Booked a 70-min massage + 10-min lymphatic add-on (80 minutes total, paid in advance). I arrived around 10:40am and after changing, my massage started around 10:50-10:55am. My therapist left the room around 11:49am -- meaning the actual session ran under an hour, well short of the 80 minutes paid for, not counting the additional time she stepped away mid-massage to blow her nose after sneezing. Beyond the shortened time, this was not a relaxing experience. My therapist checked her phone repeatedly throughout the session. The massage felt rushed and heavy-handed rather than therapeutic -- I've had firmer/deep-pressure massages before that left me relaxed, but this one just felt uncomfortable, and at points she smacked me in a way that felt rough rather than a standard technique. For the lymphatic portion, she spent close to 30 minutes on my hair/scalp rather than focusing on lymphatic drainage areas I expected (face, neck, collarbone). She offered salt (I believe as an exfoliant) via Google Translate; I declined due to eczema and she repeatedly asked why. My arms were itchy afterward, possibly from the oil/lotion used. At checkout, I was asked for a tip by both my therapist and a second staff member who hadn't even checked me in, even after I explained the service wasn't great and that it had already been paid for. If I could give zero stars, I would. If scheduled an appointment for 8PM. When I walked in 5 minutes early, one of the employees who was in a bad mood told me they closed. A second employee laughed but when the angry woman insisted they were closed, the second woman apologized and sent me away. As soon as I walked out, another man walked in and they took him in back. I went back in and asked why I was sent away and the other man allowed to stay, the second employee told me the angry woman was her boss and there was nothing she could do. Unbelievable. The price is great. You can get an hour massage for one hour. The place is clean and peaceful. I went with my sister and our friend. Originally when I called they were putting us in the same room. The when we got there they had two rooms and one would have to go to another room. Because my sister planned this with our friend originally and I joined last minute I told them I'll go to the room alone. So that was the first thing that I was bummed about. I was told to get to my underwear and have the blanket on me. Now because I saw women only walking around, I assumed the person massaging me would be a woman. Once I laid down it was a man who came into my room. What made me frustrated is they didn't check with me to see if I'd be comfortable with a man. So if you're not comfortable getting massages with men let them know, because they won't ask you. I was t comfortable with it but at this point I was already there and I wasn't sure if they had any women free to give me a massage at this point. The massage was good but I didn't like that I wasn't asked or warned. I hope they at least do this as a courtesy to women who like to only get massages by women. The desk was really close to the massage rooms that I could hear them talking throughout the whole experience. I have arthritic feet, hence the foot massage. I thought I would get the full 30 minutes on my feet but instead, I got: 10 min massage on my head 10 min massage on my calves/shins 10 min massage on my feet (about 5 min Per foot) 4. Toward the end on one foot, Instead of her thumbs applying pressure all the way down my foot, I felt her nails were digging in. I really wanted to like this place because of its convenient location; however, the customer service was extremely disappointing. We walked in at 10 a.m. and were not greeted at all. While I understand there may have been a language barrier, especially as an Asian immigrant myself, the staff member appeared irritated and aggravated when I mentioned our couples Groupon voucher. What made the situation more uncomfortable was that the staff did not seem to understand what was being advertised or sold on Groupon. Their confusion gave me anxiety, especially since I had already paid and was worried there might be an issue honoring the voucher. The massage itself was mediocre and not relaxing. The therapist worked at a very fast pace, and although I understand everyone has different techniques, the pressure felt overly aggressive for my preference. There was also an uncomfortable hygiene issue. At one point, it felt like the therapist silently burped close to my face, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I do not want to smell someone's breath during a massage, and wearing a mask might help prevent situations like this. This may sound minor, but most spas offer hot tea or at least warm water after a massage. Instead, we were given cold water, which felt careless and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, and attention to basic customer comfort stood out. This place would greatly benefit from improved customer service and possibly hiring a receptionist who can properly greet and assist customers. read more

I have been coming here for quite a while and the massages are always great, which is why this review is disappointing to write. Unfortunately, there seem to be serious issues with appointment scheduling. The last two times I have booked appointments, I was told there was no appointment in the system when I arrived or called to confirm. Today I had a 4:00 PM appointment that I scheduled on Monday. Because of previous scheduling problems, I called ahead to verify my appointment and was told there was no appointment for me. The employee repeatedly asked if I had called the correct number, but I know I called the business directly on Monday to make the reservation. The quality of the massages keeps me coming back, but the scheduling issues have become very frustrating and inconvenient. I hope management can address this problem for future customers becuase I will no longer be coming back. read more

I was here on April 10th. My whole body was aching from long hours of work, and I was hoping for a relaxing massage. So I called in, and the lady kindly made an appointment for me. Everything was fine until my massager came in. I do not remember his name, and he was a nice person, but he was a horrible massager. He didn't know where to press and where to not press, and when he was pressing with one hand, he placed the other on my waist, which caused a shift of weight entirely on my waist when he was not pressing. I booked the 60-minute deep tissue massage, but after 35 minutes I genuinely felt that I might get hurt, so I stopped him, paid the entire amount even though it was horrible and I cut it short, and walked out. After I calmed down a bit in my car, I called, and the lady who made the appointment for me answered. I told her what happened and that the massager needs to practice/learn how to massage so that this does not happen to anyone else. The lady apologized and promised me multiple times that her manager will follow up with me in a couple of days. She took my name and my phone number. Since then, it has been almost three weeks, and I have not received a call from her. I've been to this place multiple times, and I generally had a good experience, so I did not want to leave any bad reviews. However, I had to leave this review for (1) bad massage experience (2) lack of management (3) unkept promises of follow-ups. read more

I wanted to like this place, but a few things during my visit left me feeling more tense than relaxed. The massage itself was just okay -- not terrible, but definitely not the level I expected for the price. What concerned me more were the payment practices. They strongly encourage paying in cash, and when paying by card, any transaction over $100 comes with an unexpected $3 fee. There was also a very firm expectation to leave a tip of $10 or more, which wasn't communicated in advance. None of this was explained before the service, so the checkout process felt awkward and a bit uncomfortable. Transparency matters to me, especially in a service business meant to help people feel at ease. There are many massage places in the area that are clear about their pricing and make the whole visit feel welcoming from start to finish. Unfortunately, this visit didn't give me that feeling, and for sure I would not return! read more

They were over 20 minutes late for our appointment but that wasn't really the issue. The issue was the tip. They were late, cut the time by 10 minutes when I paid for 70 mins and only received 60, the massage was sub par (I had to ask for more pressure multiple times and it was not received), and the masseuse left the room multiple times so not even the entire 60 mins was used (when I paid for 70). So, I didn't want to tip the $10 they forced me to. If the service wasn't to my liking and there were many factors, I simply do not have to tip. When leaving, the man forced me to pay a tip and I left one because I felt pressured and honestly I could have stood my ground, but it wasn't worth it so I left one since they were begging. Tip should never be expected, it is up to customer. I ALWAYS tip and left one for them and they asked for MORE. That was the issue. Please fix your customer service if you would like a tip and do not force unhappy clients to because I will not be returning. read more

Got a Groupon deal for a 60 min couples massage with hot stones and aromatherapy. Made an appointment ahead of time and was a few minutes late but we still were able to get in. Got placed into a room with 4 beds. A curtain separated 2 and 2. That wasn't an issue but we did get some loud people coming in which is no fault to the business. The massage was really good and I got a female and my boyfriend got a male which we liked because it made it comfortable for us. My lady was nice and firm with her massage and checked in when she'd go harder in some spots asking me if I was okay. We were also given a cup of water after we were done. Overall a great place the only thing that wasn't sure of was the aromatherapy part as I didn't smell anything or I wasn't sure if we were supposed to be given anything for that. read more

I like to try the 3-3 1/2 stars places because I want to experience what everyone is saying but today I called and a nice lady named Allison spoke really nicely and professionally, I was asking if one of her workers was working today and she said no but she said she has 3 other guys ( Tony, David and Peter) who are really good, I said I want an older guy because they seem more experienced in my opinion. She said Tony and David both been working there for 7 years so, I got there and they were busy, Allison showed me to the room and she gave him a couple of minutes (5). They Tony knocked and asked if I was ready, I said yes and he walked in, fix my sheets then start pushing my back. Usually when they start pushing, I can tell right away if they're good or not because I had a lot of experience with massages over a decade. Tony was good and I saw 90 minutes ? He then ran out to get the boss, she comes in and says only 60 minutes because Tony had another appointment after me, if i wanted 90 minutes, I can wait for another guy to finish in 10 minutes. I said no, one hour is fine and Tony did a fantastic job. Just the right amount of pressure, I like his neck massage, I like it when they squeeze my neck skin and push my skull up, you know what I mean !?! lol l then he turned my head sideways to massage my neck, I wished he massages a little harder. Then he went to my arms, again, too lightly pressure. But I love his face massage like the way he outlined my eyebrows with pressure and straight to my temples, he then massage my face like his fingers were dancing on both my jawline. Like doing facial, tap tap tap lol. Overall, I enjoyed it. After the massage was done, he waits at the front, you know for his tips lol. I paid the lady $60 and Tony asked if I wanted water, I said yes hot water and handed him a $20 tip. The lady Allison spoke really good English so there's no way you people said they're rude. Usually never venture off to another massage place but I'm lucky I found this spot. Price is actually very reasonable. My masseuse, Lola, was very attentive and when going to another part of my body, was always asking if what she was doing was okay. She also asked me before we started what area I have the most trouble in.
