The only person that actually cared about her customers was an older woman, I think she was the owner or manager. We are spinach dip fans and Quotes not only has one of the best Spinach Dips I tasted in a long time, but the creativity of making cauiflower garlic bread is chef's kiss. You would not even think you were eating cauliflower. It minds me more of pita bread versus tradional thick garlic bread but the flavor is there and compliments nicely with the spinach dip. Both the appetizer and my entree not only made great evening and next day breakfast meals but tasted even better later and the next day. If I lived closer I probably would be a frequent visitor. We were greeted promptly once we walked in and opted for the Bob Marley. The cashier was very friendly and allowed us to sample some drinks. She was really nice and smiled the whole time. We got the largest size and it was really good. Very refreshing. If ever in that side of town again, I definitely will stop by.
