Just picked up an Ebike that was towed on Saturday night. We had called on Sunday and the gentleman we talked to said if we picked it up first thing Monday they might wave the $48.00 storage fee. The guy this morning called the owner and She said NO. This would have been good business sense in my option. I do this with my business all the time and it almost always gets me a repeat customer. Also I was not asked for ID or any paperwork to pick this Ebike up. The gentleman on Sunday said we had better have all documentation that we own this Ebike or he would not release it. The owner should probable listen to this employee a bit more. read more

Chase is a saint. He had just finished up another call down the road and stopped by our car to see if we were okay. The tow company we contacted was going to take about an hour to get to us. When my dad wanted his car back at home, Robert worked with me, long distance, over the phone to make it happen. After 2 days of some fun camping we had issues coming home and had to call for a tow. We were way up on a dirt road by Eaton reservoir, no phone service, truck and camper with 4wheeler and ALL camping items packed. After we got phone service called a few places and no one would go that far, they said they would but would be an hour. After an hour we had a call, they were on their way. The tow truck driver was very smart and knew the camping roads, he did an excellent job! Very nice, very smart and our whole family is very thankful!!!! I would totally recommend this company. I was a widow at the time a policeman picked this blue ribbon company to tie my Toyota Tacoma. They sold it for at least 5,000 or more because all that was wrong was one front headlight out and a little bit of a bent front hood. They told me the HOA would not like its look and They convinced me not to take it home. Later I was very upset but they should not have told me that so they could keep it to sell when I was vulnerable from losing a husband and daughter. I will never forgive them and you can bet my church of 3,000 and school district will be told about this. read more

We have been having some strange off & on car troubles - had it towed to Expert out of my drive one morning because it wouldn't start....and wouldn't you know it when it arrived it started and they could find nothing wrong with it. It ran -no issues for 6 days...until we were leaving a family get together late Saturday night in Greeley and wouldn't you know it.....it died. In what appeared to be the middle of no where. Dead as a door nail. Thankfully we had a friend close by & we spent the night there. In the morning we made our way back to the car, which still wouldn't start. We called Blue Ribbon, 20 minutes later they were there, very nice couple, we hitched a ride with them back to Loveland & Expert Auto which was closed ( Sunday ). I would recommend Blue Ribbon, they were $25 less than any other service we called, arrived quickly, and acted with care. No problems. Our car is still at Expert.....hopefully that will end just as well! read more

Honorably unprofessional and rude! Have used them in the past and as long as prices were quoted they were ok. But my son was in an accident and was taken advantage of then when we went to get his belongings we were screamed at and treated sub human! Never ever use these people. Very sad and disappointed with the customer service and treatment that I received from this company after a very traumatic accident that my son was involved in. There really is no need to capitalize off of someone's misfortune AND then be rude and make snide and sarcastic comments, especially after paying their $1000.00 tow bill. Better yet, the comments were directly spoken to the accident victim who was stressed and still dealing with some pretty decent injuries. My family has dealt with this company a few times during the past few weeks and every phone call to them was challenging and filled with just not nice commentary. Most recently, I called and asked for the owner's name and if I could speak to him regarding my family's treatment and I my call was intentionally terminated TWICE by the " tow manager" who refused to give me the information I requested and/or connect me to the owner. Not only am I upset with the treatment by the representatives of this company towards my family who were paying customers BUT I am concerned about the bill that we were presented. Upon reading the police report and notes from the scene, what this company is stating they needed to bill does not make sense. read more

How do you sleep at night! Unlike the last review, I found them to be very unprofessional. Loveland is a small town and there are plenty of other tow companies out there that are more appreciative and would like the business. I really had hope the owner was more concerned if you had a problem. You must be making so much money that you don't care about who you hire and what they are doing. One of our companies vans was in an accident. They towed the van without our approval. We are a large company and it took a few weeks for us to get the title and get over to get the van after they had taken it without permission. By the time we went up to get it, they had received a bill of sale from the state. They claimed the van was abandoned and therefore up for grabs. The nice part about being a large company is we have a large legal department as well. These people are thieves. read more

They did a great job fixing the hail damage on my 2016 Mustang body looks perfect, they even cleaned the inside of my car. They tried to clean windows and they are better then they were but those windows are darn near impossible to get clean. Trust me I've tried. Great job read more

Spent an hour and a half on I 25 waiting for tow truck. Multiple calls from dispatcher and driver during this time but they still couldn't find us. Finally the driver says he can't find us so we must be out of his area and we should call someone else. "Click." Gee, thanks. Called Spartan Towing and Recovery and Zach found us with no problem. Within half an hour he had found us, made repairs and we were back on the road. read more

This is your typical tow truck company you hear about. You know you hear all the bad stories about towing companies well Blue Ribbon Tow is one of them. They were not out to get my car on the schedule time that they should've been there. The tow truck driver call me at two different times the first time he said it was 35 minutes away the second time you said it was five minutes away. It took an hour and 25 minutes from the first time he told me he'd be there in 35 minutes and another 25 minutes from when he said he be there in five. I would not recommend anybody use them for their towing needs. Their fees were astronomical. When I talk to the owner on the phone I was very mad and he got so mad he hung up on me very unprofessional. Whatever you do do not use Blue Ribbon Two. I wish I could give negative stars for them. read more

Terrible. 5 and a half hours later and still no tow truck. Then they turned me down because they said my road wasn't plowed (NOT true!). I use AAA and they obviously put AAA customers on the back burner. Thank goodness I wasn't stranded on the road. Telling everyone I know about this stupid experience.
