They are fairly new, being open for only two or three months. Service was really good. I went in for a wheel alignment. They are already very busy, which is a good sign. Derek is the owner and he comes across as competent and honest. Seems like he enjoys what he does and he has good experience under his belt. I didn't feel like I was being scammed or pressured in any way whatsoever. I feel comfortable enough to return with my car repairs and would send even a single woman, the biggest victims of car repair shops, to Dirty T for repairs. I believe she would be treated honestly and fairly. They have a clean waiting room. The sofas are not new, but they are clean. He has a popcorn machine and three kinds of candy set out as well as a cooler of complimentary bottles of water. BTW, "Dirty T" was a nickname for Tucson back in the day. Comes from the ASU rivalry and it was a derogatory nickname for the UofA at one point. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Spent around $6,000 for front-end work, yet I had to keep bringing it back in to fix the work done. For example, I had to have the steering wheel centered three time's in the last 9 months. Their excuse was "bad roads" (it's a 4x4). The new steering box went bad too in a short amount of time, however it was under warranty so it didn't cost anything.Then the second steering box went out that they put in. You know the saying , "time is money and money's time". Dirty T saved me money the first time I did business with them, then they started to cost just as much as the GM dealership; only they aren't as skillful as the dealership. So I'll be going back to GM. Sometimes it's best to go to a certified mechanic. If Dirty T Automotive uses certified mechanic's, it doesn't show. read more

These pieces of sh*t are below scum. I was scammed into coming here because the dealer I got my vehicle from said they would pick up the tab if I brought it here. After being misled multiple times and being overcharged I still have a broke vehicle. I took them to court and won some of it back but they still haven't paid me. I went in to have my rear Axel seals done and they said I needed my bearings done as well, cost $900.00+ When I left my truck still felt really bad. I took it back in and Dirty T said they drove it and put it on rack to stress test and they found nothing wrong. Went to another shop and MY CARRIOR BEARING WAS SHOT!! Tried calling Dirty and they wouldn't even return my call. BEWARE ESPECIALLY LADIES because they took advantage of me and my not knowing mechanic. I came in today because my front brakes where making some noise. It being a new to me car I wanted to make sure it was all good. I walked in and asked if they could do it within the next 3 hours. To which hey told me absolutely. Within 10 min the car was on the lift. I walked down to road to get some lunch and when I came back it was already done. He said the brakes looked to have about 50% life in them and there was nothing that needed to be done. It was great not hearing a lie or pressure for more service. He told me about 6k miles and it should be time to change them. He told me the offer a lot of other services, and that he would be more then willing to help with those. When I first started taking my car there, the mechanic did a good job and they were affordable. This past year, they screwed me over. The price went up and the mechanic wasn't able to find or fix the problem. They charged me over $500 to just look and problem shoot. I brought my car in 4 different times for the same problem and the problem still wasn't fixed. They ran up a $600, $1300,$800, and $4000. Bill. My favorite was $130 to replace the light bulb in my car headlamp. I ended up stranded at work, which turned out to be a blessing. My co worker knew a guy. That guy looked under the hood for 20 minutes and found the problem. He only charged me $250 to fix the problem. My car has been running great since. The worst part is, the dirty t mechanic working on the car is what kinked the hose that was causing the problem. On purpose or by accident, Dirty T hosed me. read more

BEWARE - THIEVES!!! Befitting company name, DIRTY T. Took my car with a bouncing & vibrating problem, they said it would cost me over $1400 to repair the problem. I agreed to split the repair bill with 2 visits as I'm a widow, living on Social Security. After the initial repair visit & after paying them nearly $800, I had to return my car to their shop as my problem was more pronounced than before the repairs (worse bouncing & shaking). The owner said "You need to drive it for a while before you'll notice a difference, the new parts are still stiff." After I heard his excuse, I realized I had been SWINDLED After talking my $, they refused to return my calls even after several attempts. I'm currently contacting all the Consumer Agencies that deal with this type of fraud in hopes to alert other potential victims of Dirty T's dirty business practices. After talking my car to Discount Tires on Oracle, I discovered my problem was not mechanical, it was just my tires But now I'm worried I don't know what they did to my car as their 2 hr repair job turned into all day, till closing time. Mr Arroyos also claimed he replaced my tires & rims, but that was a BIG LIE since the dirty tire shop they referred me to, couldn't figure out what tires needed fixing even after checking my tires for more than an hour, they couldn't find a problem, which is why I had to go to Discount Tires & I'm glad I did. read more

Took my car here to get my crankshaft sensor replaced and was charged the cheapest out of anywhere I had looked around town. Was getting charged 400$ everywhere other than dirty T and was charged 100$. Very good prices and great work from the mechanics. read more

YES, they also work on SIDE BY SIDES!!!! Gabe T. at Dirty T did an amazing job with my turbo Rzr. He is extremely knowledgeable on side by sides and explained everything in detail. My front diff was shot and it was replaced with the Sandcraft RCR. Took my Rzr out to the dunes last week and no issues.
