think I fell asleep on the table. She concentrated heavily on my back and shoulders, not so much on my feet. An hour into the session, she flipped me on my back, and massaged my neck and shoulders facing up, so keep in mind you get massaged faced down the most. I tipped her $15 which she seemed to be happy. I asked her name, which then she whipped out a "loyalty" card and wrote her name "Alice". I highly recommend her, but be warned that English is not her first language, or her strong point. read more

Loved it. I went in for a massage just to get one. Nothing was hurting but little did I know I had a ton of knots all over. So I ended up getting a mean massage but one that I definitely needed. I made an appointment just to make sure they could take me when I was available. They greeted me right away and the ambience was really nice and calming. The rooms are private, heated and soothing. It was a little dark when I was trying to get undressed but other than that, it was really nice and the music was calming too. Cindy was who I saw and she seemed to know what she was doing. I gave her a $10 tip and she didn't look happy with the amount. My husband surprised me with a 90-mins session for Mother's Day. I was very excited, until the moment I walked in the massage room. We went here for the first time before the Covid-19 pandemic, and it totally looked different and definitely felt different now. This place went down hill. I walked in the room, felt uneasy right away as the room smelled like mold! No sense of relaxation at all. I was told to undress and I was given a white bath towel to cover myself, a bath towel! I let it go, taught to myself oh maybe she just forgot to leave a blanket on the bed, and she's gonna give me one or lay one on me before she starts massaging. No, didn't happen. I felt cold the whole time, with just a towel covering my whole body. She did the massage, asked me if I wanted medium or hard pressure (that's good). I felt uncomfortable the whole time. My forehead was sore and left marks from the cushion where there was a whole for the face, as it was old and the leather cover is peeling, and it was only covered with super thin covering, which does not even cover the entire thing. I had to find a way and move the covering so it won't touch my face. She left the room a number of times and did not shut the door completely while I was only covered with towel! I felt unsafe and totally uncomfortable at this point, I wanted to leave, but I didn't wanna make a scene, and my husband already paid and gave tip prior to me going to the room. I saw pillow under the bed. I was hoping so much that she's not gonna have me use it, because it was gross! She did! As she asked me to turn facing up, she grabbed the pillow and put it on the bed and have me put my head. Omg I wanted to say something so bad but I still didn't. I just kept thinking that I will shower as soon as I go home. When I was done, I took some pictures of how dirty the pillow was before leaving the room. I later on realized that there was not even a pillow case, just a small towel on top?! Really?! Who knows if they even washed or cleaned the bed in between customers. I wish I took a picture of the whole room. I did not enjoy the experience at all, and I am never going back. I was going to book for husband for father's day too but never mind! One star is for the quality of massage that I got. It was not bad. But I still do not recommend this place. read more

Parking: plenty. Inside of a strip mall w lots of spaces. Covid precautions: they take your temp and have you fill out a questionnaire when you enter. Everyone is wearing masks and the massage is done w gloves on (was not noticeable). Rooms and bed were clean. Massage: I had Kevin today. Excellent massage! I love lots of pressure and you could tell Kevin knew where the knots were and how to work them out. I'm one of those "no pain, no gain" type folks when it comes to massages, I want my knots worked out and the massage to almost hurt. Kevin navigated just right between lots of pressure and too much pressure, he also immediately found my trouble areas and took the time to work them out.
