James was quick to come to our home and look around and make drawings of our floor plan with windows and doors and all the measurements. He inspected the basement to determine duct runs and advised us on electrical wiring requirements for the system he was going to quote. Many others did as well but Josh was the only one who offered to come out that day and address (Sunday). Josh arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it.
