The new steering box went bad too in a short amount of time, however it was under warranty so it didn't cost anything.Then the second steering box went out that they put in. You know the saying , "time is money and money's time". Dirty T saved me money the first time I did business with them, then they started to cost just as much as the GM dealership; only they aren't as skillful as the dealership. So I'll be going back to GM. Sometimes it's best to go to a certified mechanic. If Dirty T Automotive uses certified mechanic's, it doesn't show.

After almost $900, none of the concerns had been addressed. I drove my car off the lot with an empty gas tank requiring an immediate stop for gas. My radiator had not been fully filled resulting in a major over heating and the need to have the radiator "burped" to remove the bubbles. A rubber tube had been installed with a metal bracket resting on it, which would have resulted in a slice of the tube within a short period of time. When I tried to discuss my concerns with Jim. he dismissed the issues starting his response with, "In your mind, you think..." I found that very condescending and unproductive. Not sure if he felt because I was a women I didn't know anything about cars or not. I was very disappointed in Jim and the work of his shop.
