They made my move easy and painless last August 2017. Then the owner of the property decided no more rentals and they were forced to give me a 60-day notice to terminate my agreement. That notice came the day after I moved out of my condo in Calabasas as I needed to sell. The day after that I lost a dear writer friend to cancer. I was devastated. I had a really bad experience with Plus Property Management and Tower gave me advice of my rights as a prospective tenant (I haven't been one in many years.) Tell you on Monday they're coming Friday, and then tell you on Tuesday they're also coming on Wednesday. And if you say that day doesn't work for you, because you work 12 hour night shift and need to SLEEP during the day, they'll say too bad, this is "scheduled" maintenance. No, nothing was "scheduled". You just picked a day, and then gave me one or two days notice that you are coming into MY home, without any concern whatsoever whether it fits MY schedule.
