Chicago Bar & Grill was a fun time! If you're a person who can have fun anywhere this is a good place to visit. The overall service was just OK. It wasn't horrible and it wasn't spectacular. In my opinion, the drinks were a little on the weaker side of my preferences. The food was edible but I did end up going to get food after leaving. The music was fine. Late nights looking for food led me here. The place is perfect for any day of the week. The drinks are strong, the food is good and the people are friendly. We got here about 8pm and ordered food since the dj wasn't there yet, so low radio music and no dancing. We got chicken wings. As soon as they were put on the table I could smell that they weren't freshly cooked. I didn't taste them but my Auntie said they were dry and not tasty with flavor. The dj finally came at 9 so the dancing started. Two step or swing dance and line dance music was mostly played. It would be better to play regular dance songs also, everyone don't know how to swing and line dance. They had a lot of security there so not sure if anything gets bad there or if they are truly trying to protect guest. Our waitress was very nice and kind with us. read more

This review is coming late, as I should have commented on this weeks ago. I, along with several others had an opportunity to attend Chicago Bar and Grill on New Year Eve's night, and it was nothing short of SPECTACULAR!!! The club was well decorated in Black & White, and it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. It was well worth the cover charge considering all that we got for our $40.00 entry. They had a Great band there and they even served an all-out breakfast and brought the New Year in with a count down. FANTASTIC!!!! We saw the owner walk around all night asking if all the guests there were doing alright and if any of them needed anything. It was GREAT. His staff was well-dress and groomed and very hospitable. Being the biggest night of the year was the place to bring in the New Year at Chicago Bar &Grill. We'll definitely come back on Thursdays to hear the band that performed there and experience some great food and live entertainment. read more

I'm sitting at a table as I type this and it's been over an hour since I ordered food! While the band and atmosphere is amazing this is just ridiculous that is takes over an hour to fry chicken, also it's not that many people in here. Met two friends here on a Sunday night for Chicago Stepping. Dim, with tables surrounding a raised dance floor in the middle of the room, this is a great spot to come, refresh your stepping skills or partner with amazing foot workers. The dance floor stayed packed for the most part and even if you can't dance, it's the perfect environment to mingle. Nice people, nice bartenders and a nice live band makes this place a great stop if you are looking to enjoy good vibes. The crowd ranged between the ages of 30-60 and was a nice place to chill and relax. I will definitely be back. read more

It was a nice night, until we found out 8 cars and the parking lot got broken into. We let the management team know, they wasn't concerned at all. Not only was they not concerned the lady at the door didnt want us to go outside to check on our cars. We have to pay five dollars to get back in. After I already explained to her that I just spent $350 on a section I'm trying to go outside to check to see if my car got broken into she did not care. She told me that I have nothing to do with her and I would still pay the five dollars to get back into the club. I asked if they have security outside. She said that it's not their responsibilities. They don't have security outside people cause if your car got broken into that's a personal problem. then they never made an announcement in the club at eight cars outside got broken into after we came in and let them know what's the club ended at 2 o'clock that's when everybody cars that were broken into everybody found out they walk back and let the club know they let them know that I was not their responsibility. Still, the club owners did not call the cops. The club owners told me they gonna call me the next day to look over cameras to see who broke in my car. I have not received a call from them. I have not received a text they did not help me repair none of my windows, horrible management I will never tennis club ever again on top of the fact my whole family came we would never walk through those doors ever ever again. I was invited to a birthday celebration here for one of my friends wife. We had a VIP section which was separated from everyone else. It was my first time her and I got a chance to walk around and check them out. There were several TV's around the bar and dance floor areas. There was a DJ that played at the beginning of the night then a live band performed afterwards. They were pretty good with contemporary and R&B music. The drinks were reasonably priced and they were strong enough. Its a little far from my home but if I was in the area, I would visit again. read more

I remember eyeing this place before I was 21 and saying as soon as I turned 21 I was going to check it out. I hit the magical age and my stepdad took me there and I proudly showed my id and..was rejected. Turned out you had to be 23 and over!! was super disappointed but I understood why,so I waited two more years and finially got to see what the fuss was about. I left a review for this place about a 6 or 7 months ago and gave them 5 stars. In my continued experience there is a change. Before I start I must say the beautiful older lady at the door have a wonderful spirit. My God the people hired are so counterproductive to the business. The women hired need customer service training. Female bartenders Cater to the men and have nasty attitude to women esp attractive women and I will say in our community that's common. It's disgusting this is why I'm not going back unless invited to a party. I'm a introvert and it don't take much to disconnect But dang why or women like that. Owners should feel away about customer service from there employees because it's there business. If you have someone working for you family or not should be on board with your investment and your best interest. Sad sad sad reality low self esteem, bad built ladies behind the bar discriminating against attractive women.
