Went here for the first time the other day for a dip manicure and regular pedicure. Usually my dip manis last 3-4 weeks. I got a light chrome by a male tech and in less than 5 days they were all chipping and lifting. I went in today when i had free time and explained the situation. They were super understanding and comped the new dip set. (The same male tech did the new dip manicure which was meh) but fabulous customer service and they look great now. I am not one to leave negative reviews but I have been to this salon a few times and have been disappointed. For pedicures, they are amazing. This salon is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. For manicures, I can't see myself coming back. They advertise designs on their website and google photos, but can't even do a simple flower design when I asked for one. I've been to other salons where if the tech can't do the design, they call someone over and ask them to do the design to make the customer happy. I also feel like I got tricked into doing gel extensions which was $30 more, instead of acrylic like I originally wanted. I would've been fine if I knew the price difference but I had no clue until checkout. Also, the person I had missed the second layer of nail polish on two fingers and did not notice until I pointed it out to them. To say I'm disappointed is an absolute understatement. read more

Very poor customer service, my shellac polish came off in three days, on two of my toes. I went to have the two toes redone and they asked me to wait 25 minutes. I asked if someone else could redo then, they said yes. After the nail tech painted the 2 toes the front desk tried to charge me $30. The nail tech came to the counter and said she tipped me so you should not make her pay $30 to repolish 2 nails, so the gentlemen very hesitantly didn't make me pay. A great nail shop with some talented nail techs and a wonderful atmosphere. Judy is the MVP of this Salon. She does the best nails, has the best service, and they just last long. Kim is not too far behind her as well as Vee. These ladies work very hard in an area where you get all types of clientele. The ambiance is always nice and relaxing, the only theing they are missing is Champagne. I will have to start bringing my own!! My nails always last at least a month before I need a fill. I've been going to this location for many years. It changed hands and names recently and I'm a creature of habit so I keep on going. The spot is undergoing a bit of a facelift with some new changes. Walls taken down, some new paint and work stations are in the works. It's coming along nicely. The staff is mostly different as well. There are a couple of people that remain from the previous shop, but most are new. I've been several times now under this new owner and staff and my service has been hit or miss until I found Cindy. There are a couple of techs that seem a little inexperienced and need some help, but these 4 stars are for Cindy. She does my dip manicures. She is speedy, thorough and gets it right every time with attention to detail. I'm glad to have found her and will only see her now! read more

I come here regularly for pedicures. They do a nice job and has a nice atmosphere. Usually have Gina help and she is great.

The service was the worst. The lady was inexperienced, I asked for removal of old acrylic nails and I had to ask her to remove left over product in nails when that is what I asked for, she was going to start putting new product on top of old. In the process of removal she destroyed my real nail instead of using acetone to remove effectively. She took over an 1 hr to put the new product and left product on the back of my nail. Had to tell her to correct the shape numerous times and still they don't look right. After 2 hrs at the salon I decided to leave without the gel polish and with the nails looking really bad. In addition, they didn't want to service my nails and do the pedi at the same time when they had technicians available for both. I will never go back again. read more

2 stars because they saw me quickly as a walk-in and the place looks nice inside, but they way they left my nails looking doesn't even deserve 1 star. Asked for a French manicure, what I got was a microscopic thin stripe straight across the top (didn't turn down like a normal French), looked beyond weird. She also cut my cuticle with the nail drill and left me bleeding. Not to mention was beyond overpriced. Next day I ran to another place to take it all off and got it redone beautifully at half the price. read more

Disappointed. I had a confirmed appointment with Nam through an online booking yesterday, and they had him booked when I walked in. I called again today, and they told me to come at 1:15 and I arrived several minutes early and he was booked again. One lady there told me it was because I was late to which I said no, I'm more than 5 minutes early for 1:15. Apparently she didn't tell him. She did my gel X last time and there were numerous bumps and imperfections so I wanted to stick with Nam. I stopped in after work one evening and just wanted a regular manicure. There was quite a bit of construction going on inside but hey, building improvement. I did have some dip on a couple of my nails but had chipped most of it off myself so it was very minimal work. I asked if they could take the rest off, trim my nails and then just finish with a clear coat. The woman was very curt and hardly said more than five words to me the entire hour I was in the chair. She painted something on my nails (which kinda burned) and then vigorously scratched my nails to get the dip off. She did a hack job at filing my nails which were fairly uneven. After telling me she was finished, I went to the counter to pay and she charged me $36. The overall experience was a major let down and to be charged $36 for something my 14 year old niece could have done a much better job at... I'll pass and not recommend this to anyone else! read more

Went in for a dip, picked a purple color. Kept going on about Dream Gel and same price. Well, I got a pink nail and it looks like a normal gel job. The price was $50 which is high for a gel job, I think. Will see how long my pink nail lasts. I can get a good dip elsewhere and cheaper. read more
