Wasn't much of a spa because of how loud it was but the quality seemed good. They kindly offered me a drink and a menu of services. The sweet gal that was doing just a polish change for me promised to be fast and she was and the quality of the work didn't suffer for it. She did a great job! I was quoted $15 for a gel polish change when I called in but then was charged 30$ and when I asked if they'd correct the error they told me I must have misunderstood haha Ohkay. Maybe I did. Whoever did my pedicure was clearly rushing to get done. My nails are uneven and different shapes and I have polish on my skin.

I'll be honest, I wanted to love this place. The pictures of other customer's nails look beautiful and that's one of the reasons I chose to go here. Unfortunately, this past appointment was the last straw for me. 1st appointment: acrylic with basic gel polish- I asked for almond shape, she told me she could not do almond on my nail type.. i settled for coffin. She made them too long and they began to lift after 2 weeks. 2nd appointment: i asked for a fill & requested almond again.. she said she could only do square. A corner broke off on one of the nails less than a week after the appointment, polish began to come off & nails began to lift on week 2. 3rd appointment: came in for a fill & polish change. She told me my nails were lifting bad and it would harm my real nails if they were filled. I said okay. She started from scratch. I requested almond and I got more of a flip flop/croc shape nail instead. The nails do not look good. They are bumpy in areas and the shape of them has my 6th grade students roasting me in class (I'm a teacher) I will post pics of the most recent nails that should have been almond shaped .. they charged me $85 for them. I had an amazing nail tech in Charlotte who never had issues doing the shapes I requested and my nails NEVER lifted. If this wasn't the case, i would have already blamed myself for this. read more

I went in for pedis and a soak off ( i had an appointment at 1pm) showed the lady my inspiration picture i wanted exactly the same details as the picture i showed her and halfway through my set she started added her own design and colors. she was also rushing and the other ladies were telling her she was taking to long. Then mid way through my set they asked me to reschedule for my pedis because the lady was taking long ?? i proceeded to tell them that was my only availability and they made me wait 40 mins for a pedi and i wanted to get a matching set with my nails and toes but the lady said 250 in total with design i said no thank you... only frenchies please because at that point she wasn't even doing what i wanted and every time i asked for the price she kept asking the other ladies. in total i paid 215. I came here after looking for a spot to get a pedicure. The nail salon was very accommodating when calling to book an appointment. I got a same day appointment and went right after work. The salon was clean and inviting when going in. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. May helped me with my pedicure. She was thorough and very friendly. Ugh...I went in for a fill last week when I couldn't get into my regular place. It was dirty and I was asked to sit in a chair that a lady had just gotten out of the space was not sanitized and her nail clippings weren't even brushed off the table. I decided just to get my nails done really quickly because I was heading out of town. Big mistake, I left with uneven nails that weren't even the same shape. I've gone to this place several times, and I very much dislike the atmosphere that the management allows among the staff. My go-to gal is an angel who does a very good job. But as a guy, every time I walk in the door to see her, one of the other gals in particular starts ribbing her about me. Like there's something going on between us. Yeah, you bet there is! I'm a repeat customer like most people are - to the same staff member. But NOT anymore. I get a gel full set pretty often and this by far has been my worst experience. The polish job is sloppy and see through. The staff has a terrible attitude and they quite frankly act like know it alls. The woman in charge was persistently rude to me, I mentioned the wax was too hot and I wanted to stop and she disregarded my request and kept going, she told me I was sensitive to the heat because I was so pale, she then continued to tell me I was as pale as the Amish, clearly meaning that as an insult. Let me first start off by saying that the minute we entered the place we felt u welcomed . Workers were sitting around and being lazy . the man that did my nails came up to me and ask what I wanted in a tone of attitude . the color I picked were beautiful but unfortunately the work was shit, and it went along with his attitude . I didn't get his name because I was 100 percent sure I'm not going to return or recommend this place to anyone I know . I told him . He didn't double check his work , paint job was awful . when I sat in his chair I was uncomfortable because he keeps pushing my hands as if I'm doing something wrong even though I tried to relax. When he was half way done he asked me to pay and I gave him my card . Mind you, I tip 100 percent of the time someone gives me service . Even if his work was terrible I still tipped him 20% he sat me down at the place to dry off my nail polish. He just shrugged and went on to eat and cane back to sit in the chair where he originally sat when I came in . he didn't say not a thank you or bye . I just want to say if you don't like doing what you do then you shouldn't be there. I went to pay for what I want, I didn't not beg for your shit job I highly recommend Nails4U by Noi in Central Park next to Bone fish. I normally don't give any business 1 star, but I'm highly displeased with them. It started with a 20 minute wait after being told to begin with it would be 5 min tops. Figured, okay my fault I came on a Saturday with no appointment. Then when I sat down, she frequently got up or kept looking at the door like she was expecting a heist to go down. I asked for a full set with French tip. She and I got stuck together with the nail glue & had to soak together in remover. Then during the application of the acrylic, there was so much on my fingers and under my nails it was painful. Got up to wash my hands, Sat back down, she applied the top coat... stuck my hands in the dryer and walked off. No explanation of how long or coming back to check on me. Here it is a week later & my nails are all lifting!!! I shouldn't pay $31 plus tip for my nails to all be coming up after ONE week. Plus, it looks like I haven't had them done in 3 weeks she buffered so much off the bottoms and sides. This place was good when I went 5 years ago, now I won't go back. I've always wanted to like this place because it's close by when I run errands but after tonight's visit, I'm never coming back. My pedicure was mediocre at best , the lady killed my toes and the massage was basically just a light pat, but what upset me the most is the price they charged for my 6 year old daughter's pedicure!! All they did was stick her feet in the water, rub some soap and then lotion of her feet before painting and they charged the same price for me as they did hers!! $37 for something so short and simple. I will never go back to this nail salon again. I have been there before and was happy with my gel manicure but after today I will not return. I wanted a manicure and pedicure but was short on time as I had to get back home to my newborn so I just got a color change on my hands and feet. The male owner is who helped me and he was not very pleasant. Long story short I walked out with very very messed up polish that had lines and was still showing my nail underneath. I did ask him if he could fix just one and he said "well thats why you need to get a manicure", but that has nothing to do with the paint job. Then on top of that they charged me $19! I just visited this salon for this first and last time, unfortunately. The salon isn't very clean which is one of the things you notice when you sit down. The tech doing my gel fill was nice enough, though she spoke very little English. She did hurt my fingers a few times during the process. My nails are very short, which I asked for, but they are far from being uniform and even. Lastly, a gel fill is $22 and a cut down is $3. Total should've been $25 yet the kid at the front charged me $35. I felt like I couldn't say anything as the tech had already moved on to her next customer. read more

I'm very torn because this has been my go-to place maybe 5-6 times and I've always gotten really good service and a good pedicure but I walked out of there last week and not only is one of my toes still sore from the stab wound it received I have 2 patches of what I can only describe as some sort of dermatitis or other fungal infection.
