The animal shelter in McKinney recommended Dr. Conway when we retrieved our kitties from kitty jail, and I'm so glad they did. She was so kind to the animals, made recommendations to us for the cats, and then called later with a follow up. One of the cats died, and because she had learned of his death from the follow-up call, she sent a hand-written note to us. I've always before gone to a veterinary clinic that was pretty much like a factory - and I understand the need for that too - but Dr. Conway is just delightful! This is really a GREAT place to bring you pet. I was lucky to find this hidden gem after experiences with my last vet. Dr. Conway is very thorough with my pets, spends a lot of time on the visits and explains with me what she's doing. The staff is very friendly and I enjoy going there. She is the best!! She takes the time to explain everything carefully and help you make an informed decision. She doesn't push something that she doesn't believe in. She actually informed me that I didn't need some of the stuff the previous vet pushed. She is cheaper than the vet I had previously used and she did not make me feel rushed. Dr. Conway and her assistant Heather are the kindest, most compassionate people. My client recommended her and to my delight I found out her office was very close to my house. My 17 year old dog Chewy went in to kidney failure and I had to make the decision to put him to sleep.
