She got wax everywhere including the massage chair because of how messily she was applying the wax. She also had someone helping her out who I don't think had any experience with waxing given the way she needed constant guidance on what to do. She and her helper kept roughly yanking off the strips repeatedly, leaving several painful bruises on my arms and legs. I have been regularly waxing for over 10 years now and I am very used to the pain/discomfort/slight bruising in the aftermath, but this was not normal and was by far the worst experience I have ever had.

Update: The owner, Lauren, telephones and leaves a voice mail message profusely apologizing and promises to send a check. Lauren asks that I please send her my address.
