I've known Dr. White through this clinic for about 15 years. Jagger was 14 years old and was having many problems, but the worst were with his legs and calluses on his elbows. Dr. White always helped Jagger (and me) with competency, kindness and compassion that you need for your pets. But It was during her visit to my home on the last day of Jaggers life that I will remember with affection and gratefulness forever. Dr. White was compassionate, considerate, loving and caring to my baby and she really helped ME during this awful time by taking her time to just make a bad situation not as bad. Lately, scheduling visits and auto reminders disorganized with unclear communication. When mistakes happened, I calmly expressed frustration (no yelling, no cussing -- just a concerned pet parent trying to understand). Instead of listening or trying to make it right, they basically told me they didn't want to be my vet anymore. After years of trust and business, that's the response? Our pets deserve attentive care, and the humans paying for it deserve a little respect. I truly hope they improve how they treat long-time clients in the future.
