The reviews are horrendous, but I was desperate for a last minute appointment (I'm not from the area). The front staff was very kind and they started my gel mani (Gel-X/Apres) and Gel Pedi (I got the Aloe Pedicure) immediately, which was great. The Gel-X was very fast which was helpful since I'm in a rush, but it wasn't the highest quality Apres I've ever had. No cuticle care or thorough nail prep. The pedicure was a little old school, where the older gentleman giving me the pedicure was rough (which I like) but unfortunately he gave me a small cut. Also, he didn't use gloves and also used the cheese grater tool (which isn't good for your calluses at all). For $165 total the services were ok, but I likely won't return. If you can snag an appointment at Posh, I've heard they're good! read more

If I make a reservation to have a pedicure at the same time as my spouse. Why would you accept the reservation and waste my time? My daughter took me for mani pedi for my birthday here. Mine was ok. He checked in every now and then but he seemed to do the bare minimum of each thing. My daughter had to wake them to clean under her nails during the manicure. Then was left to dry her nails on the fan while her tech went in the back. After waiting a while my daughter wasn't sure so she asked another tech if he would be back to finish her up. That tech gave her the lotion bottle and told her to finish herself up. So she did and we got up to pay and leave. My tech come up then and got her tech to come out and finish but we were over this place by now. read more

The first time I went was great back in July and I had a great experience with Vivian. She was very attentive and caring. I went today to get a pedicure and she wasn't there. The guy who did my pedicure was pretty rough and he took too much skin off of my parts of my feet, but still missed some spots, even after paying $55 for a pedicure. The other customers got offered a beverage, and I didn't get offered one until I was about to leave. He did do a beautiful job on painting my toes. I do love the massage and the features of the chairs for the pedicures. I thought this might be my new place, since my old place changed ownership, but I think I might keep looking. read more

Vivian is amazing! She introduced me to gel X and I've completely converted. I came in about 3 weeks ago the first time with my nails in horrible shape from another nail spa so I was very hesitant because of this. She was kind to me and explained everything she was doing so I wasn't mislead in anyway (precious nail salon told me they were giving me gel when it was actually acrylic). She was very gentle and took her time with every step. I came back today as a walk in and Vivian was able to take care of me again. She was just as GREAT as she was last time - paid attention to detail, gentle, took her time and cleaned the nails/cuticles very well - and I loved the results so much that I got a pedicure with Vivian as well, and once again, she did a fantastic job read more

I came in for a fill and a pedicure. At first I was very pleased with my experience as far as the pedicure goes. Once I got home I realized the gel polish was peeling off on two of my toes. On one of them the polish was almost completely off. As for my fill, I was very displeased. The man that did them did a very sloppy job and while filing my nail he cut my cuticle which burned pretty badly. The designs on my nails are very sloppy. I paid a good amount of money for what I got done and it feels like a total waste. One of the other workers told me I could come back the next day to get them fixed. However, this place is 30 minutes from where I live and closes an hour after I get off work. It's unfortunate because the man that did my sister's nails is very talented and did an amazing job with hers. read more

Place is very pretty... but my Gel polish lasted maybe a week before it started peeling. Not much of a manicure was done either. So for $40 plus tip, I'd rather just order my own gel polish kit and give it a try myself. This review is just based on a GEL POLISH MANICURE. I do not speak for their other services. read more
